This 1996 Mercury Villager GS Mini Van was used in the Award-Winning HBO Series "The Soprano's" Season 6 Episode 15 "Remember When" one of the most outstanding episodes that was a stepping stone to the end of the Sopranos. Tony and Paulie spent quite a bit of time in this vehicle reminiscing while heading to Florida to stay one step ahead of the Feds who were looking for a bookie Tony and Paulie whacked in the 80's. This is one of the last if not the last vehicles Tony drove in the whole series other than his Escalade. It is probably the only Minivan Mr. Gandolfini ever drove on film in his entire career. There were actually 2 Villagers used in the filming of this episode one for outside shots which was a 1997 that was destroyed and this 1996 which survived and was used for the inside shots which is actually about 95% of the vehicle footage in the episode. The original props are included with the van which are Tony's Coke can and Paulie's water bottle both with date stamps prior to Episodes Release could have DNA !!!!!!!.It has been fitted with multiple brackets to hold cameras and lights while the vehicle was in motion or still, these brackets can be considered as uni-body alterations and would void any factory warranty or safety responsibilities. This vehicle was bought new in New Jersey and spent the majority of it's life there and Florida it is Titled in New Jersey to Movie Time Cars Inc. who supplied HBO with the vehicles for the Sopranos and also signed off on the title, so it is a open title at this time (see pics). For a movie vehicle this van is in decent condition, it always starts at the turn of the key the air is cold the radio and power windows and locks work the transmission shifts well the brakes are good but the rotors have some surface rust from sitting which will probably go away after being driven. The vehicle has not been driven more than a few blocks every few months since 08. The overall paint is very good with exception of the hood which needs to be repainted, I didn't have it done because I have no idea what the next owner is going to do with this vehicle so why increase the cost. The windshield is also cracked but it has the Soprano Logo in the tint band so I did not replace it. The rear bumper reinforcement has been removed to make room for camera brackets but comes with the van. The rear bumper cover is set up for quick removal not safety. The van does need 3 tires and a windshield washer reservoir , it actually runs very well and the interior is very nice considering age and use, but of course it is being sold as-is. I have tried to list links to video of this Episode with no success but it is on You Tube , Amazon , itunes , ect. just search Sopranos Season 6 Episode 15. The possibilities are endless for this vehicle, great advertising vehicle. This is my personal Jeep... 1980 Jeep CJ-7 Odometer reads 76425 Inline 6 cylinders engine 4 speed manual transmission 4x4 with manual hubs I've had this jeep for 8 years - it spent most of the last 3 years of its life in a garage, not being driven very much. I bought this car from a multimillionaire cars collector from Coconut Groove who had the Jeep thrown in a garage for almost a decade until I bought it from him.  This car has been my baby for the past 8 years. He claimed to be Shakira's former manager. I don't know. . . anyways.  I used to drive this Jeep 3 or 4 times a week to work, about 7 miles from home, but it has been mostly garaged for the past 3 years because I have other vehicles to drive. I have never been off road; and it was built just for the looks. It runs great and it doesn't need anything more than an oil change and a wax. It does not have any engine noises and have the transmission and both differentials serviced not even a month ago. I had to replace the rear axel due to the fact that the OEM for that year is a 2 piece axel and it doesn't really work too well, I upgraded it to a Yukon 1 piece axel with 5 years warranty on it. I may still have almost all the receipts for all the work and regular maintenance performed to this beauty. I have pretty much done a lot of the things you see on the pics.  List of things: - Winch Warn (Cost $795 + installation) - Winch Mount (Cost 150) - Roll cage bolted to frame. (Cost me $399 + installation) - Hi Lift extreme Jack ( Cost $130) - Tire Rack w/spare fuel tank mounts. 2 tanks of 5 gal. each. - Hadley Dual Air Horn. (Cost $450) - Safari Sport Rack (Cost $498 + installation) - Over head sound bar Includes integrated interior dome light (Cost $450) + 2 Sony X-pod speakers. - Subwoofer w/amplifier (Cost $279) - It's got another 4 speakers, 2 on the front and 2 more behind the doors. - Pioneer DEHP-6700MP CD player. 50wx4 w/remote. - The Jeep has 35" Tires. They're about 1 ½ year old, so there's still plenty of thread on them. (Pics of tires included below) It is really painful to say goodbye to my baby after all the work and money invested, but it was all worth it... It was a super fun experience and I will do it again as soon as I can.  What can I say . . .IS A JEEP THING!!!!!!!!!!! Engine and Transmission: 258 cubic inch inline 6 - this engine is strong and reliable. Due to age, gaskets and rubber parts have needed to be replaced, here's a list of what was done: Water pump / Belts / Carburator rebuild / Clutch / Brakes / Gearbox / Battery I had Herculiner bed liner applied to the interior floor surfaces. The result is a basically waterproof tub. No rust anywhere. Also, the floor panel under the driver's seat has been replaced and reinforced, so no rust or issues there either... The back seat is original the two front seats are after market. The mid rise height is much more comfortable for long trips. The top is in excellent condition, everything works. Vinyl doors are included - they can be removed or attached by choice and they include a lock and steel rope for security when left attached. Call for more information or to check this Jeep in person.
