Terms, Conditions and Notices of Sale Please be advised, we take a lot of time to include as many representative photographs as possible and meticulously describe TITLE (hereinafter the "Automobile"). However, it is important to bear in mind that this vehicle is pre-owned and not in new condition. After carefully reading of this entire auction page, please email or call us (hereinafter the "Seller") with any questions or concerns, or to clarify any ambiguities. If you are the lucky winner of this auction, you will be extremely pleased. Our cars are always in great shape and attract a lot of attention on the road, so much attention; they rarely make it to eBay due to sales through informal offers. We regard our reputation very highly and customer satisfaction is our paramount concern. Therefore, we take pride in all our transactions and value every person who visits our auctions. We are extremely selective in the automobiles we purchase. We invest a lot of time to locate automobiles around the nation which are in pristine condition, of paramount quality, and which are of the most sought after models. In addition, the automobiles we restore ourselves are done with high quality materials and professional care. Payment and Deposit We require that you contact the Seller within twenty-four (24) hours, one (1) day, of this auction closing. A non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) is due within forty-eight (48) hours, two (2) days, of this auction closing and can only be paid to Seller by Cash (in person), Cashier's Check, Money Order, or some other form of certified transfer in US dollars. Full payment of the final price is due within seven (7) days of this auction closing and can only be paid to Beverly Hills Car Club by Cash (in person), Cashier's Check, Money Order or certified funds in US dollars. Please be advised that you are responsible for all fees associated with the purchase of the Automobile including but not limited to taxes and registration. Once full payment is received, the Seller will provide clear title, Bill of Sale and additional Department of Motor Vehicle forms to you for signature. The forms must be completed before the Automobile is shipped or made available to you. Due to the high cost of selling these automobiles, any failure to pay the deposit or final price of the auction within the time noted above will result in full action through eBay and legal action though state and federal law pursuant to this contract. In addition, the Automobile will be re-listed for sale. Taxes, Licensing and Fees California buyers will be charged sales tax and licensing and processed on your behalf. Out of state buyers and over sea's buyers (including other countries), we will send title and you will be responsible for registration and taxes in your own state or providence. All transactions will be charged a $199 documentation fee in addition to the sales price. If leaving the state or country, the car must be picked up by a transportation company that can provide a bill of lading, otherwise California sales tax will be charged. (All licensed transport companies provide these). Delivery or Pickup We highly respect our customers and want this transaction to be as smooth as possible. As an added value we will assist with any shipping arrangements. Regardless, you are responsible for all delivery costs and arrangements or picking up the Automobile. If the Automobile is not picked up by you or your designated delivery service agent or driver, the Seller will charge a fee of thirty dollars ($30) a day after two (2) weeks of the auction closing for everyday the Automobile is not picked up. We require that you be of the age of 18 to bid. The Seller does not provide financing and reserves the right to end the auction early for any reason. Disclaimer: ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, ASSURANCES OR GUARANTEES. The Automobile is non-certified which is offered in pre-owned condition that is being auctioned without refund or exchange options. ANY and ALL representations made in the description above are made to the best of the Sellers knowledge, however, due to divergent notions of condition and quality, you are encouraged rely on your own physical inspection of the Automobile and not the description above. Furthermore, due to the likelihood for latent and patent defects within and/or on a pre-owned automobile, the Seller cannot guarantee that all issues are disclosed in the description above. Therefore, any claims or disputes as a result of or relate to failure to disclose or misrepresentation are hereby waived by you. The Seller is willing to show you the V.I.N, casting, and/or stamping numbers on the Automobile, however, the Seller cannot guarantee or does not make any assurances that the Automobile and/or its components are in fact original. As aforementioned, ANY representation, including originality, are made to the best of the Sellers knowledge. The mileage of the Automobile listed above in the description is from the Automobile, however, you should understand that there is a possibility that mileage is not correctly listed on the Automobile due to the pre-owned nature of it. Absolutely Great Look! 1960 Austin Healey Sprite 1960 Austin-Healey Bugeye Sprite Mark I "Nut and