Examples like this one are unheard of! Most have over 200 Thousand miles by now, and are still going strong. We were extremely fortunate to acquire this Gorgeous 1 owner Volvo 945 Wagon. it appears to have spent it's entire life in a garage, and is rust free!! The paint is bright and shiny, with no damage present. There is some normal wear such as chips and small scratches that you would expect on a 22 year old car! It has a gorgeous tan leather interior with a power drivers seat. With the exception of a small spot on the drivers bolster, the interior is just gorgeous. All power options and accessories are working correctly including the electric sunroof, and original sound system! We have just had this Gorgeous 945 fully serviced and inspected. We have installed new pads and rotors all around. It has a fresh timing belt and new engine drive belts installed, along with 2 new hydraulic motor mounts. The A/C condenser has been replaced with some new lines. The brake fluid has been flushed, and a new valve cover gasket and exhaust manifold gaskets have been installed. The fuel gauge is currently not working. I am told this is quite common on these cars. I can have it repaired for about $400.00. This would be with a new part from Volvo. This 1993 Volvo 945 runs and drives fantastic. Driving this car brings back many memories of what a REAL Volvo is supposed to drive like. 1960 Cadillac 62 Series 6 Window Sedan Only 56,000 Actual Miles Original Survivor Cold Factory Air Conditioning Runs and Drives Fantastic!! Rare Opportunity............................LOW RESERVE Extra Nice Cadillac!! Greetings to All!! imotors is quite pleased to offer possibly one of the nicest 1960 Caddys Available anywhere! 1960, IMHO was the re-designed '59!! We ALL love 1959 Cadillacs, with those huge fins, and quad bullet tail lights. I spent many hours in one as a child, and those memories are etched in my mind forever!! I am now 61, and that was at least 50 years ago! We travelled from Pittsburgh, Pa to Milwaukee Wisconsin in one more than once. Four small children in the backseat with no DVD players, or even a walkman!! I am surprised that we all survived!! This particular example has spent most of it's life in New York State. I purchased it from a fellow who just did not have the means to care for it properly, or bring it to the level that you see here. I believe that it has had one repaint sometime in it's life. It is mechanically fantastic with fresh brakes(lines, cylinders etc.), and new dual exhaust from front to back. The floors and frame are totally solid and original, with no patching noted anywhere. We had the car painted from the molding down, and Expertly re-patched the bottoms of both front fenders. The chrome is bright and shiny with some light pitting on the trunk molding that you can feel, and some on the rear bumper that you can't feel, but can see on close up inspection. You will note in the many detailed photos below, that there is a small rust hole in the right rear bumper end. Easily repaired or replaced next winter while the Caddy is in storage! The Fawn interior is original with the exception of the front seat, and the headliner. Both have been expertly restored with original materials from SMS by the famous Weimann's interiors in Delmont, Pa! As you will see in the photos below, it is simply Gorgeous, and looks just like it did in 1960!! There is one typical crack in the dashpad. I decided to let the lucky new owner decide what to do with this...Dash cap, or new pad, or leave as is. Everything works as it should with the exception of the clock, and the power antenna. All power windows and seat, along with the AM Radio. What is nice about this one is that is has Factory installed A/C that blows cold! This is a Gorgeous 1960 Cadillac that runs and drives fantastic. It always starts right up, and has been ultra-dependable!!! I have driven it a few hundred miles with no noted issues. It has been a pleasure, and rides just as you would expect a Cadillac to ride...like you are on a cloud! As you will notice at the end of the presentation, there is a trail of ownership from 1960 until now. Long term ownership indicates care and pride, which I believe this 1960 Cadillac has enjoyed it's entire life!!! As with all classic and collectable vehicles, this 1960 Cadillac is being sold without warranty. It has a clean Pennsylvania title that reads exempt for mileage. As I'm sure you all know, it is very typical to have some rust on the rear bumper ends.......This one is not near as bad as some I've seen. I love these old Cadillacs.....My father drove them when I was young. My brother and sisters and I spent many miles in the back seat of a '59! Nice and straight for an almost 60 year old car. This side is also nice and solid! I believe that this was one of the most Luxurious Sedans ever built. Everywhere you look there is a special attention to detail and craftsmanship!! Pure Class and Luxury I love the headlight covers. They are so period! I was told that they are called "Sleepy Eyes". They enable you to use High Beams all the time!!! WAY Cool!!! I consider this gorgeous work of art "Automotive Jewelry". The door panels are totally original! The front seat has been completely restored with original fabric from SMS.....It looks like it did in 1960! The headliner has also been replaced with one from SMS....It is just Beautiful!! The rear seat is totally original, as are the carpets. The rear shelf is lovely! Just Gorgeous. The original dash pad is nice and straight, with only one crack. I decided to let the next caretaker decide what to do with this! IIce cold factory installed Air Conditioning! The trunk is also original, and is in really nice condition, with all tools and jacking equipment present!! As I am not a "rattle can" artist, I decided to leave the engine compartment as found. The new owner can decide whether to leave it original, or freshen it up a bit, or do a full blown detail. TNote the original A/C compressor with the factory stampings!! The all important service receipts...shows long term pride of ownership!! Original owner in 1982! Original owner in 1983....23 years was a long time to own a car back then!
