1985 Toyota SR5 extra cab rock crawler. AZ plate. Always trailer to crawl but can be driven. Always garage kept. Strong 22re motor with EB cam and Doug Thorley header, 2 1/4 exhaust to Flowmaster Super 44, V6 radiator(never gets hot). All gauges work except speedo ( needs new cable) W56 5 speed and dual 2.28 cases linked with AA adapter and All Pro disc driveline brake. Square tube front driveshaft, rear .188 wall High Angle rear driveshaft. Front axle is a 83 with high pinion ARB with 30 spline Longfield axles and Longfield treated 5.29 Yukon gears. It also has ram assist, and Marlin Crawler 25 mm king pin bearing steering arms, axle seals, HD felt rings, and heavy wall tie rod and drag link with heims. Housing has been flat bottomed and hex-head machine screws installed from inside the housing( won't pull through housing). ARP steering arm and locking hub studs, and Bobby Long hub gears. $2500 just to build front axle. Rear axle also has 5.29 treated gears and an Aussie locker with Poly Performance axleshafts. There also is a Blue Devil Products anti-wrap bar, and the housing has been flat bottomed. The flat bed is the original prototype built by Andy Widmer for All Pro Offroad, and it's welded to the frame along with a 2x2 chunk to tie the frame rails and the flat bed together in the back, along with flush mount stop/turn lights, and Hela tractor back up lights. Front bumper is from All Pro and contains a Warn 8000 winch and swivel hoist rings for tow points. .120 Dom tube doors by Moon Shadow Metals, and spare hard doors. .250x 2x3 rock sliders. The cab has a Smitty Built cage with Corbeau Baja RS seats with full harness. Two input stereo with adapter for iPod, and parametric EQ with Soundstream amp. Hella e-code headlights, 12v Guy switch panel with interior winch control, and KC 100w lights. CB radio with external speaker. Alcan springs up front and Chevy 63's out back, with Bilstien shocks at all four corners. Wheels are 17"Race Line less then are a year old with new BFG Krawler DOT 37's 95% tread left and certificates from Discount Tire. $3000 just in tires and wheels. Also comes with 5 15x8" steel with HD DIY 4x4 rock rings and 4 Staun bead locks with 5 Swamper tires well used. This is probably the most pristine rock crawling capable street legal & emissions compliant Toyota T100 4x4 on the planet. It runs and drives perfect and has absolutely no mechanical issues. It started life in 6/95 made 100% in Japan, which should be appreciated for those honest Americans who know what junk 4x4's the USA was churning out back then. The T100 with its famous 195hp 5VZE-FE engine and fully boxed frame had the distinction of being the 1st OBDII compliant engine sold a year before every other American car which was mandated by Federal law to start in 1996. That means when it came to emissions testing instead of running the vehicle on rollers and inserting sniffer probes up its butt the T100 simply required plugging in a computer connection to the OBDII port under the dash. Bottom line is so long as you don't have a check engine light on the dash they will always pass emissions in all 50 states. Needless to say this rig does not have a check light and will pass emissions anywhere. The numbers matching 3.4L 5VZE-FE was made from 1994 (in the T100) all the way through 2004 in the Tacoma, so there's a decade of proven reliability and aftermarket support, with many units achieving up to 600,000 miles before needing rebuilt. It's the only V6 engine with a 4 valve head that was non-interference, meaning if the timing belt broke the valve train would not collide. No other manufacturer could claim that. This particular truck has a new OEM Aisin timing kit with tensioners & Aisin water pump, not to mention new NGK plugs, wires, motor oil, air filter and freshly cleaned throttle body. It starts every time with a click of the key and runs smooth & quiet as a sewing machine. No knocks, no smoke, no leaks, no isues. Runs cool. Just smooth reliable power. The stock numbers matching A340F Automatic Transmission shifts smooth and precise as designed. It's the most reliable Automatic transmission humans have ever built, bar none. Yes Americans invented the auto tranny but Japan far exceeded their reliability. This ones's been freshly flushed with new filter, fluids and pan gasket. It features a very well designed cooling system with a large finned aluminum cooler mounted on the side oif the transmission with lines that run to a cooling reservoir at the bottom of the stock aluminum radiator. Toyotas also feature a drain plug on the torque converter which is very rare. Auto trannies work well with rock crawlers because the torque converter acts as virtually an infinite gear reduction. The stock T-Case is extremely rugged and works exactly as designed. It features a 2.57 to 1 low range which is plenty adequate mounted to an A340F. Fluid is fresh. Truck has 170k original miles with 3 owners. Only 5k since build by 3rd owner. Comes with clean A-Paper Arizona notarized title. Absolutely zero rust. Not a speck. Never wrecked.