Bolt" Rotisserie Restoration of a California Car Fitted with Factory Correct Hardtop and Completed in Racing Motif _________________________________________ NOTE: Our listings are rather lengthy. They not only describe this particular car but also some history of the make/model, considerations in buying a classic car and facts about our firm. However, we continually hear from out of state / out of country buyers (many of our clients) that they prefer the level of detail that we provide. However, if you are not prepared to read the full listing, please read the OVERVIEW below along with the PHOTOGRAPHS at the bottom. If you'd prefer, please call us at 925-846-1451 and we'll gladly discuss the Sprite and answer any questions over the telephone, including our "Buy it Now" policy. Yes, the Sprite can be purchased prior to the end of the eBay auction. PHOTOGRAPHS PLEASE NOTE: EACH TIME WE LIST A VEHICLE ON eBbay WE RECEIVE COMMENTS THAT THERE ARE NO PHOTOS OF THE INTERIOR, ENGINE, UNDERCARRIAGE, ETC. OF THE CAR. THERE ARE CLOSE TO 100 PHOTOS OF ALL AREAS OF THIS SPRITE, BUT WHEN YOU REACH WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE LAST PHOTO, YOU WILL NEED TO SCROLL DOWN ON eBay TO VIEW THE REMAINING PHOTOS. IF YOU ARE STILL UNABLE TO SEE THEM, PLEASE CALL US AT 925-846-1451 AND WE WILL PROVIDE A DIRECT LINK. NOTE: IT IS A VIOLATION OF eBbay POLICY FOR US TO LIST THE URL ON THE eBay LISTING. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF ANY PART OF THE SPRITE. INTRODUCTION This car is offered at a realistic price and, unlike bidding on cars in an auction environment, you will have the benefit of extensive information and history on the car prior to making a buying decision. Equally as important is the fact that Classic Cars Ltd. has been in business for 20+ years and enjoys an excellent national / international relationship with nearly 800 positive eBay feedback responses. Please keep in mind that we will gladly... 1. Answer any questions over the telephone and take the time to guide prospective customers through the buying process (925-846-1451). 2. Assist with locating a quality, suitable transporter at very competitive prices. 3. Provide proof that we are licensed, bonded (for the financial transaction), fully insured, and operate from an established showroom environment. 4. Provide feedback from previous buyers, and specific references for vehicle purchases in your area (we also ask that you view our detailed eBay feedback by clicking on the number to the right of the eBay user name) 5. Offer additional information including specific photographs or clarification of any part of our description of the vehicle Thank you again, please let me know if I can be of assistance. Happy "eBaying"! Paul R. Wankle, Pres. Classic Cars Ltd. Pleasanton, CA 925-846-1451 OVERVIEW-THIS PARTICULAR 1960 AUSTIN-HEALEY BUGEYE SPRITE This smart looking 1960 Austin-Healey Bugeye Sprite was the subject of a "nut and bolt" rotisserie restored and has been recently freshened / updated for its new owner to fully enjoy. It has been done in a period-correct racing motif (easily converted to a street appearance by the removal of magnetic numbers on the doors, hood and trunk area). Anywhere it goes; it will bring out smiles, particularly to the driver. Major features include: - Stock 948 cc engine; dual SU carburetors - Stock 4 speed transmission; synchromesh gears 2-4 - Factory correct green engine and transmission paint - New wiring harness - Sharp yellow paint scheme with wide white racing stripe - Factory correct, fully restored white hardtop - Black interior with white seat piping - New brake system - Slotted aluminum wheels with new tires NOTE: We will offer the factory hardtop to the buyer of the car but will consider adjusting the price should the buyer have an interest in the Bugeye without the hardtop. DETAILS-THIS PARTICULAR 1960 AUSTIN-HEALEY BUGEYE SPRITE MARK I HISTORY OF THIS 1960 BUGEYE SPRITE This particular Bugeye, affectionately named "'Ol Yeller" by its California owner, was used as a daily driver and also entered in occasional local auto-cross or gymkhana events "in the day." As was common during this era, the car was only fitted with lap belts and never received a roll bar or other modifications. In the 1960's the philosophy was "Run what you brung" (a philosophy of actually driving the car you raced on track or in a parking lot to the event) and "Ol Yeller" was right at home with the other "new" (at the time) Healey's, Triumph's, MG's, Porsche's and other sports cars. "Ol Yeller" is a beautiful example of an Austin-Healey Sprite that underwent a comprehensive "Rotisserie" restoration several years ago. Since that time, the car has been used sparingly, never in the elements and has developed a lovely patina. Overall, it shows quite well although a close critical inspection reveals cosmetic imperfections including minor chips, paint flaws and other cosmetic flaws. However, perhaps most important is the car remains very solid with good door and hood fitment and very high gloss paint, polished cockpit trim and other upgrades (more on that later). Reportedly an original California car, the car was owned by one owner for over 30 years. When it was sold to the most recent owner, he invested a considerable sum to