1972 Pontiac Lemans 350 sport all original Survivor car it's very hard to find a car that is never been repainted before or redone Dash has never been replaced or the interior there is a very small cut in the drivers chair nothing too serious I could send you a picture of that if you would like to see it I bought this car from the very first owner which makes me the second owner I had this car for a while and runs and drives great everything works but has a slight lifter noise also the car has been sitting theres no air condition in it but theres power steering in the Car also has a two barrel carburetor that his original pretty much everything in this car is never been change including the exhaust And also originally came with the ram air hood I have the build sheet and protect-o-plate plate that you see in the pictures to prove it need to sale it need more room in my garage for other projects and the holiday season is here and I haven't driven it in a while this would be a great present to get someone or to add to your collection you could clone it into a GTO but a lot of people are doing that and there's not a lot of Lemans out there if it was up to me and I would keep it all original this car was built in Detroit with sold in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania little bit of rust on the back of the vinyl top and the hood and its hit on the quarter panel but its still a clean title

Rare from day one, the car is 1 of only 109 6 Barrel/Torqueflite Road Runners produced for the 1971 model year and, currently, is believed to be 1 of only 12 that still exist. So, if you're ready for some exclusive MoPar muscle that's a little outside of '60s boxy, take a long look at this Rallye Red Plymouth! BODYWORK/TRIM Produced in Windsor, Canada, this slick Road Runner met its first owner, a 23 year old car enthusiast, at L.P. Stuart Plymouth in Washington D.C. on March 17th, 1971. That young man would enjoy the car until 1985 when, suffering mildly rusted corners, it was posted in the For Sale section of a local trade paper. The car's second owner, dedicated MoPar enthusiast Leon Perahia, wanted to conduct a concours-style restoration using only NOS parts and, after eight years of sourcing, completed what had become an incredible project. That project began with a rotisserie breakdown that included media-blasting all the car's panels all the way to bare metal. Once that metal was smooth and clean, NOS quarters were welded up. With those quarters assembly line-solid, a correct coat of Rallye Red paint was complemented with a correct, black roof. And, after six months of assembly, this Plymouth rolled out of Perahia's garage an ultra-straight, fully detailed award winner! Refinished during the thorough restoration, every bit of this MoPar's factory ornamentation presents extremely well. At the front of the car, a broad, chrome-trimmed grille centers a small Road Runner likeness between bright headlights and crystal clear parking lamps. Behind that grille, a striped Air Grabber Hood centers an otherwise wind-cheating scoop between stainless pins, an intricate Plymouth header and optional turn signal indicators. Above that hood, like-new glass rides behind pristine frames, straight drip rails and color-keyed mirrors. Below that glass, slab-sided body panels hang mirrored door handles and dent-free wheel lips between segmented marker lamps, Road Runner quarter regalia and bold "440-6" call-outs. And at the back of the car, a broad bumper centers fresh tail lights between a small Road Runner emblem, a striped valance and slotted exhaust tips. ENGINE Lift the car's long hood and you'll find an original, 440 cubic inch RB V8 that supplements a correct 2536480 casting number and matching partial VIN with a hydraulic, flat-tappet cam and high quality stroker kit. More popular than Chrysler's famed Hemi, and almost as feared, Plymouth's storied 440 6 Barrel was designed to be the industry's best combination of comfort, streetability and big block performance. Oxygen whips through the car's Air Grabber Hood to an NOS-decaled cleaner and three Holley 2-barrels that are bolted to a factory-spec intake. At the front of that intake, a familiar points distributor sequences spark between an old school MoPar voltage regulator and correct, Chrysler Electronic Suppression cables. At the sides of that intake, Hemi Orange valve covers perfectly contrast correctly restored exhaust manifolds. Cooling comes courtesy of a 26-inch, NOS-tagged radiator, which rides in front of Chrysler-branded hoses and simple squeeze clamps. And a stalwart MoPar red cap kicks everything in to motion. Aesthetically, the entire engine bay looks spectacular, from its correct markings and Rallye Red fenders all the way to its old school fluid reservoir and familiar Road Runner horn. And functionally, a quick turn of the car's ignition results in a rumbling high-performance idle, hot or cold. DRIVETRAIN/SUSPENSION This Plymouth's chassis specs leave little question as to why Chrysler's B-body architecture was such a huge hit with performance car fans. Take a step under our lift and you'll find a tough ol' stoplight skeleton that's been carefully refurbished to appear just as it rolled off Windsor's storied assembly lines. Behind the thumpin' RB, an original A727 Torqueflite twists power to a correct, NOS-restored Dana 60 Super Track Pak rear end. Below that proven drivetrain, a familiar front torsion bar and rear leaf suspension has been completely rebuilt to include correct power front disc and rear drum brakes. Opposite that