One of, if not the first 1st Gen Evolution that is FED LEGAL for sale in The States. Legally Imported under the 25 year law. Have all of the supporting customs paperwork. Everything has been done correctly, you will have no issues registering or titling this car. J Due to ebays listing format for cars 1982 and newer they require a 17 digit vin. JDM vehicles do not have a 17 digit vin. the JDM VIN NUMBER is CD9A-0001988 Only around 2500 of these were ever produced in 1992 worldwide and sold out in about 3 days. Comes with the world famous 4g63t which has been left pretty much UNMODDED ( VERY rare on these cars/engines) This particular car is the GSR model which was the more optioned out vehicle. I The car runs and drives very strong. and does not leak fluids. I have attached a link to a video below so be sure to check that out for a complete walk around as well as a few pulls to 100% verify its physical and running condition. Transmission shifts nicely and smoothly with no grinds, I have attached a few videos of the car be driven so you can verify. Please check them out below. 109,xxx km or a little under 68,xxx original miles on the car. It's Black on black and has matching factory Recaro front AND rear seats, interior is in very clean and in great shape. Everything seems to be in working condition. The lighting on the Heating and Air screen is VERY dim, in bright sunlight its almost impossible to read, but everything works. As far as the exterior goes its stock other than the aftermarket wheels and tires you see in the photos. Body and paint is in decent shape for being 25 years old. No big dents. The worst part about the exterior is a few rust spots that were touched up by a previous owner that they didnt seem to fix very well. You can see this in the photos and the video as well. The front windshield is also cracked. You CAN find them in the USA ( I have part number and information if buyer needs) Its black so its a hard color to keep clean, I am including a FULL HIGH END exterior detail for free with an accepted buy it now offer. Up for sale my 2006 evo, I have had this evo for over 40k miles 2nd owner I took great car of this car and will list the pros and cons mostly cosmetic cons, which is the easiest to fix, I've taken all the known mecanical ix issues and over fixed them so I wouldn't have to worry about it later and put off doing the front end carbon fiber replacement would rather have a sound great running car first. $17,500 obo Pros Trans total rebuild, new everything inside the trans ultimate gear ratio, done at 58k miles Clutch is a twin exedy,ALL new plates and release bearing when I did the trans Shifts and grabs hard Switched car to non acd and went with a stage 3 transfer case with a quafie lsd torque bias, did this because acd is horrid on evos to many issues and this was way stronger and no headaches. Removable MoMo steering wheel no cheap after market junk, nrg release set up Oem Brembo brakes all around rebuilt at 58k miles, and painted high temp red with decals Battery in the trunk, with 2/0 2 wire with a ground to the engine the way it is supposed to be on these cars, Also have a 3 breaker setup so no fuses. adjustable Bc racing coil overs all 4 wheels lowered and has large wheel spacers 20mm on each wheel. New oem rebuilt cv passanger side axle New brand new 140amp alternator done last week Solid oem rebuild by derpol in chicago. Aluminum radiator koyorad VRSF 4" intercooler that fits under the crash beam Boost and afr gauges, turbo timer Tein strut tower light weight brace Tires are about 80% rear 75% front TrustZ gauge overs, non acd it looks as if acd was never on this car Manual boomba boost controled, Also mild street tuned, cams 272s injen intercooler pipes Ams front motor mount, solid rear trans mount. 4 Coil over plug set up for spark plugs denso! They fit under the stock cover 1 step colder plugs, you must use 1 STEP colder with this car. New starter 150 miles old Upgraded fuel pump 155 Jdm rear bumper Carbon fiber mirrors, shift knob, console cover, Blacked out interior, black headliner. Security alarm, with power locks Megan o2 housing, down pipe. 60k service was done at 58k when trans was rebuilt. All service was ALWAYS on time and always Used Dia Queen for trans/Tcase and ALWAYS used FULLY Synth Oil on engine I took excellent care of this car and always used the best parts. Car boosts 26-30 psi, I keep it mild at 26 and tapers down to 22 Now for the bad, Carbon fiber front end is faded, chipped scratched hood and fenders Front Bumper is cut at bottom and needs to be replaced Rear trunk is carbon fiber, but is vinyled over and that's fading it was vinyled over because the trunk had a hole repaired in it, (some a$$ put a fist thought it) Needs a rear wheel bearing,.I have all the wheel bearings bought already just don't have time to do the one it needs which is rear passanger. Muffler which is a power hks, the bracket broke off, it's held up with wire and is weldable Tiny tiny power steering leak, my guess is a loose fitting it loses like 1 quart every year if that. Also the car is still under loan thought a credit union, you can apply for financing thought them and switch it over or provide your own and pay them off in person with me and I sign everything over to you either way it's easy and no issues.
