BMW 540 iA (2002). Exterior color is Oxford Green Metallic; interior is sand (beige) leather. 5 speed automatic transmission. This is the E39 vintage 5-series -- arguably the last real "driver" 5 series BMW produced. HISTORY AND OPTIONSI purchased this car in April, 2003 with 7,200 miles on it -- I'm the second owner. It has been my daily driver for the last 11 1/2 years. From 2003 through 2011 it was serviced and maintained by a local BMW dealer; for the last three years it has been serviced by a independent BMW specialist. I have done all routine maintenance and servicing on a regular basis and there are no known mechanical issues. The car has used BMW spec synthetic oil throughout its life. I have the original window sticker, all original keys, and the owner's manual in its leather case. The listed mileage will increase since I'm still driving the car on a daily basis. This car is pretty much "loaded" -- it has all options that were available in 2002 except navigation and the CD changer. The options include all you'd expect, plus:Park distance control (front and rear)Power sliding rear sun shade (and manual rear side window shades)Heated front seats and heated steering wheelRain-sensing wipers and auto-dimming rear view mirrorXenon headlightsHomelink remote controlCONDITIONThe both the interior and exterior of the car are in very good condition. On the inside, the leather has no rips or discoloration; the back seats are like new. The driver's seat has the type of minor wear you'd expect on a car that is almost 13 years old and has over 135k miles. The carpeting is clean with little wear. The front mats do show some wear. All instruments/gauges/electronics work. The dash display does have a few dead pixels (see pics of dash), which is a common issue with this vintage BMW. You can have the pixel issue addressed at a BMW dealer or good indy mechanic for around $400 (I've haven't done so since everything is still legible with the few dead pixels). Door panels and headliner are in very good condition as well. The paint is original, shiny and in overall good shape. There are a few minor "parking lot" dings that could easily be fixed with "paintless" dent removal. There are miscellaneous small rock chips in the usual locations you'd expect on a car with this mileage. There is one scratch on the top of the trunk lid that is noticeable (see picture). The front lower valance (the plastic piece below the bumper) is fairly worn, which is typical on cars like a 540 that have low ground clearance (but you can't see it unless you're laying on the ground). Most, if not all of the small chips and the scratch could likely be addressed with a good detailing. From 10 feet away, the paint looks very good. EXTRASThe car comes with eight (yes 8) OEM wheels. The four currently mounted on the car have nearly new Pirelli all-season radials (see pics). The Pirellis were installed in April 2014 and have about 8k miles on them. The other four wheels come with Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires (see pic). These have been on the car the last three winters and have approx. 18k miles on them. The Blizzaks are great snow tires and these have at least another 30k miles left in them. The extra OEM wheels and winter tires alone would cost around $1,400 new. The sale also includes some miscellaneous maintenance parts. I have a complete binder of all service records since I acquired the car. Recent work (within the last year or so) includes a new radiator, a new lamp control module (hope you never have to replace one of these), a new driveshaft and flex disc, new rear sway bar links, new oil pan (the threads for the drain plug were stripped on the old one), two new front brake rotors and right caliper, new thrust rod bushings, and a new left front wheel hub/bearings. The battery was replaced in November 2012 and should be good for another 4 years or so. PURCHASE/PAYMENT DETAILSThe car is being sold as is/where is. While I've described the car and condition to the best of my ability, this car is nearly 13 years old and has over 136,000 miles on it, so there is no warranty whatsoever. There are also no returns. IN-PERSON INSPECTIONS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Please ask any and all questions before buying or making an offer. If you'd prefer to talk about the car on the phone, send me a message through eBay with your phone number and I'll call as soon as I can. I'm really looking for a local buyer and would prefer not to ship the car. But, if the buyer makes all arrangements and pays for all shipping costs, I will assist as best I can. If you chose to have the car shipped, I will not release the title or the car until you have paid for the car in full. Payments: I require a $500 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after purchase and the balance in cash upon pickup within three (3) days after purchase. The only exception to the $500 deposit requirement is if you contact me immediately upon purchase and then pay in full with cash within 24 hours. If you don't like these terms, don't buy this car. Thanks for your interest. If you need additional pics of any area of the car, send me a message with your email address and I will take additional pics and send them to you.

MINT 2013 BMW M6 is up for sale! I am making way for a GT3 so the M6 has to go! The car is literally in like new condition with 24,360 miles on it as of today (mileage will not increase as the car is in winter storage and not driven). This car features a Sakhir Orange exterior color that is paired with a black leather interior. I'm a car guy and an anal retentive one at that. The car was serviced at BMW of Omaha at for scheduled maintenance which included new air filters, wipers, brake fluid flush, and oil change. All service is up to date. This car is my 3rd car and rarely driven. It is an unmolested completely stock example that has never had any modifications. I have a daily Mini Cooper and RUF R-Turbo for winding road duty so this car is simply a weekend/special occasion use and is registered as a "Special Interest" vehicle in Nebraska which prohibits daily use. I treat the interior with AMMO leather conditioner every other week when it's used in the summer and it gets a monthly application during winter storage to keep the leather fresh and not cracking. You'll note there is next to no bolster wear on the seats and no stretched leather (which is easy to do on the non-perforated option leather seats). As you can see the interior looks new. I'm one of those people that strictly prohibits eating in the car and that clicks his feet together after sitting down to knock rocks/dirt off the bottom of his shoes before putting them in the car. The interior features the upgraded Hi-Fi sound system, heads up display, carbon trim package, surround view, park assist, lane departure, heated steering wheel, and blind spot detection. The ONLY options this car does not have is Infrared Nightvision, B&O Sound (didn't get as the mechanical speakers that raise and lower out of the dash tend to fail and are stupid expensive to replace), and vented front seats (again not optioned as they don't look as nice and are much harder to maintain and keep clean). To see the full option list I recommend using bmwdecoder dot com with the VIN of this vehicle posted above. The car is garaged and never sits outside or sees rain/snow. The car is professionally detailed and paint corrected and covered with AMMO Sealant and AMMO Reflex coatings for maximum protection, reflection, and durability. The exterior is treated with AMMO products exclusively. The car is washed only with a foam gun, AMMO cleanser, and a wool mitt, and separate buckets for rinsing the mitt. No dents, dings, or scratches on the car. There is one small (~2mm in diameter) rock chip on the front bumper that can be easily touched up but it occurred the week before I put it away for the winter so I haven't had a chance to do it. As you can see the paint has extraordinary depth and reflections with no swirls, etc. Mechanically the car is rock solid. Some of these cars are in the dealer every month for this little fault or that fault and some are just rock solid. This car is one of the rock solid ones. Never had an electrical fault, mechanical issue, and while most of these M6's consume 1 quart of oil every 750-1000 miles (which is spec per BMW - check the 6Post forums if you don't believe me) I typically add one quart every 2500 miles which only goes again to prove the solid mechanical nature of this specific example. Everything functions perfectly as new. You will NOT find a lower mileage, cleaner, better cared for, UNMOLESTED BMW M6 anywhere in the country. Most cars priced similarly will have off lease mileage (36-40k) miles, questionable service or upgrade history, or were simply owned by someone that used the car simply as a car rather than an enthusiast that appreciated and cared for it as the rare and special car that it is. NO TRADES. Have your financing in order prior to bidding. Am happy to allow the car to be shipped and help coordinate shipping with your transporter. $1000.00 Non-Refundable deposit due with 24 hours of auction close.Serious bidders only please. Full High-Res (and additional) photos of the car available upon request. I will work with you to arrange shipment of the vehicle and local buyers (or PPI's) are welcome to come by and inspect the car prior to purchase. I reserve the right to sell the car prior to the end of this auction.

