Vehicle has been well maintained and serviced. Owner for the last 8 years. The engine is an exceptional V8- one of the most powerful in the segment- runs strong and smooth provides the power you have to expect from a Mark VIII. The transmission shifts like a new car, no skips or slips on shifts - actually it does it so smoothly that you can't feel it shifting. The car runs great! All electrical features work properly with the exception of the power telescopic. This Lincoln is equipped with a climate control system and the A/C blows ice-cold. The interior shows normal wear with no tears in the upholstery. The seats are power adjustable. Also, has the dimming rear view mirror to cope with those who get behind you and flash you with headlights. The power locks, windows, seats (and all the other electrical features) all work. Paint is 10yrs old, looks good except small spot on roof.

I have for sale a 1997 Lincoln mark viii i had purchased with the intentions of fixing up, unfortunately my truck needs a clutch so this needs to go. things the car needs, last time i had it out it felt like the pass. caliper may need to be replaced, it needs 4 tires an alignment and the new interior put in as the one currently in there is ripped. it also needs the blend door. I have a brand new blend door for it. the car was also converted over to springs. heres what i have done to the car, brand new battery, all front end components replaced ball joints tierods ect. new a.c compressor with Freon charge, newer up to date hid conversion so you can use normal bulbs. the car also needs the exhaust put back on. i have everything this car needs to be included with the sale, i have a full lsc cxuahst to go with it a spare trans that was freshly rebuilt a black lsc interior a new blend door passenger side door handle, drivers side door, rear bumper cover and a few more things. if you have any questions please feel free to ask. i would prefer car gets towed out due to the caliper being seized but it could possibly drive maybe just the slides are frreezed. if you have any questions feel free to ask. please feel free to come schedule an appointment to come check out the car.car has clean title and is currently registered and insured so it can be driven down my street. the pictures with the black interior is the one the comes with the car, the other one is the one thats already in the car. also previous owner replaced the motor in the car and said that he replaced the trans at one point. i know for a fact the motor in the car was replaced because he worked at the shop down the street from mine when he did it, the trans however i can not confirm. also the car could use paint, but there is no rust any were on it.

The car runs and drives very good. Interior in very good condition. Paint overall in very good condition very little scuffs. It was painted about 4 years ago by last owner. PPG clear coat base coat. I bought car about three years ago it with a salvage title. I have drove this car to Cleveland Oh, Chicago, and Memphis several times. The car needs nothing to driving daily or hit the road. The tires are 235/60/16 Bridgestone Serenity. I put wood grain steering and shifter from a wrecked Mark VIII Collectors Edition. I added a couple of emblem for a personal touch. I had dual exhaust put on also changing converters. I had it inspected last week and everything is fine. I have changed ignition coils, spark plugs , belts, hoses, fuel pump , rear shocks/spring suspension coil also had transmission flushed. I do this to every used car I buy before driving out of town. I have attempted to share every detail about my car. IT IS 18 YREAR OLD CAR WHICH MEANS IT WILL ALWAYS NEEDS SOMETING TO BE PERFECT. IT IS NOT NEW

Recent repairs include new upper, lower control arms and ball joints. New front Air struts. New all aluminum radiator and water pump. Napa parts, not Autozone garbage. The car was had new spark plugs and Accell high voltage coils installed at that time. I have put over $1500 in parts on the car in the 2 years I have owned. it. Original stereo and cd changer still works great. The ballast for the rear neon is also new, and the rear neon works perfectly. The only thing the car really needs is a paint job. The clear coat is peeling and the bumper covers are skinned up a little. Sunroof, a/c, heat, all work as they should. Black on Black, leather still in good shape.

I've owned this Mark VIII for about 10 years. It's in remarkable condition. Paint shines like new. ALL THE MARK VIII ISSUES HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. ( except the cup holder) Air bag conversion, headlight conversion, blend door actuator, transmission overhaul and upgrade and recently the clock spring. New brakes, tires, alternator, battery, power steering pump and lines, starter, spark plugs and coils. fresh synthetic oil and filter. Changed every 3000 miles. Currently needs nothing. gets 24 MPG on the highway. Octostar wheels shine like new. I really love this car but were retiring to the east coast and decided to let it go. It's good to go another 120,000 miles, easy.
