Located in Melbourne, FL; 1938 Oldsmobile, Four-Door Sedan (Touring Coach), Series 3600; 1993 corvette, Forest Green Paint; V-8, O.H.V. 350 Chevy engine. The engine has been reconditioned and upgraded with Ported-Heads, RV camshaft, and a four-barrel Quadra jet carburetor. The engine is pristine clean. It has been painted and detailed, including new rubber trim, Mickey Thompson valve covers, Hedman Headers, Edelbrock air cleaners, and an HEI ignition system. The Hood is original and in excellent condition. It opens, closes and fits together perfectly. HORSEPOWER: 300 +; Cream-colored, Custom Leather Interior; Original dash, gauges and clock, are all in excellent condition in correct placement and in working order. The Front tires are Goodyear Invecta P205/75R/15, with Centerline, alloy wheels, with new tires. The Rear tires are BF Goodrich P225/70R/15, with Centerline, alloy wheels, with new tires. The car is in ‘Excellent’ shape, and runs like a dream. Oldsmobile sold 13,590 cars of this model in 1938 and only sixty six are Nationally Registered. Only four 1938 Oldsmobile Sedan’s are Registered in the state of florida. The original weight of this Olds was 3,270 lbs. The original 1938 Oldsmobile Sedan was built in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Body-off frame restoration has been done to this car. The body was dismantled, sanded down to bare metal, primed and painted with metallic paint and clear coat. Door Hardware is in excellent condition. Original steel body and fenders. Car has wide, Forest Green-colored, glass running boards. All bumpers, trim, rear-view mirror and front grill are re-chromed or polished. Door handles, antenna, chrome moldings and trim, window frames, trunk lid hinges, gas cap, windshield wiper arms and hood ornament all in excellent condition. Newly/recently customized interior. Gauges converted to 12V. Clock works well. Upgraded with Clarion AM/FM Cassette player with front and rear speakers. New front and rear cream carpet. 1986 Thunderbird seats, reconditioned, with new custom leather, cream colored seat coverings. New true spoke wheels and white wall B.F Goodrich tires but I also have original style wheels and hubcaps. The engine idles very well, makes good power, and starts well every time. The transmission shifts smoothly. Steers and stops very easy with the standard steering and brakes. Drives straight down the road with no vibrations, pulling, noises, etc. The car is an absolute pleasure to own and drive! Smooth and quiet! Nearly all the bright work has been either re-chromed, polished, or is excellent original. The paint is beautiful with no major flaws or issues. The glass is nice. The doors open and shut with a thud.