There's only 3,470 miles on the odometer, and this well-documented Datsun seems frozen in time. Think about the 3,470 miles for a moment...someone bought a brand new, top-of-the-line sports car, and then barely drove it. A Florida car it's entire life, this car was sold new in Winter Haven, Florida and has only had two owners since new. The first owner, a woman, was given this car as an anniversary gift by her husband. Then, in 1992, they sold the car to well-known Z-Collector in the Tampa, FL area who still owns the car to this day. Our consignor reports this car has never had the T-tops taken out (until our photo shoot), and even more amazingly, no one has ever sat in the passenger seat! The car has been under car cover and stored away in his collection since 1992. There's no question that's the original dark brown metallic on the sleek surfaces of this 280ZX. In today's collector car world, there are prestigious awards given to cars like this one that almost seem like they were lost to history for decades and still have nearly impossibly low miles and appear showroom fresh. In fact, this one still carries all of its original chrome trim, the doors close with the same authority as a new car, and even the rubber surrounding the T-top still looks watertight. So you're at a crossroads with this coupe. It's legendary Japanese reliability means it can still be as trusty as a digital clock, or utilize this as a full survivor collector. The condition of the interior is even more unbelievably rare. Let's start with the bucket seats. This is the optional leather and suede package on the premium 280ZX models, and while this was durable, any other ones you'd see today would be damaged from decades of Jordache/Levis/Gap jeans wearing these down with each time someone got in or out. Instead these stylish seats are impossibly factory fresh. If the seats are like that then you better believe the carpets, door panels, dash, and everything else is just as pristine. A sports car like this came with plenty of factory options like power windows, cruise control, and AM/FM/cassette stereo. Everything works perfectly right down to the Z-car's iconic tri-pod gauges in the middle of the dash. The fuel-injected 2.8-liter motor is what will make it so hard to resist adding extra miles to this time capsule of a Datsun. This original engine is one of the legendary smooth and rev-happy motors that helped establish Datsun/Nissan as an exciting brand of cars. Z experts will notice this car's engine bay is still coated in the factory cosmoline coating they applied way back in 1982. This was applied at the car factory before the cars were shipped over to the U.S. It looks like there's a lot going on under the hood, but the SOHC inline-six is easy to spot and makes a wonderful baritone wail that's a big part of the early Z's allure. The ultra low mileage means the motor is in outstanding condition, and all the factory stickers and markings seem to still be in place. If you do to choose to enjoy this 280ZX on the road, you'll be rewarded with the perfect harmony of the five-speed manual transmission, fully independent suspension, and four-wheel disc brakes. Japanese classics are some of the quickest appreciating vehicles on the market today, and you're looking at a loaded one that has averaged barely 100 miles a year over its lifetime. You will never again find something this unique that also comes with all the right documentation like the window sticker, owner's manual, and dealer invoice. 1980 Triumph TR7 Buick V6 Conversion Very Customized This Triumph TR7 is a show winner and a very fine example of the V6 conversion. It started as a stock RUST FREE TR7. No body work was done. Although I'd like to say restored, it would be more appropriate to say reconditioned and customized. I felt since the paint and body was so nice as original, I left it. While its not perfect, it has bragging rights as is and get much attention at car shows. It was buffed and waxed but any original scratches and dings were left. And you'll have to look hard to find them. This project has taken me over 7 years to get it where it is and like most cars built to this extreme spent way more then I'll get back. Here are the details (I'm sure I'll miss some): Engine Compartment & Drivetrain: Repainted and detailed John's V6 conversion kit Rebuilt Buick 3.8L V6 231cuin motor (I believe mid 80's non-turbo Regal) with New headers, Holley 450 and automatic choke, alternator, lightweight starter, hoses, plugs, sensors, etc. Was rebuilt when purchased with no paperwork but mostly stock. Rebuild 200R4 automatic transmission Reconditioned purple torque converter 65-15g-10 New custom balanced driveshaft and u-joints MSD 6AL Ignition control and MSD Blaster 2 coil MSD billet distributor and MSD 8mm Heli-core wire kit. Xtreme output lightweight starter Dual electric fans with automatic temperature sensor and manual over-ride switch. Reconditioned Radiator with extra core. New water pump and thermostat All new gaskets, no leaks Suspension & Brakes: Front disc brake conversion with new calipers, rotors, pads, braided hoses, proportion valve. Rear brakes freshly done too. New Front struts, springs, poly bushings, front sway bar & poly kit, Anti-dive kit, bunch of misc. replacement/upgrade parts.Rear shocks, sway bar & poly kit, poly bushings. 4 new tire, Aluminum rims and new lugs. Alignment Other Stuff: Gas tank flushed, new gas lines, sending unit and electric fuel pump. Headers, new real dual exhaust with X pipe and chrome hot rod side pipes. Battery relocated to trunk, main disconnect Added newer style fuse boxes. One in trunk and one under glove box Train air horns hidden under front fender with compressor mounted in trunk. If the standard weak British horn doesn't get respect, then blast them with a big bite. Detailed trunk with lots of goodies and hidden compartment. No space for spare tire! Interior: New carpet with sound insulation, new seats New custom interior panels done in black leather like vinyl with orange stitching Leather wrapped steering wheel with orange stitching Reconditioned factory TR8 speedo and tach. Tach was adjusted for conversion. All other stock gauges where replaced with custom blue LED gauges including Clock, Oil Temp, Voltage, Water Temp, Fuel, Oil Pressure, Vacuum and Air/Fuel. All gauges light up and work. Custom panel with auxillary gauges, 5 LED switches, 2 Push buttons, USB, Charger and stock Hazard switch. Double DIN entertainment system with radio, CD/DVD, GPS, Bluetooth, USB, Rear backup camera. Custom cut in speakers front, rear and subwoofer in trunk. Amp. Electric antenna Custom shifter fit into stock shifter console with leather boot. Racing harness seatbelts, LED floor and dash lighting Exterior: Original paint, no rust! Rear spoiler painted to match exterior New sport mirrors 70's style stock graphics package New perfect front and back bumpers Front spoiler New German made cloth top with inside liner. Not a cheap repro style but top of the line. Leather boot to cover back when top is down. Top is manual. Working factory stock running lamps LED blue accent lighting hidden behind hood louvers and front grille. Switch from interior switch All lights and flip up headlights work as they should Undercoated wheel wheels Undercarriage degreased, power washed and painted Ok so now the disclosures. Yes I will list everything I can think of that would bring this to the next level. Being picky here: Things to do and comments: The exhaust looks great and sounds perfect but it sits low enough that you have to watch for bumps and curb clearances. I worry too much about that so I'd go back to pipes out the rear. Although everything was replaced on the brakes and disc brakes added to the front I feel the peddle is soft. I think a new power master cylinder would wake the braking up. I don't have the carb dialed in and you can get an initial bog on heavy acceleration The motor is too stock for me. I'd like to beef up the internals and heads to give it a real punch. It does ok but not as fast as I would expect for power/weight ratio. A Gran National turbo motor would make this the ultimate surprise! Radio has a wiring issue (my mistake) I routed the speaker wires on the same side next to the amp and battery power wires. This creates radio noise. Also while the radio is nice and has many functions I feel its cheap (I got what I paid for). The tuner doesn't pick up as many stations as I'd like. I have the GPS micro chip but haven't installed the maps. Battery will drain when sitting for long time. I'd install a battery disconnect. I think the radio is the cause. The clock uses very little power. Rear trunk needs a new strut to keep it open. I use a stick. Would be even nicer wet sanded and rebuffed. I'd keep the original paint. No climate controls. The heating system was sacrificed for the bigger radio and custom panels. Would not drive this in the winter anyways.Car is for sale or trade locally so I reserve the right to end this auction if it becomes unavailable.

