Two (2) 1963 Oldsmobiles F-85 Cutlass Convertibles This listing is for TWO vehicles. "Buy One Get One", "2 for 1". They are both 1963 Oldsmobile F-85 Cutlass Convertibles that are privately owned. Classic Cars Online is helping the owner with the presentation and listing of these vehicles. You will be purchasing both vehicles  directly from him. They both come with free and clear titles. Vehicle #1 was from Colorado and is still pretty solid. As you can see from the photos, someone started to restore the vehicle and removed a lot of the items. The  engine and transmission are gone also. There are a lol of trim pieces and other miscellaneous items located in both trunks. (Don't assume everything is there, I'm  sure stuff was lost when it was removed.) The original color of this vehicle was called "Sahara Mist" (Paint Code: T). The convertible top is black. The second vehicle (Car #2) is complete, but the body is in rough shape. This vehicle can be used as a "parts car" to rebuild/restore vehicle #1. The original color  of this car is called "Holiday Red" (Paint code: "V"). The convertible top is white. This car has the engine and transmission still installed.  They came with a 215 cu. in. aluminum V8 engines Oldsmobile called "Rockette".  The Cutlass models received a higher output version which was rated at 185hp. The odometer is showing 47,529 miles. (Not sure if these are the original miles, but I would think they are.) There is what looks to be a Holley carburator on the engine, the owner  has a correct carburator along with an intake manifold that will go along with the car.   Both vehicles originally came with a white bucket seat interior. This 2nd generation first model year Olds was first introduced in 1968, however this particular Cutlass was part of an option package known as the W31. For sale, white 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. The car runs good with no mechanical problems to speak of. It has 143,500 miles which is great for a 95. Current Kelley Blue Book value is $947. Its been in my family since it was purchased new in 95. My aunt owned it, then my Mother, now me. I bought the car in 2007. Engine is good with no problems and so is the transmission. Ive completed an 1800 page, online auto mechanic course and have a career diploma in auto mechanics. Im not an extreme expert but I know cars pretty decent. Engine: good; transmission: good; brakes: good; suspension: no problems; axles: no problems; steering: good. There are no fluid leaks. The battery is about 6 months old. Master cylinder and ABS module were replaced less than a year ago. Ball joint replaced professionally and an alignment about a year ago ($500). Computer module was professionally replaced with a new one around 10 years ago. Serpentine belt replaced a year ago. Spark plugs all changed a year ago. Old spark plugs looked good though. A few things to mention, the drivers side extetior door handle is broke. You must keep the window rolled down enough to reach your arm in and open it from the inside. The exterior door assembly can be purchased for $25 new on Ebay. Its an easy R&R. I have the power locks fuse pulled because the locks motor was activating with the car off and draining the battery. The battery and alternator are fine, but theres a parasitic drain somewhere in the electrical system, ive never tried to locate the drain. Becase of the drain, you have to start the car at least once every other day or you might need a jump from someone. The heater works fine, but the ac doesnt blow cold air, blower works fine. Defroster and rear defroster work. Power windows work, radio works and sounds good. All exterior lights, hazards, turn signals are fine. Interior overhead light currently does not come on. Duel air bags. The car has received oil changes regularly since it was bought new in 95. Ive flushed the radiator 2 years ago and its filled the orange 5 year fluid. I had the transmision fluid drained and refilled a year ago for preventative maintnance. I have lots of receipts for all of the parts and repairs over the years. A good spare tire and proper jack are included. The owners manual is also included.