satin chassis, painted floors sport everything from a new fuel tank and fresh fluid lines to correctly coated wheel wells. Turns come courtesy of correct power steering. Exhaust is handled by free-flowing, 2.5-inch pipes, which jettison cooked dinosaurs through an H-shaped crossover, throaty mufflers and slotted stainless tips. Combining classic Ford looks with a snarky 289 cubic inch V8, it's a fun, affordable way to enjoy traditional rear-wheel-drive performance with a Blue Oval flavor. Positioned somewhere between the Falcon and the Galaxie, the Fairlane has just the right proportions: big enough to be comfortable but not so big that it dampens performance. Finished in traditional Wimbledon White, it has a look that makes every old-school racer think twice before giving it a go at the local track. Next to the convertible, the hardtop is by far the most desirable body style and the combination of formality and performance is quite appealing. The finish is extremely nice, particularly at this price, with a great gloss and straight bodywork that strongly suggests this car has not been abused or wrecked. The white paint is just the right shade, not quite refrigerator white but not cream, either, and with all the factory brightwork still in place, it looks like it should cost thousands more than it does. In fact, much of the chrome and trim has been recently replaced or restored, so it shows well. The basic black interior was standard issue in the Fairlane, and for guys more interested in going fast, the accommodations were of little consideration. Therefore the original front bench remains in place, now covered with a reproduction seat cover that has sharply defined pleats and silver piping for just a little contrast. The fat wood-rimmed steering wheel is the most notable modification to the interior, but the modern A/C unit disguised as a period under-dash accessory is a very nice touch. The white-faced gauges are original and in decent shape, proving once again that white gauges are far from a recent invention. The factory-issued AM radio is long gone, replaced more recently by an AM/FM/CD stereo head unit, which powers a set of 6x9 speakers on the rear package shelf. The carpets, door panels, and headliner are in excellent condition, offering additional proof that someone invested in this car all out of proportion to its asking price. Even the trunk is nicely upholstered in black carpet rather than the basic rubber mat. It would be a mistake to underestimate Ford's muscular 289, because in the relatively lightweight Fairlane, performance is impressive. An Edelbrock intake and Holley 4-barrel carburetor surely add some ponies to the final count, and upgrades like an alternator and power steering make it reliable and comfortable enough to drive every day. Other smart upgrades include front disc brakes, a big sway bar, and a new dual exhaust system that sounds stock until you really stomp the loud pedal. A C4 3-speed automatic transmission and sturdy 8-inch rear end with 3.00 gears inside (at least according to the door tag) mean that it's equally happy in traffic or on the highway. The undercarriage is surprisingly tidy for a car in this price range and the lowered front end gives it just a bit of an attitude. Stock steel wheels with wire wheel covers are fitted with 215/70/14 white-letter radials that hint at the performance awaiting inside. A very neat old Ford with a lot of performance for not a lot of cash. If you're looking for fun on a budget that's not like everyone else's fun on a budget, then this Fairlane deserves a closer look. According to its owner, this coupe was an extremely solid piece when its high quality restoration began. Nonetheless, its body was stripped to bare metal and carefully massaged in a thorough rebuild that included a fully restored undercarriage and correct India Ivory on Canyon Coral paint. Today, the car rolls as one fantastic bowtie that creates a one car parade wherever it goes! Chic is the name of the game with this clean chameleon, as the car's striking combination of highly polished stainless and subdued coral pigment readily assimilates to either modern or retro depending on its context. That assimilation begins with a heavy, body-width bumper that props a clean Bel Air grille behind a pristine Chevrolet crest and two clear parking lamps. Above that crest, gold header ornamentation rides between hooded T3 headlights and '57 Chevy-exclusive 'spear bullets and spoons'. At the sides of those headlights, classic tri-five stainless is flanked by gold fender louvers and dent-free rocker guards. Above those louvers, curvy chrome trim combines with a small mirror, bright wipers and a stylized antenna to perfectly frame factory-tint glass. And, opposite that antenna, peaked fin caps highlight a second chrome bumper, '57 Chevy-exclusive tail lights and trademark trunk ornamentation. In 1957, Chevrolet's 283 cubic inch Turbo Fire V8 was the most common choice for factory GM performance. It made solid power, created plenty of torque and, even in today's world of 300 horsepower grocery getters, is still lively and impressive. Follow this Bel Air's slick coral shine in to its clean engine bay and you'll find a fully rebuilt small block that's been layered in a thick coat of Chevy Orange paint. At the top of that legendary mill, an old school, Satin Black air cleaner funnels wind in to a familiar 2-barrel carburetor that's equipped with stainless fluid lines and a glass filter bowl. At the base of that carburetor, a vintage intake feeds air and fuel in to proven