The 3.5L V6 is unquestionably powerful but also great on gas going up to 26 MPG. It has a smooth shifting automatic transmission with tiptronic manual sport mode. Comes with CD changer, premium factory upgraded BOSE sound system, ice cold air condition, power convertible top, power door locks, power windows, power mirrors, cruise control, dual power operated seats, heated seats, premium wheels wrapped in great tires all around. We came across no notable mechanical issues with this vehicle - we saw no oil leaks, heard no anomalous noises coming from anywhere, saw no "check engine" light illuminated in the dashboard (although the SRS light is on - that is something we'll leave up to the buyer to take care of as we are a vehicle wholesaler and do not take care of such things), we felt no jerks nor shudders while cruising even at highway speeds etc. The convertible top is in fantastic condition with no notable wear and tear anywhere. The power top goes up and down. The convertible top goes up and down fine but, for some reason, the lid that covers the convertible top housing stays slightly open when the top is open (it will probably not bother many people but it is something we noticed and we like to disclose anything notable we come across). As in many 350Z's, the passenger side door doesn't open from the outside - this is an extremely common issue with these cars. As a wholesaler, we do not take care of such items as our minimal profit margins do not justify servicing minor imperfections like this. It is a beautiful car and has been very well preserved both inside and out. We heard no odd sounds, felt no jerks nor shudders while test driving, spotted no fluid leaks from underneath, saw no odd warning lights lit up in the cluster etc. The body is in great shape - we saw no notable imperfections at all, the black cloth interior is nice and clean - as the pictures indicate, no abnormal wear appears to be existent on any of the seats. Furthermore, we did not come across any distasteful odors in the cabin. It is of course an 11 year old vehicle so negligible flaws are to be realistically anticipated. The cupholder on the passenger side is broken and the lid that covers the center console is off - these are perhaps the only two cosmetic flaws that we deem to be even worthy of mentioning. For Sale 2005 Nissan 350z Touring 6-speed manual 2 owner, no accidents, no break downs, no problems. 88,000 original miles. We are the second owners of the car, we purchased it at 18,000 miles from an older couple in upstate New York in 2011. They garaged the car 100% of the time. It has never seen snow in any way whatsoever! In fact it has never stayed outside overnight, they garaged it, and we garaged it. We moved to California in 2012 and since that point, it has been a well cared for daily driver. It is the most reliable car we have ever owned. It has NEVER broken down, NEVER had a check engine light, only ever needed maintenance, and it has been driven cross country. Here is 100% of the work that has ever been done to the car: Many oil changes, every 3,000 miles without exception. Several air filters until changing to a K&N filter, which is cleaned regularly The first set of tires replaced in 2011, next in 2014, and most recently in 2016 The rear differential and transmission fluid changed at 30k and 60k (LSD additive) The brake pads and rotors in 2012, and again in 2016 Wiper blades replaced as needed Rear hatch lift struts changed in 2016 The coolant was changed in 2017! THAT IS EVERYTHING, LITERALLY ALL THE MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN PERFORMED AND NO REPAIRS I cannot stress enough, it needs nothing, this car has never been worked on and hacked up. Still all original. The original owners had five oil changes performed at the Nissan dealership, then we purchased it from them and I have performed all of the maintenance myself, with the exception of one oil change, which was done at Torre Nissan in La Quinta CA. Why the one oil change? Because I changed it literally the week before we drove cross country, and the drive was 3,000 miles. We got here and because I did not want to go over the 3,000 miles and all of my tools were in my moving trailer, we rolled right into the Nissan dealership and had them do the oil change. I have the paperwork, it was at 29,000 miles. NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER TOUCHED THE CAR. The reason I put so much emphasis on this is because I am and ASE certified master automotive technician. I work on cars professionally and am extremely meticulous about how work is performed. I will attach a picture of my certifications to show proof. I realize this is now a 12 year old car, but it has been our baby, this was my wife’s dream car and it has been treated like it is a $100,000 car. She takes great care of things and I am semi OCD with maintenance and cleaning. She drives to her job at an elementary school every day. She gets there early to park under awning so it is not in the sun. She comes home and pulls straight into the garage. If it is going to rain she takes my truck. As soon as the oil change is due, I take it to work and do the maintenance, whatever it needs at that point will be done. When we bought the car I was an automotive technician, now I am an automotive instructor at a community college. I have always had access to the facilities required to perform any type of maintenance or repair. All it ever costs me is the parts, so if it needs ANYTHING AT ALL, it gets. It. Again, this is my wife’s dream car and happy wife, happy life. Knowing cars, and how much of a difference this makes, I cannot even say how much of a value this is, it is priceless really. Anyway, more about the actual car. All 350z’s come with a lot of great options including: Power windows, locks, mirrors Cruise control Leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob Xenon HID headlamps ABS And many other standard options This is the touring model which means it also comes with: Bose audio with 6 disc CD changer, amplifier, 7 speakers and subwoofer from the factory Limited slip rear differential Heated leather seats Traction Control and Vehicle Dynamic Control Carbon fiber driveshaft Front and rear strut tower braces Slightly larger 18 inch with 245/45r18 rear tires Automatic temperature control Homelink (garage door opener in rear view mirror) Aluminum foot pedals Aluminum interior accents 6-speed manual transmission Rear windshield wiper It also had extra options when it was custom ordered which include: Aerodynamics package ($530) Z floor mats and trunk cargo mats, and seatback organizer ($240) Splash guards ($130) Aluminum kick plates ($100) Upgraded 18 inch wheels ($1660) The person we bought it from ordered it with these options, it was the top of the line most expensive you could buy at that time. The one and only option he did not select was navigation. The navigation systems in 2005 were not very user friendly so I am happy he did not. The color is super black The interior is black leather The windows have been tinted 20% The tail lights, maker lights, and back up lights have been tinted All of the tint is 100% removable, the lights are perfect underneath, we like the look but if you are concerned it can come off. I will remove it for you if you would prefer. We have upgraded the brakes to drilled/slotted EBC The bose sound system is excellent, and we have an IPOD adapter that we love. I will include the adapter/ipod dock. The wheels are OEM Nissan wheels that I had sent out to San Francisco to have custom powdercoated, face machined, then polished. They are one of a kind without being junky universal fit aftermarket wheels. Still the factory fit and finish, with a better look. Cost $1800. Other than this, the car is 100% stock. I think it should go to a collector, or at least a Nissan Z enthusiast! -Mechanically 100%, would absolutely say to fly in and drive it anywhere in the country. -The interior is exceptionally clean for its age, not perfect but will not disappoint. The leather has been treated regularly to make it last - The exterior is good, the paint shines. My neighbors say it still looks like a brand new car. There are a few small blemishes that can be seen if you really look for them. The car looks amazing, we get compliments all the time, but it has a few little imperfections, I have to be 100% honest. There are a couple tiny door dings. A few spots that have been touched up, and a little wear to the front bumper. Overall I would rate it good, and I have an eye for imperfections. The car has never had any accidents, and never had any paint sprayed. It has had a few spots touched up with the factory matched paint. Literally it has no body repairs, no bondo, no cheap clear coat that is going to break down and come off. All 100% factory original.
