The previous owner got sick and sold it to his best friend before he passed away. The friend kept this truck the same way, garaged, maintained, etc. Recently he discovered that with the big camper towing a trailer carrying 4 quads he needed more pulling power for high mountain Colorado passes and traded it in to us on a late model Duramax.This truck is a time machine, it is as pretty in person as the photos, it runs and drives like a new 1995 truck. I get compliments every time I get out of this rig, thumbs up on the road, guys walk up and talk about the trucks they had back in the day when they were new. If you are seeking an old school big block Ford 4X4 truck that has never been used hard or abused, this is the truck. Drive train and options: 460 Big Block, auto trans, power windows/locks, tilt, cruise, freezing cold AC, tint, custom rear bumper, aluminum running boards, bed rails, tow package, alloys, dual tanks, electric lumbar support, non smoking, no pets or kids. This truck has a brand new $2500 exhaust system, starting with the headers and running all the way out under the rear bumper, it's quiet and sounds excellent. (see photos underneath) Brand new $800 set of 265/75/16 Big O Big Foot AT Radial Tires and a brand new spare under the bed. New Air Lift air bags in a rear, fresh alignment and a new water pump. This truck is what it appears to be, an original rust free (please see photos underneath) cream puff, has amazing original paint, everything works as it should, it runs and drives excellent in every way and is what you would expect with these miles in this condition. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback and no one likes surprises. The one real flaw inside this truck is the drivers seat. Although this is a non smoking truck (I'm hyper allergic, I would know) someone dropped a cherry between their legs at some point and burnt a couple places dead center on the drivers bottom seat cushion and a little place on the carpet(see photos) I am trying to find some original correct factory cloth. There is a scratch on the tailgate trim, a ding on the upper driver's side bed corner and small piece of the plastic trim on the tailgate is broken. There are scratches in the bed floor paint (its a truck) a small puncture in the floor of the bed and the lenses on the little license plate lights have disintegrated with age (see photos) Please call me with questions or offers. okused65g10 Store Up for sale is a really cool 1962 Ford F350 short school bus with camper conversion. Appears this was done in the '70's due to the patina. Everything was installed very well and all the cabinet doors open and close smoothly. It appears all the appliances are propane powered. I did NOT fill the propane tank to see if anything works however everything is connected. The pictures should explain the layout of the bus but if you have any questions feel free to ask. I recently purchased the bus from a friend in Colorado however my plans have changed I am selling it , I am in California but the bus is still in Colorado as is the paperwork so it will be any easy transfer since my friend just kept all of it . Recently replaced the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. It does start and run but only with the throttle near full so I think the carburetor has an issue . The emergency brake works but the brake do not. This would be a great candidate for a hot rod conversion or be the only one at the campground with a short school bus motor home . It has been looked through with many pictures taken . I do not see any rust! I was only able to upload 24 pics but have more. If your interested give me your email and I will send more photos. This has been a CO vehicle its entire life. I had to replace the hood, something fell on the old one. Sorry for the color difference. Body is incredibly straight. The only place I notice that has an issue is the cowl just below the windshield on the drivers side. Whatever fell on the hood may have touched that area also. This awesome camper is located in Sterling, CO. Buyer will be responsible for pickup and delivery. 10% is due at time of auction end and the remaining balance must be paid at the time of pickup or before. This rust free, non smoking truck is equipped with manual windows/locks, has ice cold dual climate control AC, a tilt wheel, cruise control, a nice aftermarket JVC stereo, electric trailer brakes, a turnover ball hitch in the bed, bed liner, nerf bars, new clutch, new tires, new brakes, a fresh oil change, this truck is ready to get to work. This truck starts, runs, shifts and drives excellent in every way, has tons of power, Chuck Norris would happily drive this truck.List of our big dollar repairs:We removed the "weak and vibrating" factory dual mass flywheel/clutch and replaced it with a brand new heavy duty solid flywheel, new clutch pack and new throw-out bearing ($1490)We installed 6 brand new 235/85/16 all weather radial Ironman tires, they have maybe 100 miles on them ($970)Our detailer was on vacation when these photos were taken, this truck has been professionally steam cleaned, shampooed and extracted since then and is extremely clean inside.I have this truck advertised locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at anytime without warning.