cast iron heads that are capped by stamped and silver-detailed valve covers. At the back of that intake, a traditional points distributor shoots fire through fresh Radio GM plug wires. Once those fires have been lit, a tagged radiator circulates coolant through reproduction GM hoses and authentic squeeze clamps. Once that air and fuel is torched, stock exhaust manifolds whisk spent gases into a polite, single-pipe exhaust system. And once combustion is created, new V-belts spin a tagged Delco-Remy generator opposite factory power steering. Everything in this Bel Air's correctly painted engine bay is as complete as its smooth exterior panels. And not a single detail was missed during the car's calculated restoration, with items like a correct black oil filler and Delco yellow cap battery topper setting a retro tone. During that calculated restoration, this Chevy's original 'Glide Ride' suspension was fully rebuilt to include correct power steering. Above that suspension, rust-free floorpans were, like most of today's best tri-fives, lovingly coated in Red Oxide primer. Behind the stout small block, a correct Powerglide 2-speed spins a factory rear end. Braking is handled by manually controlled drums that are logical and easy to maintain. Exhaust rumbles through a big, aluminized pipe to a mid-mount turbo muffler. And power flows to the pavement via 14-inch painted steel wheels, which lap 7.50-14 Goodyear Custom Super Cushion whitewalls around subdued stainless hubcaps. All of the car's lines, hoses, brackets and fasteners, which were completely replaced at the time of restoration, show little to no weathering. And everything, from this Chevy's orange oil pan to its clean stainless fuel tank, is fully sorted and ready to hit the road! Featuring a stunning array of black and silver accents, this tri-five's carefully fitted interior is both clean and impressive. At the center of the car, silver-detailed seats wear a striking combination of cloth and vinyl skin. On the doors, tri-tone panels, which almost look custom, hang chrome handles, stainless trim and simple armrests below glossy black toppers. At the floor, fresh black carpet rides below beefy rubber mats. On the roof, a clean and tight headliner stretches from the car's curved front window to its straight, black package tray. Combining classic Ford looks with a snarky 289 cubic inch V8, it's a fun, affordable way to enjoy traditional rear-wheel-drive performance with a Blue Oval flavor. Positioned somewhere between the Falcon and the Galaxie, the Fairlane has just the right proportions: big enough to be comfortable but not so big that it dampens performance. Finished in traditional Wimbledon White, it has a look that makes every old-school racer think twice before giving it a go at the local track. Next to the convertible, the hardtop is by far the most desirable body style and the combination of formality and performance is quite appealing. The finish is extremely nice, particularly at this price, with a great gloss and straight bodywork that strongly suggests this car has not been abused or wrecked. The white paint is just the right shade, not quite refrigerator white but not cream, either, and with all the factory brightwork still in place, it looks like it should cost thousands more than it does. In fact, much of the chrome and trim has been recently replaced or restored, so it shows well. The basic black interior was standard issue in the Fairlane, and for guys more interested in going fast, the accommodations were of little consideration. Therefore the original front bench remains in place, now covered with a reproduction seat cover that has sharply defined pleats and silver piping for just a little contrast. The fat wood-rimmed steering wheel is the most notable modification to the interior, but the modern A/C unit disguised as a period under-dash accessory is a very nice touch. The white-faced gauges are original and in decent shape, proving once again that white gauges are far from a recent invention. The factory-issued AM radio is long gone, replaced more recently by an AM/FM/CD stereo head unit, which powers a set of 6x9 speakers on the rear package shelf. The carpets, door panels, and headliner are in excellent condition, offering additional proof that someone invested in this car all out of proportion to its asking price. Even the trunk is nicely upholstered in black carpet rather than the basic rubber mat. It would be a mistake to underestimate Ford's muscular 289, because in the relatively lightweight Fairlane, performance is impressive. An Edelbrock intake and Holley 4-barrel carburetor surely add some ponies to the final count, and upgrades like an alternator and power steering make it reliable and comfortable enough to drive every day. Other smart upgrades include front disc brakes, a big sway bar, and a new dual exhaust system that sounds stock until you really stomp the loud pedal. A C4 3-speed automatic transmission and sturdy 8-inch rear end with 3.00 gears inside (at least according to the door tag) mean that it's equally happy in traffic or on the highway. The undercarriage is surprisingly tidy for a car in this price range and the lowered front end gives it just a bit of an attitude. Stock steel wheels with wire wheel covers are fitted with 215/70/14 white-letter radials that hint at the performance awaiting inside. A very neat old Ford with a lot of performance for not a lot of cash. If you're looking for fun on a budget that's not like everyone else's fun on a budget, then this Fairlane deserves a closer look.
