Poor: The vehicle has major mechanical problems and/or major visible defects. *PPW*: Previous paint applied to the vehicle as disclosed to us at time of purchase from previous owner or wholesaling institute. In this day and age we are all very careful when it comes to accidents, and when they do occur your first step is to call the authorities no matter the severity of the incident. In doing so, this can reflect in the third party reporting system. Also some institutions will check vehicles in with paint meters or other systems that are not always accurate which will sometimes show "Uni-body" or other terms. Most of our vehicles have a uni-body design so even if a quarter surface is scratched and repainted, but not involved in an accident, a paint meter will cause these wholesaling institutions to claim these announcements for their own legal purposes.
