WHEN I BOUGHT IT IN FLORIDA IT HAD A MONSTER SOUND SYSTEM IN THE TRUNK DONE BY SOUND CRAZY AND 24 INCH RUBBER..... NOT MY STYLE.... WILE IN FLORIDA I TOOK OUT THE SYSTEM IN THE TRUNK AND SOLD IT ALONG WITH THE WHEELS. I FOUND A SET OF OLD SCHOOL CRAGERS WITH DECENT TIRES BOUGHT NEW LUGS AND BOLTED THEM ON AND THEN SHIPPED IT HOME TO NEW YORK. THE CAR NEEDED A BRAKE BOOSTER WHEN I BOUGHT IT AND I JUST PUT A REBUILT CARDONE ON ABOUT A MONTH AGO. FROM SITTING ALL THE BRAKES ARE STUCK THE CAR PULLS WHEN YOU HIT THE BRAKES SO THEY ARE GOING TO NEED TO BE GONE THROUGH BEFORE DRIVING. HERE IS A LIST OF THINGS I KNOW ABOUT THE CAR. IT WAS BUILT BY EITHER WIPPS OF WADE OR SOUND CRAZY I OF THE 2 IF YOU SEARCH WIPPS OF WADE YOU WILL FIND A VIDEO OF THIS CAR WHEN IT WAS BUILT. IT SOLD AT BARRET JACKSON IN 2012 FOR STUPID STUPID MONEY ! I BOUGHT THE CAR AT THE DAYTONA DEALERS AUCTION FOR NOT STUPID MONEY! THIS IS WHAT I CAN TELL YOU ABOUT THE CAR. THE BODY AND PAINT ARE NICE, OLD BUT NICE. THERE IS NO ROT IN THE CAR AND I BELIEVE THE MILEAGE TO BE CORRECT. THE CHROME IS GOOD DRIVER QUALITY NOT PERFECT BUT VERY NICE. THE INTERIOR IS GOOD I NEVER HOOKED THE RADIO BACK UP TO THE DOORS THE POWER WINDOW SWITCHES HAVE BEEN RE-LOCATED TO A HOMEMADE CONSOLE AND THERE IS NO INSIDE DOOR HANDLES THEY WORK OFF OF SWITCHES. POWER ELECTRIC TO OPEN.... DOOR POPPERS BASICALLY.... DRIVER SIDE REAR WINDOW STOPPED WORKING.... TOP IS IN GREAT SHAPE AND GOES UP AND DOWN. CLOTH TOP VERY NICE! THE ENGINE IS A BEAST I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT BUT SOUND'S GREAT AND LOOKS GREAT! FLOW MASTER EXHAUST 401 NAILHEAD ENGINE AIR CONDITIONING A MUST IN FLORIDA! TRANS IS ORIGINAL AND SHIFTS. I bought this car last fall as we buy many classics and work on them over the winter to get them road worthy for the summer. Well it was a long winter and this one we never got to. The person I got it from told me it needed a rear end we checked it out but seams fine one came with the car and is still in the trunk if it turns out bad , The change is pretty strait forward and easy to do. We had the car shipped from Nevada and its in one of my garages right now and can stay there until someone makes arrangements for shipping or we can help you arrange shipping. The prior owner had the car running on a gas can hanging under the hood, we did the same put a battery in and it fired right up. we filled it with trans fluid and drove it onto our lift to ck it out. The engine runs perfect. It started right up with no noises and sounded great. the trans was slow to move at first and may need a rebuild or service but it did drive. The power brakes worked and so did the power steering. the power windows all rolled up and down last year but were very slow i am sure they will need to be cleaned. The body is Nice with no Rot there is No rot in the floors, rockers, fenders, quarters, roof, trunk, trunk lid, hood! there is a very little bit of surface rust but thats it!