have the Bugeye completely restored from top to bottom; often referred to as a "Nut & Bolt" restoration. The photographs show the car being prepared for paint, on the rotisserie, engine out, interior out and suspension and other components removed from the car. While the Bugeye remains in virtually stock mechanical configuration, it has received some wonderful cosmetic touches that give the car a "period" sports / racing appearance. Specifically, the bright yellow paint-work is accented by a wide racing stripe that covers the grille, top of the bonnet and the rear portions of the car. "60" numbers (often referred to as "meatballs") have been added to the doors, hood and trunk (magnetic and removable). Classic, period aluminum slotted wheels adorn the car and are wrapped with brand new tires with fewer than 100 miles. Perhaps most important, the car is fitted with a proper factory (our "experts" tell us) hardtop that has just been totally restored and painted to match the white trim on the Bugeye. It gives the car an absolutely striking appearance and is a very sought after addition owners of Bugeye's. Anyone who has done a restoration knows it is expensive! The above description does not include all of the many details involved. The reserve price is well below what it would cost to achieve this level of restoration on your own. The extensive photographs reflect the car's condition including the body, paint, engine compartment, interior, rear compartment and underside. The exterior paint shows nice with very high gloss two stage paint and good panel fit. The front bonnet closes and is secured by a turn of a homemade handle replacing the original chrome unit. The engine compartment is clean and free from excessive oil, grease and overspray. The entire engine bay received the benefit of an "engine out", suspension removed re-spray at the time of the restoration. While the body of the Sprite suggests evidence of professional rust repair during the restoration, the work was very well done. Undercoating was not applied in an attempt to hide anything so the body color appears on the inner fender wells, door jambs, under hood and even the front suspension components (refer to photos). The floor panels and other areas are extremely clean. While the windshield itself is good, the windshield rubber is quite dry, and "checked." MECHANICAL CONDITION - RUNNING / DRIVING The Sprite starts immediately with the use of the functional choke and warms up quickly. It idles smoothly and does not overheat. The engine is strong and the Bugeye runs and drives very well. There is no smoke, leaking (outside of the characteristic British car "seepage" or, as the British refer to it; English rust proofing!), or unusual noise and this is also true of the transmission and drive-line components. The Sprite has good power through all of the gears and does not hesitate or exhibit drivability problems The transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch engages and does not chatter or make noise. The car does not pop out of gear and shifts are short and precise. The recently replaced brakes stop the car straight and sure. The emergency brake is fully functional and holds the car on a relatively steep incline. The steering is tight and precise and the car offers handling that will leave the driver with a smile for miles to come. The current odometer reading is 33,251 miles and is working. We are listing the mileage as "TMU" (Total Miles Unknown) as a result of the age of the vehicle and the fact that it is mileage exempt in virtually every state / country. The Bugeye will be sold as photographed / shown unless the buyer is not interested in the factory hardtop in which case we ask that a price for the car be negotiated BEFORE the end of the auction. Below are a few additional facts pertaining to this Bugeye: - The car does not include side windows or a convertible top (both are available used and/or through aftermarket sources. - The hardtop is painted white underneath but is unfinished (no headliner). - A mounted spare wheel tire (not from a Bugeye but with same bolt pattern and functional as a spare), non original jack & handle. The car was designed by the Healey Motor Company, more specifically Donald Healey, and produced in partnership with the British Motor Corporation (BMC). There were three series of the Sprite. The first series (Mark 1) was produced from 1958 through 1961, with approximately 49,000 examples being sent to the USA. In the United States, the cars were called "Bugeye's", while in the UK they were commonly known as "Frogeye's". Each of the names evolved from the headlights mounted on the top of hood that resemble a frog and/or bug. The body was very smooth and flowing. There were no door handles; to open the door, the inside handle would need to be operated. The trunk did not open but was accessed through an opening behind the seats. Up front, the entire front hood hinged upwards, allowing easy and convenient access to the engine. The mechanical components were borrowed, in an effort to reduce the cost of production, from a number of vehicles that were already available in the marketplace. The suspension was from the Austin A-35 while the basic engine was courtesy of the Morris Minor. The 948 cc engine was based