The original owner (and wife) owned this Camaro until 2005 and was sold to the second owner who had it for a short time before flipping it to me. I first rebuilt the driveline and suspension on this car as an "all original" style build. After driving it for a summer I realized that some of the original components, though suitable for the 60's, needed to be upgraded with modern aftermarket technology to bring it to a point where it can be enjoyed on the street. I have upgraded with Atomic EFI, Caltracs, Dynatech, MSD ignition, and Hotchkis as outlined below. Major original components including intake, carb, snorkel air cleaner, and exaust manifolds have been refinished and are included in the sale. Also included are the original wheels, wheel covers, and boxes of original take off components. If there is anything specific you would want just let me know as I kept almost everything that was removed. The time has come for me to sell... This car is quick but I want to go faster in a street/strip car and I feel that any further modifications and changes will take this too far away from its original state so I purchased a 1969 Camaro base roller and I plan to start the rebuild process again with a coupe. This car is properly stored every winter in a heated garage. I have hundreds of photos showing the original paint marks, numbers, and every stage of the rebuilt that are included with the sale. Please see the details below that outline the originality and various aftermarket components that make this a great updated classic muscle car. This car an originally USA built and purchased vehicle and it is a clean simple process to bring back across the border from Canada into the USA. This car has the last USA clear title and comes with the Canadian bill of sale as there are no vehicle titles in Alberta Canada and according to US customs can be imported duty free. I am also very willing to drive/trailer the Camaro to the Sweet Grass Montana border crossing and help with paperwork. I used Reliable Carriers to bring the car up to Canada from the USA and would highly recommend them for shipping.https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/278/~/importing-classic-or-antique-vehicles-%2F-cars-for-personal-usehttp://www.reliablecarriers.com/ Upgrades and Information There are a number of upgrades as listed below that allow this original car to perform much better on the road. It should be replaced but still keeps out the rain. The power top pump could use a recharge as it needs a bit of a hand to go up and down but according to some that's just how most original ones work. 4dajudge Store Auctiva's FREE Scrolling Gallery will enhance your listings.Well used but in very good condition for a car that's a quarter of a century old. The links below are for YouTube videos that will tell you everything I miss here... I've owned this car since Sept of 2013 and driven it a ton for all sorts of travel. I commuted to NC from NJ at least five or six times in that period, most recently about five weeks ago. I used it as regular local transport all during that time. I've driven it to NY and SC and PA and MA and other places I don't remember. I've put two new tires on eight months ago (now on the rear) the fronts are about 65% good remaining. I've replaced the alternator, valve cover gasket, ignition wires and tuned it in the last 12 months. The end of the wiring harness attaching to the alternator has been redone. The car has done more sitting than driving over the last seven months (hence why the tires on the rear still look close to new) but I've kept it up and it runs well up to 90 mph. (You are NOT allowed to ask how I know that...) Look at the pictures and the video links for complete knowledge on condition and considerations. Looks good, drives great for the age, VERY easy to maintain and that's why I own these often. (this would be my fourth) If you're looking for a Volvo 240 to restore or just kick until it gives up the ghost, there's plenty to consider in this one. I've been servicing and rebuilding diesel Mercedes of the early '80's, VW's from the 70's and Volvo's from the '90's for three decades now and I use those three platforms because they a) last forever b) are exceptional cars to restore or just drive cheaply and c) they can be deeply enjoyed at almost any level of 'running well' The mileage on this one is completely unknown to me because the odometer wasn't working when I bought it! That didn't bother me because this became one of a stable of seven cars we own for college kids and myself to 'tool around the USA' in. I can tell you that I wouldn't hesitate to drive this thing across the USA today, it runs that well. There is NO unusual oil loss or smoke from the tailpipe. (1/2qt of oil low every TEN tankfuls...MAYBE??? Really sound oil consumer.) There's AC but I've never used it. Expect a new condenser is needed but I didn't care to do. It does come on but the belts squeal too much for me to use without actually paying maintenance attention to. If I can't fix something completely I usually don't use that feature until I can. MANUAL sunroof (which I love more than anything else on this car!) but the crank needs a little 'playing with it' to work perfectly...it ALWAYS works in both directions, just needs fiddling with the crank (OR you can replace the crank mechanism...again, it didn't bother me this way.) During a 'tightening' of the speaker mount in the passenger door, the switch wiring for the front passenger window must have been jostled because it isn't working by any switch at the moment. That motor is fine, it DID work before the speaker was remounted it's just going to take removal of the door liner to find where the connection is grounding/undone. All other motors, windows that I can think of here work to my recollection. There are heated seats but a kid left those ON one day last winter and it drained the battery to zero on a sub-20 degree day. I removed the fuse for that circuit once, replaced it to find that they were left on once in the summer and have since removed it on a permanent basis. Those should come right back when the fuse is replaced but...and this probably should go as a 'caveat emptor' statement for the entire car...you are buying a Volvo that is 25 years old. If you know these cars, you know the quality of this example just from the photos and videos. If you are expecting new or "nothing needed to make it as good as new" please do us both a favor and skip this auction altogether. This car was listed a few months ago and the high bidder 'disappeared' so I just kept it and made it run even better for a few more months. See the pictures, see the video. Ask questions if there's more you need to know. I will take PAYPAL if you need to make the "holding deposit" (50% of total cost) in the first 48 hours without picking up in person. If you pay the 50% immediately, I'll hold it for up to 10 days. IF YOU PAY FOR THE WHOLE CAR VIA PAYPAL I'M GOING TO ADD 4% TO THE TOTAL FOR THEIR FEES. (It stinks that they charge what they do but they're the only game -- can you say "monopoly" -- in town via Ebay these days.) IF YOU BID, WIN and DON'T PAY it will end badly for you...very, very badly. I've seen to that before and I kinda like doing it. I see it as a service to protecting others from lousy bidders in cyberspace. Don't bid if you don't already have the cash in your pocket. Just don't do it! If you show up inside of 48 hours from the close of auction (or send your shipper inside that window and pay fully prior to them arriving) I'll just charge you the close price and the handling fee listed below ($25 to help cover the listing fees on Ebay) There's my 'usual disclaimer' below but you already have all the information you need on this one...if you're looking for a good used car that repairs cheap and easy OR you're looking for a place to start a 240 restoration, just press 'buy it now' or make an offer. If you own it, you'll consider yourself lucky. I always have. First video : https://youtu.be/rkukkUIKeZY Second video : https://youtu.be/oX82rEOoksc Third video : https://youtu.be/4s_jmslwEOg Night video : https://youtu.be/yLlLL26OBD0 and here's a video from the first listing a few months ago... https://youtu.be/Zb2yB1IbDhg Do not pay before receiving the invoice! We accept Paypal (and cash in person) from EVERYONE. Due to Ebay restrictions, only PAYPAL. (a few greedy folks have ruined that for all the others...) Enjoy the auction! please do note: I have been selling on Ebay for over twenty years. Yes, since the very beginning. This is my third seller I.D. (due to security breaches each and every time...) and my ex-wife is still selling on one of my previous ebay accounts where we had over 3000 feedbacks alone! I have THOUSANDS of satisfied customers but you MUST know... * I save time by using beautiful, crisp, hi-res photos. ** I will describe any damage or noteworthy issues as best as I can immediately upon noting any issue. AND-- ***We don't clean or try to 'doctor' any item. I have actually been berated (very early in my 'ebay career') for "ruining the patina" on a 100 year old lamp that I lightly wiped down before shipping it. How I find an item is how you will receive it. If it has indications of age, whether that be tarnish-rust-corrosion-or mold blooms, you will receive it exactly that way in order for you to do as you wish from that point. THIS INCLUDES VEHICLES FROM MY GARAGE! With the exception of some new items I sell which I have purchased for myself and later found I wouldn't or couldn't use, ALL of my items are old. Those old items are from sales where almost everything