2001 Honda Odyssey EX Mini Passenger Van 3.5L running but needs work

$1300 OBO- you pay $100 for deposit and $1200 in cash on pick up. Original owner. We own title and it is clean. we charged battery and started van up. it started immediately with no issues, no noise and is purring like a kitten. (yes, really). there are no leaks. all tires inflate but like previously stated one needs to be fixed as it leaks air after a short while, but can be driven a short distance on it as is- about 10 miles at least maybe. I checked all electrical items and they all are working right now. there are a lot of leaves as it has been under a tree, but we are cleaning it up right now and will update photos after.. I test drove it down the driveway about 2 car lengths in gear D4 and it was fine and I felt no pulling or issues, but it obviously did not have to change gears going that little of a distance. It will not engage into D3 gear at all, but all the others it did. the one door does have issues opening and may need to be replaced. the other door was opening and shutting fine- I checked it twice, but with this age the Odysseys were known to need sliding door work. all windows work fine. the rear panel of fabric is missing off the side all the way in the last row of seats as shown. all carpet protectors are worn but carpet underneath is in pretty good shape.any questions please ask. has been sitting for a year. needs new transmission probably.. one tire needs to be replaced. interior has stains on floor and fabric seats, but no rips on seats. One seat belt it torn as shown. rear wiper needs new insert. front right bumper has a dent. side swiped on side as shown. headrests are not included. map box door is not connected. 194,030 miles. mostly highway driving.