on the Morris Motor Company A-series but fitted with dual SU carburetors increasing the horsepower from 37 to 43. Coil springs and wishbones were in the front while the rear was a semi-elliptical leaf spring configuration. A rack-and-pinion steering unit controlled the car, drum brakes provided the stopping power, and a four-speed manual gearbox sent power to the rear wheels. Bugeye's had a plethora of new technology for the era, mainly found in their innovative D-Type Jaguar inspired chassis. As the Bugeye Sprites took to the streets, the race track also became a familiar home. A Sprite won their class in the 1958 Alpine Rally among other significant events, often against larger more powerful race cars. The original Sprite was a popular vehicle for many reasons, including its small size, sporty nature, and overall low cost of operation. The original versions cost approximately $2000. The cars were easy to maintain, offered great handling and epitomized the British Sports car experience of the 1950's / 1960's. While the cars were certainly not considered high performance, they were geared to have "zippy" performance in the lower ranges. Today, Bugeye / Frogeyes have become increasingly difficult to locate for a variety of reasons. While large numbers of cars were produced, the cars were prone to significant rust (especially in "rust zones" in the USA), and many cars didn't survive past the 1970's. Also, a large number of cars were entered in a variety of Motorsports events including road racing, auto crossing and other events where the cars did extremely well and established a number of records. PURCHASING A COLLECTOR VEHICLE - THINGS TO CONSIDER As always, we recommend that you carefully review the seller's background for any collector car being sold over the Internet. It is important to ask yourself a number of questions including, but not limited to: - How long have they been in business? - How much experience do they have with collector cars? - How many positive collector car vehicle sales have they completed (positive eBay feedback)? - How detailed/complete is the description of the vehicle? - Do the photos show details of the interior, exterior, top, chrome, etc. or are they simply "glamour shots" taken from a distance? - Does the seller have a Surety Bond to protect the financial transaction? - What about insurance, licensing by the state, and a local business license? - Does the seller (if a business) have any DMV (Motor Vehicle) complaints and/or other history of legal action, grievances? - Does the seller enjoy a favorable local and national/international reputation? - Can the seller assist with funding sources, transport and out of state/country sales? ABOUT CLASSIC CARS LTD. - Classic Cars Ltd. has been in the same, small, California town for over 20 years. We operate a small "brick & mortar", indoor showroom, and specialize in the sale, consignment, and purchase of sports, high performance and specialty vehicles of all types. We have a particular interest in sports cars and unique vehicles. - The majority of our vehicles come from local, private owners and collectors, and many were sold new in California. We appreciate that rust free cars, with excellent documentation and history are especially attractive to our buyers both locally, and around the country. As a result, we do not purchase our collectible cars from "distressed" sales, such as wholesale auctions, salvage sales, or lien sales. We do not sell vehicles with salvage titles, or those that have a history of significant accident damage or repair. We have sold hundreds of unique, classic and collectible vehicles and regularly deal with buyers that have not had the experience of purchasing a large (both physically and monetarily) item on eBay, or through an Internet source. Our eBay feedback is 100% positive on all vehicle sales from customers around the globe and is a reflection of our commitment to accurate, complete, and thorough vehicle descriptions. - We have been shipping vehicles for years and have established excellent contacts that are not only high quality but very price competitive. We do not use brokers, terminal shipping or other discount methods. Call us or email for a quote directly to your home or office. We are often able to obtain quality enclosed transportation (the kind of travel this car deserves) for the cost of open shipping. - Please review our feedback on eBay (user name Never22Many) representing over 780 positive transactions to buyers all over the United States / World. - We are fully insured, bonded, and licensed for collector car sales all over the United States/World. - Classic Cars Ltd. carries a $50,000 Surety bond to cover financial transactions - We frequently sell vehicles to out of State / out of country buyers, and will be glad to provide references for buyers in your area. MISCELLANEOUS GENERAL INFORMATION - As with virtually all collector/specialty vehicles, we find that parts and resources are readily available for this (and most every vehicle), thanks in large part to the Internet. - In addition to the purchase price of the vehicle, California buyers will be subject to sales tax, a documentation fee, DMV transfer fees and license/registration. Out-of-state buyers will be responsible for the purchase price of the vehicle and any local taxes/fees will be the purchaser's responsibility to pay in their respective state. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the vehicle is delivered or driven in California and driven on California roads, sales-tax, license/registration and transfer fees will be assessed per California law. - We encourage telephone calls to discuss this vehicle in greater detail. Also, if you would prefer that we call you to answer any questions about the vehicle; shipping alternatives, etc. please e-mail us with your telephone number and will gladly get back in touch with you. - We encourage inspections of this Sprite by serious, qualified individuals or professional inspectors prior to the end of the auction. Please call at 925-846-1451 to arrange a convenient time. - As with any collectible vehicle of this vintage we are unable to provide a warranty or guarantee of condition. However, we make every effort to accurately represent our vehicles, and highlight both positive items as well as areas that require attention. We ask that prospective buyers consider our eBay history/feedback, standing in the community, length of time in business, and other factors when purchasing a collectible vehicle from Classic Cars Ltd. - Minor cosmetic issues/flaws are present on every vehicle (regardless of cost) including small chips, nicks, scratches, etc. that can be seen on even the best restoration, or even a relatively new, used "pre-owned" vehicle. Also, ownership of a collectible / specialty vehicle is more enjoyable if the owner is familiar with the "realities" of these unique cars. Unlike more modern day vehicles, these cars require regular, ongoing care/maintenance and some mechanical knowledge, patience, and understanding can make the experience considerably more pleasant. That said, collector / "specialty" car owners will tell you (emphatically) that they love their cars and wouldn't trade them for anything!! - The information contained in this description is believed to be accurate but, in some instances, has been provided by the car's owner / owners or outside sources. As a result, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of the information. We encourage verification of "numbers" and significant data prior to the purchase of any collector vehicle that you are considering. We reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. We will be glad to discuss details of a "pre-auction" purchase (925) 846 1451. Inspections of vehicles are encouraged but (by appointment only) must be completed within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Out of state buyers are responsible for the high bid and any shipping costs. California buyers are subject to the appropriate sales tax, DMV transfer, and fees associated with the purchase of any used vehicle sale in the state of California. To avoid shipping the title with the car to our out of state buyers, we mail the title via Priority Mail. While shipping and transportation costs (if appropriate) are the responsibility of the winning bidder, we can assist with locating a suitable transporter. We regularly ship cars all over the USA/World, and can often times locate very competitive rates for transporting vehicles door to door, to a local terminal, enclosed, open, etc. Please call us for specific information/rates to your location. We meet some great people and fellow enthusiasts, and only rarely do we have problems with non-paying bidders. Please be certain that you are prepared to buy the car if you bid, or call us at 925-846-1451 before the end of the auction if we can answer any questions. If you have a "sunglass" rating or fewer than 10 feedback ratings on eBay, please call us before you bid so that we can discuss the bidding process, etc. If we do not hear from you, we reserve the right to delete your bid. Thank You & Happy Bidding Classic Cars Ltd.

For Sale - 1959 Austin-Healey ‘Bug-Eye’ Sprite Historic Car - Excellent Candidate for Monterey or Sonoma Historics or COTA SVRASee more pics at Bridgeway Motors-dot-com - For Sale For Sale - 1959 Austin-Healey Sprite – a wonderful car that comes with the kind of racing provenance that might allow this car to be accepted everywhere. 40+ years of racing heritage, many regional (mid-Ohio) victories and podium finishes as well as National podium finishes, 4 log books. I purchased this car a few weeks ago because of its heritage, brought it out from the east coast and planned on racing it this year and next but after I did a great deal of prepping it for the track ($5,000 in recent work), I had an opportunity to buy back one of my beloved previous cars which I have purchased, so the Sprite must go. If you were at the David Love Memorial you might have seen it in my paddock area and a lot of times with a crowd around it as the bug-eye’s (especially this one) always seem to draw a crowd and a lot of smiles. The bug-eye will also make you smile when you turn-in the first time. While I am not familiar with some of the names below such as Jon Stamps Racing (motor) and Craig Chima (tranny), I have been told by folks from the area and that are Sprite knowledgeable, that these are the guys you want to have worked on your Sprite. As noted below the car comes with 4 log books, SCCS, SVRA, VSCDA