being sold has long since been out of production or they have thought up another 40 (or 400) improvements since the item was originally sold. If you're like me, that may be exactly WHY you are looking for the older version (or even the 'original' version) of something. They usually work better AND are easier to fix and keep working longer! My house runs (and runs well) on all sorts of those items and I can understand anyone's melancholy over the loss of the era when things were manufactured to last and NOT be discarded for the replacement (because they were designed to die and others be sold to you inside of five years from buying the first... whatever!) ****ALL of my items are listed on multiple local boards and locations, I reserve the right to end an auction on any item prior to the closing time due to local sale. AS TO SHIPPING---THIS IS A VEHICLE AUCTION. WE DO NOT SHIP CARS OR MOTORCYCLES. YOU PICK UP AND DO SO INSIDE OF A WEEK AFTER PAYING...and you PAY INSIDE OF 48 HOURS FROM CLOSE. Finally--- I sell because I have relations with SEVEN very bright kids all getting very expensive educations! Don't bid expecting to 'renegotiate' a final price once you get the item. As I have said, I have been doing this for a very long time. You will ship the item (every piece) back (on your dime) and get a full refund (item costs-NOT shippings) if there is something unsatisfactory to you on arrival of the item. That's how the big stores do it, that's how I do it. You can't pull something I haven't already seen (or heard of) on Ebay before now. I'm honest, my items are the 'real deal' and my customers appreciate both my frank, straightforward nature and my dependability. In short, I treat my customers like I like to be treated by all people who try to sell ME anything, well. All the best to each of you in your bidding and your futures. JD

This is LuAnne the Land Barge. We bought her this Spring and shipped her to NH to use as a second vehicle, collectible type car. I can't tell you how many compliments and smiles we have gotten, and kids LOVE the rear seats, it's an almost magical thing. The first thing I did when she arrived was to send her to my local shop where they checked her from top to bottom. I put 4 new tires, did a thorough tune up including changing wires etc, did some brake work, and changed the oil. I even found the correct hood ornament and reinstalled that. I drove LuAnne all summer on a daily basis. She runs quiet and exceptionally smooth, in fact it was kind of freaky how smooth and quiet this car is. The 3 hour drive from picking her up downstate was like that feeling you get when you're in an airplane floating in a cloud. What follows below is the previous sellers analysis of this car; I have a little more info to add - good and bad. The pictures don't really show the dent on the drivers door where someone hit a deer. The door is perfectly functional, it's just that there's a dent there, along with a small dent in the roof and some on the hood. The pictures also don't show how clean and rust free this car is. Everyone that has looked at this car has been amazed - the underside is extra clean. I had it oil undercoated even though I have no intention of ever driving it in the winter. Some things don't seem to work: the heater, the power door locks. I see no evidence of oil leaks or oil burning but the car uses a lot of oil. I also have available, included, a 91 Squire with an immaculate interior that I have begun switching out some trim and such. Has a nice running 302 with just over 100k and lots of usable parts, including the power locks and drivers door - but frame is rusted. Currently the car is put away for the winter, it has never seen salt and such, but I have pics from this summer. Don't take bigger online car-buying risks with listings that simply include vague descriptions! This listing includes detailed descriptions, videos, and verification by AutoCheck that it is a 3-owner , never wrecked, never fleet /taxi-used, above-average condition car (for it's age)! HISTORY I bought this car in May of 1998 for my wife, who wanted something roomy to haul herself along with four kids and groceries in. As far as the original history, I can only tell you that the last owner ahead of me was a Doctor in Smithfield Virginia but the 1989 Colington Harbor sticker on the front bumper and lack of the usual front license-plate moulding option suggests it was originally purchased in North Carolina. When we purchased it in 1998 it had 138,000 "ACTUAL" miles on it, according to the title. After 16 years of ownership, the odometer now reads "32183" which is 232,183 miles, or an additional 94,000 miles. That would be about 5,900 miles per year during the last 16 years and approx. 9,300 miles per year over the entire 25 years. However, I bought my wife a brand new 35+ mpg car after 7 years, so the bulk of the mileage was accumulated between 1998 and 2005. From 2006 onward, the '89 Country Squire LX saw only weekly use for short trips for a while and as a spare car for our emerging teen drivers to get to work. In July of 2003, we bought a second Country Squire - a 1991 with 159,000 miles on it. With six licensed drivers in the household, having two of these cars filled a need. Since I was in charge of maintenance and most of the repairs, having virtual "twins" had its advantages when it came to having practice at certain jobs. Both cars suffered identical door-lock and power window failures in exactly the same sequences at the same years in each car's life! It helped to have already replaced power window motors, water pumps, alternators, heater cores, etc. on one car and know what was involved in a dealer-rebuild of the steering gearbox by the time the symptoms appeared on the second. In 2007, my second-oldest daughter spun the 1991 Ford into an embankment after drifting off of the pavement into a shoulder-rut and over-correcting in an attempt to recover. It was towed back to our place and after removing the debis from the fan, I drove it under its own power to our remote driveway and parked it for good. The chassis was buckled from the impact and the tailgate had been forced open from inside by a heavy wooden platform that was being transported in the cargo area. I decided to keep the car for possible parts. It had just had new exhaust and $1000 worth of work done to the power steering before the accident. With the tailgate compromised, I decided to remove and dry-storage the back doors in a shed. I also began stripping the still-functional engine down to the block. It is currently a fully rolling chassis with four inflated tires. Since 2010, all our kids have moved away and started families of their own. The surviving 1989 Country Squire has seen very little use since except an occasional trip to the gas station or recycling center only 5-10 miles rountrip each. My wife and I currently have 3x late model 30+mpg daily-use cars at our disposal and have little use for an 8-passenger wagon. Please Read the Following Descriptions Carefully and Review the Videos Before Submitting Questions:(I have tried to include as much detail about the car as possible) CONDITION1989 FORD COUNTRY SQUIRE LX The engine (SEE VIDEO LINK BELOW>>>) was treated with Prolong shortly after purchase in 1999. It runs smooth, strong and quiet. It does not burn oil, rattle or clatter. I drove it about 20 miles at highway speeds just this week and it runs great. Plugs, distributor, wires etc. have not been replaced since 2008. Although it currently runs just fine, a tune-up with fresh parts couldn't hurt. I have monitored the area where I park and not noticed any leakage underneath, nor any significant oil consumption between oil changes. I have a video on YouTube of the engine running and a walkaround to the exhaust. Please keep in-mind that camera microphones do not respond well to wind and the buffeting from the fan is not avoidable when bringing the video directly into the engine compartment. http://youtu.be/USGDEKalPl0 engine running hood up and walkaround to tailpipe The transmission - shifts smoothly without any jerkiness. Fluid is clean and level. I am not aware of any noticable leaks. The body is rust-free with a straight frame. The paint is in fairly good condition for 25 years but looks best at about 10 feet. It might be possible to do some polishing and touchup to bring it back but it is not worn-through or blistered anywhere as was fairly common for all but the most garage kept wagons. The major defects are on the driver's side and mostly around the front door. In 2000, 10 point buck (deer) tried to cross the road in front of us on the way home on night about 14 years ago. We managed to brake and avoid hitting him head on, but the deer's hooves slipped on the pavement and he ran into our door. The body dented the doorskin and his hooves left two dents in the lower anodized body moulding. Initially, it caused the door to bind on the edge of the front fender, so I removed the fender, corrected the door mounting and was able to undo some of the doorskin denting but it is a long way from being cosmetically "pretty". However, it closes and seals well and is otherwise just cosmetic. There is also a small indent on the roof, about 8" back from the windshield where a piece of tree-limb struck it. Otherwise, this is still a very presentable and restorable body. The Interior is exterior-matching red velour. The headliner, carpets, and door panels are in very good condition. There are original floor mats which have taken 25 yrs of use and they are in fair condition. The seats do not have any rips or holes. However, there are pouches