The outside metal on that door was scratched and dented in a little. My husband insisted to the insurance company that they replace the skin of the door because it was a new car. This is the only incident (not an accident really) that the vehicle has ever been involved in. We have the receipt for the repair. Other than this, you will see where I reported the minor exterior wear/tear in the seller notes. VEHICLE SUMMARY: This Toyota Sienna runs like it did when we drove it off the lot brand new. Ford Freestar mini van 2006 -- 111K miles Needs transmission repair Strong engine, super clean leather interior, great exterior, great tires It gently slipped out of gear while driving and will not go into any gear now. So the van turns on but will not drive until transmission fixed. My elderly dad won't be driving much longer, so it's not worth fixing for him. So if you are handy at fixing transmissions or would like to sell it for parts, it'll be a great car for you.