and while at the David Love Memorial I asked Ken Kirk of CSRG to do an unofficial look at the car to see if he saw anything that was obviously out of CSRG acceptance and other than a few minor issues (battery box location etc.) he thought it looked like it would comply to CSRG rules. This is NOT meant to be considered an acceptance of the car by CSRG in any way but just an unofficial first glance and comment. What I now know about the previous ownership is that it was for sale a year or so ago and bought by the person I bought the car from. He paid 10 or 11k. He spent another 5k but never raced it and I bought it for 15k+ shipping and I have invested another 5k in recent work. I am asking 21.5 and while you can find cars for less, I don’t think you can find one with this race history and condition for any less. While everyone is so willing to advertise ‘Race Ready’, as the seller who sold it to me said (and it clearly wasn’t), I will only say that I brought it to my local shop (Jim Cestarollo) and he did EVERYTHING we could find that needed to be done to get it race ready for me. In our eyes it is ready to race it other than changing the mirrors and until we raced it can’t comment on any other needs. I did a few laps at Sear Pt. and it ran strong, handled amazing and desperately needs mirrors on the right side that give a better view. This car comes with a signed off clear title and bill of sale. Here is a list of what we just did and then below is the description from the previous seller. 1. Corner Balanced (weight 1415lbs) 2. Transmission front case repaired 3. New transmission mounts 4. Rear brakes cylinders new 5. New head gasket 6. Checked head for fitness and checked out good 7. Valve cover gasket 8. Intake manifold gasket 9. Right rear axle replaced with used 10. Differential seal replace 11. Clutch assembly R&R 12. Clutch master & slave R&R 13. Front Suspension rebuild 14. Lower arm and upper negative arm bushings 15. Lower Kind pin bushings 16. Heim joints replaced in rear 17. Radiator hoses replaces and flush system add water wetter 18. Complete tune and parts 19. All fluids Here is the description from the previous seller: a longtime race car with continuous history and logbooks back to the eary 1970's. The mighty 1275cc engine has been updated with: electronic ignition, \"Pertronix\" distributor mapped to the engine, a mild cam, rebuilt 1 1/4\" SU Carbs, and a \"Pacesetter\" Header which really makes this a blast to drive. Other mechanical upgrades on the \'62 Midget MKI include: front disc brakes, converted single line 1967 master cylinder, new hydraulics with silicone brake fluid, converted to a \"Lucas\" alternator and negative ground, front sway bar, polyurethane bushings throughout, solid spring boxes, and 1 3/4\" exhaust system with RC40 resonator and muffler. Options on this 1962 MG Midget MK1 include: AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Manual Convertible Top, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Hub Caps, and White Wall Radial Tires. The tan convertible top is easily removable as well as the sliding Perspex side-screen windows for when you want to take a cruise on a nice day. The interior is also nicely done with tan vinyl reclining bucket seats out of a Triumph Spitfire, an aftermarket roll bar, and finished out with black carpeting and door panels. This sporty little British two-seater is an absolute thrill to drive and is ready for its next owner to get behind the wheel. Thanks for stopping by to take a look at our very cool and absurdly rare 1963.5 Ford Falcon Futura Convertible. Ford’s Flagship sport car just before the advent of the Mustang, this car is an excellent example of a rare combination of factory equipment, originality and pure California Cool. This Falcon was recovered from an estate sale here in so cal. It was disassembled but mostly complete. The gentleman who had begun the restoration was very meticulous about cataloging parts. We found zero body filler. All of the panels were very clean. Much but not all of the chrome was replated. Everything else was either completely rebuilt or replaced with OEM new. RarityWe used the term absurdly rare for this Falcon. While quite a few Falcons were built in 1963, this one sports a rare combination of being a Futura, Convertible, V8, 4 Speed car from the factory. It’s nearly identical to a Sprint except that is has the factory front bench seat (to keep the girlfriend close) and no tach on the dash. Few Sprints were built and even fewer still configured as a Futura like this one. Matching numbers, refinished to factory spec with a few upgrades, (the mid package; headers, exhaust, radio, wheels and tires). Exterior.Rangoon Red respray in 2016 is correct to the trim tag. Nice and clean original Rangoon Red paint can be found in the trunk and convertible top stowage area. Wheels, Tires15” Custom made Magnum 500 wheels and new Cooper Cobra tires. Original Futura hub caps and wheels are included. Engine260 CID Ford V8, headers and a fresh dual exhaust with chrome concealed tips. Freshly serviced radiator, new water pump, belts and hoses. Hardened valves for unleaded fuel. All fuel delivery, electrical is new. Runs excellent. Transmission4 Speed Manual transmission is rock solid. New Clutch package.