on the front seatbacks which the kids abused back in the day. They could use some attention if someone wants the interior perfect. Also, the rear seat was left folded down in the cargo-hauling position for several months and the local ambient humidity corroded some of the chrome plating on the seatbelts and left a few small patches of residue on the velour. It might be possible to brush or shave this off, but I haven't attempted it. The folding "jump seats" are color-matched vinyl and the covers are in little-used condition. Radio - Is Ford's original 2-part "Premium Sound" cassette with an amplifier near the spare tire compartment. The display is badly faded, bass/treble/balance/fader controls are stuck and won't rotate. I recall the cassette had slipping issues. Otherwise, it will tune stations and has a usable sound. The power antenna motor runs but doesn't retract the mast. Climate Control - was Ford's deluxe Automatic CC as used in the Lincoln Town Car. Early on, something in the complex control system failed so that the A/C and heat work fine but the fan only works on HIGH blower and a vacuum hose under the dash has to be switched seasonally to allow for heat. The A/C is the original Freon R12 system that was banned in 1996. It has not been recharged or modified and still blows cold. Central Door Locks - failed about 10 years ago - One door at a time. The motors were $150 a peice already then. We decided we could unlock a lot of doors for $750. (Ironically the door locks also failed in exactly the same order at the same age on the '91 Wagon two years later!) Cruise Control - Believe it or not, I just tested it the other day and it STILL WORKS! Windows - all had their motors replaced and regulators lubricated in 2005. The front windshield is free of cracks and chips. The rest of the glass is in good condition and everything opens and closes / seals as it should. Tailgate - window rolls down and up. New Ford tailgate window-gasket was installed in 2000. It locks / unlocks. The internal linkage that allows the tailgate to convert from swinging door to drop-gate is not currently working. The door swings but does not drop. I don't know if there are salvagable internal parts in the '91 tailgate that could correct this or not. Lights and Horn - all working. The two outboard 4x6" headlamps are an H4 conversion that use a replaceable H4 Hi/Low Beam halogen bulb instead of the OEM 4651 sealed-beam. They can be reverted back to 4651's by reversing two wires in the headlight connetor plug. The H4 was meant to be a mild custom with better photometrics. All parking, brake, turn signal, sidemarker, and license plate lamps are functional. Multiple horns had been added over the life of the car. There are currently 4x horns with 2x apparently non-functional and therefore disconnected. The 2x functioning horns provide a nice HI /LOW fanfare. Wipers - are a typical electrical system weakness for this era Fords, but these are currently working fine. Power Mirrors - both working from driver's side remote control as designed Speedometer / Odometer - and trip-set are fully functional. However, due to a typical problem with a throttle linkage clip that comes off, descends into it, and tears it up, the transmission was replaced prior to 1998 with a rebuilt one and it apparently has the wrong number of teeth on the speedometer output gear for an '89 wagon. As a result the speedometer is about 5 mph? too slow at 55 mph. Everyone here simply learned to drive with the speedo indicating a few miles under the desired speed and no one ever got a speeding ticket in this car. As I understand it though, it is "fixable" with the right gear - we just never bothered. Automatic Level Control - to the best of my knowledge, the pump still kicks in periodically when the car is unlevel due to parking terrain or added weight in the cargo area. New hi-pressure load levelers were installed several years ago. Shocks and suspension - seem to be fine. However, the Antique / Historical registration no longer requires a yearly State-certified professional inspection. Rubber bushings and such can deteriorate even without adding miles. I did not detect anything in the ride or handling of the car, nor did I notice anything critical when I did the brake repair. Exhaust System - is the factory single exhaust with 2x catalytic converters. The system is currently tight with no leaks . It is also whisper quiet. SEE the 1st VIDEO at the walkaround to the tailpipe. At some point in 16 years, I believe both cats were replaced. ( I recall because the muffler shop had EPA paperwork that had to be filled out each time because aparently the Fed believed at some point that there was no forseeable reason why a stainless steel cased cat should fail and therefore some sort of report had to be filed everytime one was removed and disposed of. The complete system with muffler, from the cats to the tailpipe, was replaced less than a 1000 miles ago with an "aluminized system". (This was one step better than a standard all-steel exhaust but less expensive than stainless steel.) I have been asked about the THRUSH muffler sticker on the tailgate, as to whether it has a loud aftermarket exhaust. It does NOT. I had installed a thrush muffler myself, at some point in 16 years, prior to the professionally-installed complete system. The sticker remains, the Thrush muffler DOES NOT. Gear Indicator - below the speedo has a cable or clip issue and does not accurately display which gear the shifter is in. We have simply counted the number of "bumps" clockwise when moving the shifter rather than taking apart the dash or column to attempt to correct this. Fuel Gauge / Low Fuel Lamp - Permanently indicates E and the yellow "Low Fuel" lamp stays on due to a failed sending unit in the gas tank. This happened about 2004 and the replacement part was already No Longer Available back then. We have had to rely on the odometer trip set, the trip computer, and remain conscious to top the tank off regularly. The average MPG was about 17 City and 24 highway. All Other Dash Lamps / Gauges -such as turn signal indicator, high beam, etc. are functional. Warning indicators such as Check Engine, Oil, Alt, Hot Engine, etc. illuminate and cycle with the engine ignition as they should. Tires / Wheels - still have enough tread to pass a state motor vehicle inspection, but they are at least 6 years old and should be replaced. As the LX model it came standard with the deluxe turbine (finned) alloy rims. The factory original with raised "SPARE SPARE SPARE" lettered tread and the factory jack and lug wrench are still stowed in the tire compartment in the cargo area. Steering - is still the same one-finger, no-effort, typical Ford P/S that it always has been since 1989. No pulling or drifting. The steering wheel is straight. No leaks, groaning, or belt chirping when applied. The steering gearbox, pump, and hoses were replaced at a local Ford dealer about 6 years after we got the car and it has been perfect ever since. Brakes - seemed more sensitve than usual during the recent drive. I assumed it might be a good idea to replace the front padas a matter of course. Upon inspection, I decided to go ahead replace the calipers, pins, pads, and flex-hoses, as the calipers seemed a bit sluggish to rebound after release of the brake pedal. I also flushed / bled the brake fluid. Nice pedal response without binding, pulling, chatter, squeal, or fade. Service Repair / Parts Record and Reciepts - as I mentioned, the car was purchased for my wife as the kid-carrier and grocery getter - just the typical "family car". . We never had any intention of someday reselling the car as some kind of a valuable classic. There was never any hint that we would still own the car 16 years later and that someday, a buyer would be interested in a 12 year old receipt! Shop reciepts and records, as well as auto-parts store reciepts went into the glovebox as long as they were needed for the warranties of those parts or that service. As they aged, and were no longer relevant, they were disposed of. Towing / Hauling - this car does NOT HAVE A FORD TOWING PACKAGE INSTALLED featuring an auxilliary oil or transmission cooler, does NOT have a trailer lamp wiring, and has NEVER had any kind of holes drilled or frames welded to the back of the car for towing. That could be considered a positive asset to the car as these features COULD be retrofitted but up to-date, this Country Squire has never been subjected to the additional stresses on the frame or drivetrain of pulling a heavy boat or trailer. Use / Driving Conditions - We live in a rural suburb about 15 miles from any shopping centers etc. My wife as the almost sole -operator, was in her mid-thirtees to early fourties and has still to-date never had a ticket or been involved in an accident of any kind. She is a non-smoker. The car has never been smoked in during the 16 years we have owned it. As previously mentioned, the car saw mostly 35 mph rural secondary and 55mph local highway steady-speed driving and a few longer local trips to nearby cities within a 50-mile radius. It has rarely seen congested stop-and-go city / commuter type traffic. My children, as passengers, were taught to be exceptionally respectful of personal property and with exception of the seatback storage pockets that did not benefit from attempts to store toys in them, there are no food, gum, or dirt stains on the interior. The carpets (under the mats) are virtually immaculate. While the occasional home-improvement store purchase was transported, it was never abuse or treated like a pick-up truck. During the few months