Payment and Deposit We require that you contact the Seller within twenty-four (24) hours, one (1) day, of this auction closing. A non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) is due within forty-eight (48) hours, two (2) days, of this auction closing and can only be paid to Seller by Cash (in person), Cashier's Check, Money Order, or some other form of certified transfer in US dollars. Full payment of the final price is due within seven (7) days of this auction closing and can only be paid to Beverly Hills Car Club by Cash (in person), Cashier's Check, Money Order or certified funds in US dollars. This a 1976 912 E that has had a 1972 911 T 2.2 MFI engine installed. The car is in excellent daily driving condition throughout. The body has zero rust or damage and is an original 700 black car. The paint is very good with only a few minor blemishes. It has a flat shiny finish all over. The ducktail is fiberglass and fits/closes well. The interior is in excellent condition as well ( I still have the stock steering wheel if so desired). The engine starts easily and runs well with good power and no issues, very quiet smooth running engine. Good brakes, 6&7 polished fuchs with very good tires. Nice turnkey driver. Up for sale is my 84 911 targa. This car was previous to my ownership in a small fender bender but has been fixed and still has a clear title. There is one quarter sized rust spot on the passenger rocker that I cleaned up and sealed so it doesn't get worse. The car currently has a rauh welt lookalike kit on it that I built out of an existing kit. I also have all of the stock arches if a buyer would want to return it to narrow body. The car has a renegade hybrids v8 conversion kit with a Chevy v8 mated to a 915 porsche transaxle. The car is about 95% complete part wise just needs half shafts, one of the cable holders for the clutch linkage, and a few small odds and ends to finish it off. I will be adding pictures and let me know if there is something specific that you would want. Reason for getting rid of it is I don't have a garage which is making it more challenging than I thought. Relisted due to non paying buyer.For your consideration: 1974 Porsche 911 Targa with 54,000 original miles. Numbers matching and very original! The 1974 model is very unique as its the first year of the body style safety modifications, but did not include in emissions / smog additions to the engine like the years to follow. Although I know the history of this car, unfortunately I have no paperwork or manuals. I have been around the car for many years and always been taken care of. Exterior is white and has recently been repainted to the original color due to normal driving (rock chips). The paint used to repaint was top of the line, very expensive. The paint is very nice, but does have a few blemishes. No accidents or rust! Floor pan is excellent. The car has its original fuchs and nice tires with plenty of tread left. The exterior targa top appears to be original, with one small razor cut (see pic). Glass is excellent - the windshield has a few tiny chips, but no cracks. Sliver Targa bar is excellent, no dings. Engine is the original 2.7 - 6 cylinder. Can be a little cold blooded when started once in a while but starts quickly and runs very strong. Gearbox shifts smooth through all gears, clutch works perfectly. I just completed a valve adjustment, oil change, added new NKG spark plugs, new premium spark plug wires, and a distrubutor cap. This 1974 has the floor hand throttle and it works perfectly. Pop off installed in air box. Interior is excellent. Original Cassette, Black interior. Dash no cracks. Seats are as close to perfect as you will find for a 40 year old car. They are black with black corduroy inserts. The door panels are a very dark blue ( very hard to tell from black). The only non-original modification I can see from the interior is that one of the previous owners added tweeter speakers to the doors. The windows roll up and down, although when rolling them up, they can be stiff so I believe the tracks needs to be adjusted. The interior foam on the targa top was recently replaced. Original Tool Kit, Jack and Spare included in the trunk. Car is located in Montana USA, happy to ship worldwide and I have in the past. Buyer is responsible for timely shipping and cost (pickup within 4 weeks - unless prior arrangements are made). Happy to help on my end get the car on a trailer. This was the personal car of Brad Ripley (Porsche, Stoddard, 356 NLA) and was professionally built by Stoddard. At the time of the modifications to the car it was repainted to a high standard but that was many years ago. Today the paint still show well overall but has some flaws as seen in the photos. To my knowledge there is no significant rust on this car just some areas of minor surface rust as seen in the photos. The interior retains factory dashpad, door panels, carpeting, headliner, guages, seat belts, A/C etc. All electronics and lights function with the exception of the clock (works but doesnt keep accurate time), odometer (stopped recently) and the tach is starting to 'bounce'. The steering wheel, shift knob, and seats were changed in favor of more performance oriented units. The factory engine was replaced with a 1972 911T case built to 2.8L twin plug specifiction. The transmission is a type 911 dogleg 5 speed and contains 'Aiport Gears' which has a tall 1st gear and shorter tighly spaced 2nd-5th gears. Suspension and brake components were upgraded accordingly and are in keeping with the rest of the build. The car runs and drives very well with great power, excellent handling, and road manners. The car tracks straight and exhibits absolutely no creeks, rattles, or other abnormal noises.