that my son used the car to travel to and from his job in-town, the vehicle's condition, mileage, and fluid levels were carefully monitored, and he was constantly reminded of his obligation to return the car to us each day in proper condition or lose his driving privileges. So while the odometer reflects 232,000 miles, they have been primarily "highway miles". Additional Videos:http://youtu.be/nuMLttaaEvY(radio, horn, windows, lights demo and passing views of the interior) http://youtu.be/iOy3y7w_t9o(remote mirrors demo) http://youtu.be/0kpU9EwddiM(tailgate demo) Overall - This car has remained in good driveable condition. The engine starts and runs quiet and strong without smoking or leaking. I recently found the brakes seemed a bit sensitive, so I checked and found some tendency to bind at the front calipers. The front calipers and pins, as well as new brake pads and flex hoses have all been replaced just this month to insure that there are no pending driveablilty issues. Otherwise, it starts, accelerated, turns, and stops as it should. Things like front brake rotors, wheel bearings, alternator, water pump, belts, throttle position sensor, EEC relay, fuel pump relay, power steering pump and hi pressure hose, steering gearbox rebuild, aluminized y-pipe exhaust / muffler / tailpipe, and other countless things have been done within the last 6-8 years when there was very little annual mileage accumulated. In the last four years it has become increasingly clear that we simply no longer have a need for this car. I have no intention of giving it a way or donating it. NADA lists the low retail for this car at a bit over $1,500. I believe this is still a good car with plenty of miles left as-is or a good platform for a restoration. "High" Mileage an Issue???Keep in mind that Crown Victoria's were used by most State and local police departments for the first 80-100K miles and then auctioned off as taxi's to go another 250K miles!! Also, the 5.0L 302V8 has been one of Ford's most durable. highest mileage engines ever! This LTD Crown Vic Country Squire LXwas Prolong treated in 1998 and has always had Mobil1. It runs smooth and quiet and does not burn oil!Want an '89 Country Squire LX with low mileage?See how this car compares in price and condition to an almost identical lower-mileage one:http://www.lemonfree.com/car/Ford-LTD-1989/2FABP79F2KX108425?utm_source=claz&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=claz&utm_term=2FABP79F2KX108425 Feel Free to Arrange to See our 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria Country Squire LX In-person (prior to the end of the listing) All winning bids / BuyItNow purchases are considered a binding contract based on the information and Terms of Sale included in the listing. I'll wager that the original buyer paid well over sticker price to own it, because it represented the rebirth of a legend. If there's a late-model Challenger that will be collectable in the future, it's probably one like this: early car, beautifully maintained, completely stock. The bright Hemi Orange paint with carbon-fiber-look stripes was a combination right off the show car that debuted in 2006. The carbon wasn't real, of course, but this was the car every Mopar guy wanted to own as they impatiently counted down the days until it was available in the showroom. This one has lived a good life but hasn't been tucked away, which can have its own set of issues. Instead, it shows just 32,728 original miles, so you know it's been a fair-weather toy, not a daily driver. The finish is in good condition with a few signs of age and use, but there's just no mistaking the intent of a car that looks like this. It was built to drive. The look as aged quite well and you'll surely find that everyone still stops to watch this Challenger drive by. The chin spoiler isn't all beat up by steep driveway aprons, the rockers haven't been blasted by debris, and you knew everyone's going to dig the HEMI badges on the hood. Add in a set of chrome exhaust tips, subtle SRT8 badging, and a surprisingly modest deck lid spoiler and you end up with one of the most successful pony car rebirths of the modern era. The SRT8 showcased everything Chrysler could do for a driver, and based on the 300's platform, it's a lot more spacious than you'd expect. The deeply bolstered black leather seats have grippy inserts and an orange stripe, and only the driver's seat shows any wear. You also got a fat steering wheel, big, round gauges with racy electro-luminescent faces, and a quick-shifting automatic transmission. Of course, on the flagship, everything was standard, including A/C, power windows, locks, seats, and mirrors, cruise control, and a cool touch screen entertainment system with navigation. This one also offers an optional sunroof, which is a somewhat rare option, and the seats are heated, which makes a big difference on cool mornings. Everything works, there are no issues, and you can get in this car today and drive to California if you'd like. That's the power of modern technology. By this point, the 6.1 liter HEMI V8 really needs no introduction. For the SRT8, they punched it out a bit to add the kind of low-end torque muscle car fans expect, and not even a vintage 426 Hemi could keep up with it. These cars are insanely popular and easy to modify, but this one remains completely stock, which is always what you want when you're buying a high-performance machine. The engine bay is tidy, highlighting the taller 6.1 aluminum intake and black coil covers, and you can see that it's never done a commute in the winter weather. It starts quickly, idles properly, and has the kind of big torque that most folks can't understand until they've driven a car like this. The transmission bangs off quick shifts when you're hustling but is unobtrusive when you're going easy, and the suspension is remarkably livable given its insanely high limits. Big Brembo disc brakes keep it safe and the factory alloy wheels and 255/45/20 Continental tires are in excellent condition. Still an apex predator, this Challenger offers a lot of performance for a very reasonable price. 1983 Jeep CJ7 LimitedThis 1983 Jeep CJ7 Limited is an extremely rare find. It is a great Jeep in great condition and Rust Free and with great patina. It is really quiet driving it with the heavy insulated carpet, headliner, engine hood insulation. The Jeep is smooth, drives great and is enjoyable to drive in town, in traffic and even on twisty mountain roads. This classic Limited would make a the perfect restoration candidate with a rust free body or simply plate it and enjoy in the summer, winter or use to daily drive.Engine:This Jeep has a 6cylinder 258 4.2L motor. It starts easily, idles and runs great. I replaced the carb with a new Weber and it has fresh oil change. It's in need of an alloy valve cover since the plastic ones are crap, but I haven't got there yet. Transmission/transfer case:The transmission is a TF999 3spd automatic that shifts easily and smooth. The 4x4 works excellent both in high and low range. The 4wheel drive will indicate on the dash once it is engaged.Interior:Gray and blue limited interior color package. The Interior is almost all original except seats which I recovered in Haartz blue. The carpet is in good condition for it's age and has a thick insulation pad that had factory adhesive to the floors. The blue roll bar padding is in excellent condition as is the leather grab handle bar. The front dash pad has some cracking, the original center console locks. All interior gauges, heater, signals, horn, wipers (has delayed option), headlights, radio all work. The stock radio was swapped out for a new detachable CD player. The jeep also has new speakers all around. The factory Air Conditioning blows cold!Drivetrain, Steering/Suspension/Brakes:The Jeep has a 4" suspension lift kit and stock drive train. The front skyjacker shocks and steering damper are new, and I have the rear shocks which I will include for the buyer to install. The Jeep drives smooth and brakes easily. Four wheel drive works both high and low gears and indicates on the dash. The front brake pads and rotors are new, and the rear shoes are new as well. The jeep has a fresh alignment as well. Body, Paint, Rust:The body is in excellent condition, it is a RUST FREE Jeep. The underside of the passenger floor has a dent, not sure how with the nerf bars but it doesn't detract from the useability. There is a small ding/dent on the drivers front fender and misc chips, paint imperfections, scratches and blemishes. The paint overall appears to be original with original pin striping and minor touch ups where needed. The front clip, hood, cowling and window frames are faded. The windshield and seal are new.Overall a very nice clean and original Jeep CJ7. The passenger rear chrome bumperette is bent. I've added some photos of the floors. The brown stuff is adhesive where the carpet was glued down from the factory. Doors/Hardtop:The doors are both in excellent condition, the windows roll up and down, the door panels are in excellent shape without rips or tears. I replaced the drivers side quarter window with a NOS one. The hardtop originally was silver then repainted black and could use a fresh coat of paint. All glass is good. The factory interior headliner is in great condition!is clean and looks great. The rear lift gate shocks hold the window tight and opens and closes easily.Tires/Wheels:The tires are brand new LT32X11.5R-15 BF GOODRICH MUD-TERRAIN T/A KM2 C. The wheels are alloy 15x8 in excellent condition!Paperwork/receipts:I have the records since it was new including: the original invoice, window sticker, owners brochures, books, manuals and repair receipts. Factory Fog Lights and Winch:The factory fog lights work perfect! The Warn 6000lb winch works great, includes a push bar, roller fairlead and a wired remote is included!Overall:This is a beautiful and rare 1983 Jeep CJ7 Limited. The Jeep is used and I may have missed something in the listing, please be sure to ask any questions and settle all questions prior to bidding or winning the auction. It is being sold as is, where is, without warranty or guarantees. The Jeep has passed a NYS inspection but we don't emissions test cars this old, so see what your state requires. The vacuum lines for the emissions system were removed when the new carburetor was installed. Shipping:If you are out of state and want to have this Jeep shipped, call M&E Auto Transport #606-354-3643. Michael is great to work with and offers competitive pricing, quick pickup and delivery. He has excellent rates and quick delivery. I wouldn't use anyone else!! Conclusion:A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction via paypal. All sales are final. The final payment must be received within 7 business days of auction end time. Payment options include cash upon pickup, Electronic Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer. I reserve the right to remove the auction at anytime as this car is listed for sale locally as well.

I have for sale a rare piece of German engineering. A 1991 Mercedes 300E. These cars are some of the last "real" Mercedes. It has a very reliable 2.6l straight six engine and runs smoothly and quietly. The 5speed automatic will carry you smoothly and efficiently to your destination. This is the kind of car that you simply put into drive, and let it carry you to wherever you want to go. The interior is full leather interior with real wood trim. I have had this car for over two years and my father had this car for 8 years before that. It has been loved and cared for its entire life. Always had the oil changed every 5k miles and have had the other maintenance done on time every time. (trans services, spark plugs, fuel filters, etc) The only thing that shows its age is that the paint has started to fade on the roof, hood, and trunk. Other than that, it has no mechanical faults or issues. I am selling the car because my wife and I bought a new car recently and I haven't been driving this one much lately. If your looking for a smooth, reliable, and just straight up cool car, then this is the vehicle for you. And when it comes to buying a Mercedes, the best ones to look for have service history, the ever reliable Mercedes Benz straight six motor, and some minor exterior blemishes that keep the cost down Included in this price is four brand new snow tires so you won’t have to worry about those winter months! I have loved this car and I know you will too! Please contact me if you would like any more info, pictures, or if you'd like to come see it. I promise you, after you see it and drive it, you'll want to take it home. Buy it now is set at $2200 and reasonable offers will be considered!

Up for you consideration is my 1991 Ford F-350 2wd Dually. I took this in trade with the plans to overhaul it and make it a tow rig for my show car. Unfortunately we are already in mid October with winter approaching quickly and my time working on the truck is being cut short. That is the only reason for sale, both my garage bays are occupied and working outside in the cold is not an option. The Ford is turn key and ready to go in its current state, however I would recommend some small things to be done before making this a daily driver. First let me start with what i consider good on the truck: (4) brand new rear tires (235/85/16) Firestone Transforce A/T paid just over $650 for them not even a month ago.(2) Newer Motorcraft batteries from ford. 10 months old now paid $350 (see pictures)New positive battery cables $80New Alternator $97New Steering box $160New Brake lines $ 50 (I still have one line new in the bag ready to replace haven't done it because its not leaking and in good shape)Coolant changed with Fleet charged antifreeze $75 (no need to worry about sca levels)Transmission fluid just changed with mercon fluid (15 quarts) $80Fuel Filter wix $50Brand new low pressure power steering line $40New Power steering Fluid $10Brake Fluid Flush $40 (see the picture of the fluid condition)Brake pads front $25 (not installed yet haven't got to them, they still have 30% left)(2) Axle Pivot Bushings (not installed yet) $30All new Injectors $300All new Glow plugs $140Frame is clean!Upper and lower balljoints are good THE TRUCKS NEGIVITVES ARE: Paint ( it was repainted at one point and the prep work wasn't done well, its flacking and chipping please see pictures. She still looks good and presentable but the real fix would be a repaint)Dings and Dents (they can be found here and there on the truck as it was used before as a work truck)Scratches (loading and unloading, its the nature of the beast)Driver side window motor is bad.Upholstery on driver side seat is rippedNeeds (2) new front tires Needs Alignment (replaced steering box so steering is not centered)Passenger side valve cover is leaking oil, its a slow leak that runs down the back of the head down to that starter area and eventually drips to the ground. very little drip no puddles ( easy do it yourself fix)needs rear brake shoes (I haven't got to them yet but will be included with purchase)Rear dually tubs need fiberglass work. ( they have nicks and cracks I rattle canned the passenger side one black for the time being might get to the driver side if the weather doesn't get colder)Rear tail gate handle broke (this just happened) Exhaust needs work ( use to have stacks but previous owner removed them and returned it to rear tire exit, very easy fix for a muffler shop) Has cheesy aftermarket grillTPS sensor is quirky, needs changedDoors have to be shut "hard" to close them. Never tested the rear tank (might get to it soon) so it may or may not work? I only use frontand just other little quirks related to a 24 year old truck. Some common questions and answers that might help you: Will this truck drive to California or any other State? I believe you could with my only concern being the rear brakes as they are worn and stopping power is reduced, and the front 2 tires are iffy. But if you are familiar with a youtube channel called "roadkill" (they literally drive junk yard cars across the country) you will quickly see why i would personally have no issues doing a trip Why am I selling this? As previously mentioned this truck was purchased primarily to tow my car to shows and track events, With the cold weather approaching in a hurry and the race season is over i will not have the space or time to finish tinkering with it. Its a big truck that takes almost half my driveway! Can I see this in person? Absolutely! I encourage all local bidders to come see it in person. Just send me a message via Ebay and we can set a time for you to come out. Is there any warrantee or guarantee on the truck? The Answer is "YES" and "NO" let me explain. Since I am selling this Ford as my personal vehicle and not a one from a Dealer or Lot, I personally cannot give the new owner any warrantee or guarantees in the trucks mechanical or cosmetic condition. It will be sold as is where is. But i will be happy to provide the invoices and receipts to all the items i have purchased so that the new owner will have access to manufacture and store warranties assoicated with them. For example, if the steering box decided to fail, you the buyer could take the invoice along with the steering box to the store where purchased, and get a replacement for free. Will I ship the truck? If the buyer arranges for shipping after payment has been received and cleared, I will aid with buyers shipping company. How do I accept payments? I will accept cash in person, paypal for the deposit, cashier or bank checks as well. but all payments must clear before new buyer takes possession. How bad is the Rust? Actually you will surprised to hear that it is very minimal! small surface spots here and there.... but for a new England Ford this truck is clean! come take a look for your self. Who would this truck be perfect for? Anyone! it would be great as a work truck, awesome for a modified low riding dually, make it a ramp truck, a farm truck, a huge grocery getter etc.... list goes on! I hope these answer a few of the questions you might have on the truck. Please feel free to contact me and ask other questions you might have. This truck is a great candidate to be put back to work, or made into a lowered tow toy.... that choice is yours. This is the the last of the easy to work on diesel engines! you can virtually do all repairs and maintenance on this old idi yourself with basic hand tools; and that is a beautiful piece of engineering by international! I just feel the truck is not a cream puff, and not quite a basket case... its got personality :) I think they call these "10 footers" in the classic car scene. They are very presentable, but up close is when you start seeing the flaws and such. no garage queen here. I have sold on here before a few years back (a 1972 VW Thing) and it went flawlessly. So I'm trying again. My buy it now price reflects all the work I put into this rig, and I believe to be a very fair price for a diesel dually. All parts not installed currently will be included with sale. I will entertain offers, but only to serious buyers with good feedback record. Thank you for taking the time to read this novel of a listing!

For you guys out there that were following my NO RESERVE offering of this beautiful Mustang Mach 1 earlier this month, thanks for all the great emails and support. Unfortunately for me, a real momma's boy bidder from Iceland won the auction. Then and only then did he realize that meant he actually purchased the car! This sent him into a cold-sweat panic and I imagine he ran back to mommy at about the same time he told me he wasn't able to fulfill his commitment. For his nation's sake, I hope not everyone from Iceland is so frivolous and bereft of integrity. Perhaps all that sea air has a deleterious effect on one's backbone, who knows. But whatever the cause, there's a word for guys like that here in America; however, good taste and manners prevents me from using it in such a public forum. Suffice it to say that its a colorful reference to what comes out the hind end of a chicken. That being addressed, my Mustang is now still available for sale. It is a 1973 Mustang Mach 1, Q-code with a 351 Cobra Jet (though in 1973 Ford didn't advertise it as such) under the hood and 28,370 original miles on the odometer. The Cobra Jet powerplant was an nice option in 1973 and if you are looking for a fire-breathing, torquey, monster machine from the FMC, then this is the one for you. Because I will tell you this, if you haven't driven a Cobra Jet Mach, then you have truly missed out! It is something special. This Mustang has a great history, with the gentleman I purchased it from having owned it for more than a decade and the original owner still being active in the Mustang hobby! I've had the pleasure of getting this Mach 1 out on the road quite a bit this summer and it is really a deep-pedaled beast second to none! It runs and drives just as its low mileage would suggest, and it has an absolutely stunning look that everyone appreciates. It comes with some very nice documentation that includes the owners manual, build tag, original warranty card, deluxe Marti report, window sticker and even a repair bill from 2008 showing 27,801 miles. The previous owner took it to shows and did some sunny day driving, but otherwise he stored it with the love and care this fine Mustang deserves, and its spectacular condition is the result. I have spoken to the original owner. He told me all about his history with the car, verified the mileage as true and correct, and even worked with me to establish an unbroken chain of ownership from day 1 until today. What a treat! He added that he had hardened valve seats and stainless steel valves installed so she'll run on unleaded fuel with no issues, which is a great upgrade. He also added that the car has never been restored, all the sheet metal is original, and the interior is as original as the day he took possession. The 351 CJ package was the option he ordered special! He asked me to pass along his info to the next owner so that he could answer any questions on the car's first 27 years for you. *** This Mach 1 has some really great features. It has a working tachometer, the very desirable fold-down rear seat, magnum wheels wrapped in new BFG Radial TA's, Ford's Gold Glow Metallic paint, rear window louvers and deck spoiler. I even have the original slotted wheels if you'd like them too. But the 351 CJ motor is the big option: very desirable and what an awesome feeling when you get into the pedal! The interior is spectacular, all the gauges work and are clear and beautiful. The carpet is incredible and even the Mustang floor mats are flawless. The undercarriage is beautiful and rust-free and just as stunning as the rest of this great example of an icon. This is an awesome Mustang Mach 1 in every way. Here's a link to many, many more photos of this beautiful Mach: https://flickr.com/photos/97286492@N06/sets/72157655365821121 And here's a video of me taking it to the street: http://youtu.be/0L39VeAbl4c I have owned and collected classic cars for the last 26 years, beginning with the 1969 Dodge Charger I bought when I was sixteen, and which I still own today. I still own my 2nd car as well, a 1983 Pontiac Trans Am, which I drove from my senior year in high school through to my second year of graduate school in the department of English at the University of Central Florida in Winter Park, FL. So my passion for classic cars -- and especially Mopars -- has been a lifelong pursuit and is about the most fun I can imagine having. I am an Oxford-educated motorhead that's been car crazy since bell bottoms were in style the first time around. And because I love to find, own, drive and collect all kinds of classic cars, there comes a point when I have to sell a few of them to keep my collection manageable, or else they all don't get exercised like they should. This is one of those times. My collection has expanded to about 17 cars, when really, if I am totally honest with myself, I should get it down to about twelve so that I have the time to drive and enjoy them all. I am a firm believer that cars should and need to be driven. And when I can't drive them all enough, I go through the painful process of letting a few of them go on to new owners that will hopefully get out there and drive them more than I have time to. Before its all said and done, there will be about seven up and available. Please contact me with any questions you may have. I'm also open to trades if you have an interesting classic car. This vehicle is being sold as is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Up for sale is my 2001 BMW 740il. This is a prime example of the e38 (the best) body style. A chicago area car, you would never be able to tell as she shows no signs of rust. Body panels as well as the undercarriage of this car are clean. You can tell all owners have garaged this vehicle and washed religiously (or avoided winter roads all together). I myself garage & never drive this car if there is even a hint of salt on the road. These cars are known for their prowess, classic styling, and power. Even at fifteen years old, you wouldn't guess that you're driving a two-ton land yacht. A 4.4L V8, silky smooth transmission, and plenty of torque keep acceleration and road manners still above par compared to most production cars today. In my time with the car: Differential flush Transmission flush and gasket Power steering flush Cooling system flush Brake system flush New rear cooling hose New intake manifold gaskets New osv (oil separator valve) Only premium synthetic oil changes Washed twice weekly (when in use for the summer) I've put approx. $3,000 into this vehicle, primarily preventative maintenence. She's got 108k miles and will run strong for years to come. Things a new owner would want to be aware of: She does have a light (and I do mean light) oil leak around the valve cover gaskets. I've never had to add oil. All beemers of this age experience this problem. I haven't had them done since it doesn't affect drivability or performance in any way. Driver's seat control panel at the base of the seat is loose. All power adjustments still work perfectly. Never bothered me, someone may want to have thst re-fastened at their leisure. Comes with the power rear sunshade, side window shades, 6 CD changer, navigation, built-in cassette adapter, M-parallel (sport) rims, new tires (Michelin pilot sport) within 5k miles, xenon headlights, heated steering wheel, heated seats front & rear, polarized/tinted glass, two key fobs, and all service records from my ownership. Everything works. I certainly hope the new owner will enjoy her as much as I have! This 7 has been my pride and joy. I'm only selling because I've got the itch to experience and enjoy something else. Call or text anytime to 719-322-4301. Happy searching!
