**** ESTATE SALE **** From a southern California ESTATE ....... A custom ALL STEEL FORD model A 5 window Resto-Mod coupe and this Car stops traffic and people in their tracks whenever it is out. The Car was purchased by the builder in the late 1990's and toyed with the idea of building a very special Hot Rod. Once he began ..... it was14 years before it was completed. A Stunning Custom Coupe that was featured in the 2009/2010 Hot Rod Magazine Show Car edition Vol 33. (A copy of the magazine comes with the Car).............. After it was finished the owner entered it in numerous shows and always took home at least one award. Please take the time to watch the 100 photo slideshow at the bottom of this description. Since the build was completed in 2009 the Car has been driven less than 900 miles. Purchased by the current owner from the Builder 3 years ago, it has been stored indoors and driven very little since that time. Health issues are forcing the sale now ....... and ...... someone is going to get a great street rod at about half the price of what you could build it for today. More importantly....... This Coupe is NOT a project ...... it is done!...... Ready to be enjoyed. The photos show how sharp this Coupe looks but even more important is the driveability of this Car. Starts right up and idles smooth. At 2000 RPM you are traveling at 50 MPH and at 2400 RPM you are at 60 MPH. Modern disc brakes so ....... no issues with stopping. Does not overheat in traffic. In short this is as good as it gets for a modern resto-mod hot rod. All of the classic old school look .......... with the modern features that make it fun, easy and safe to drive. The 350 Chevy small block runs great and has been chromed and polished with the headers feeding into a great sounding flow-master exhaust system. Sounds healthy and strong ..... but not obnoxious. Here is a partial list of what it took to create and build this classic resto-mod coupe ........ PAINT Painted with Dupont Super jet black base coat and clear coated with a custom flame job by Bill Roell that included the flames, pin striping and gold leaf to the exterior.......... It is not unusual for people to stop their cars ...... get out and take photos of this car when they see it parked. I'm not kidding. You get a lot of attention and will be talking to a lot of people when you take this Coupe out on the town. It was not built to be a trailer queen or a professional show car ......... but still as nice as you will see on the street anywhere and plenty nice enough to win many cars shows. This car is a blast to drive and is a treat to be able to polish, look at and share with other people. Here are some of the details of this Custom Built RESTO-MOD: FRAME/SUSPENSION/ENGINE Brookville roadster frame Chromed & polished stainless steel front suspension 9 inch FORD rear end with vented disc brakes and a 3:50 gear ratio Chevy 350 cubic inch V-8 with Keith Black pistons, eagle rods, crane cam & lifters 9:1 Compression Turbo 400 Chevy automatic transmission Walker 4-core big block radiator American Racing 15 inch Wheels with Bridgestone 185/65R tires up front & Dunlop P235/70 on the rear. INTERIOR Black Leather Billet specialties polished steering column and steering wheel 1932 Ford dash with billet specialties gauge insert w/ Ford motor script gauges Alpine CD player & Alpine speakers Ball's power trunk and power windows Remote controlled Power doors reversed Tinted glass Lokar shifter & emergency brake w/ 8 ball shift knob CUSTOM BODY MODIFICATIONS 3 inch chopped top with a steel roof insert Recessed suicide doors with carolina custom hinges Custom steel floor 1930 Ford Body was acid dipped to remove aqny surface rust Brookville roadster recessed fire wall Shaved door handles and Badges 1932 Ford gas tank mounted on rear with stainless rear spreader bar Brookville roadster steel front & rear fenders & running boards w/ '32 grille 1939 Ford tail lights recessed into rear fenders Gear head recessed 3rd brake light under rear window Rootleib Steel smooth 3 piece hood w/ Carolina customs hood hinges Stainless steel front grille insert Custom front spreader bar w/ turn signals The Car is beautiful and ready to be driven or shown ....... It is available to be seen by appointment in Indio, California. It is being SOLD for about half ...... or a little less than half ...... of what it would cost to duplicate it today.......... As good as it gets......... Please e-mail or call Michael at 760-219-7128 with questions or to schedule a appointment to see it. In case your looking at your computer or tablet and thinking ....... yeah ....... That Car looks good on the internet .... but in person I wonder? .......... To answer the question ..... The Car looks better in person. Inside ....... Outside ... and ...... under the Hood ...... these photos do NOT do it justice. It is beyond nice ........ TERMS of SALE: We require a $2,000.00 deposit within 48 hours of the Auction end and we require full payment within 7 days of the Auction end without exception. PayPal is fine for the deposit but not the balance. For the balance we would prefer a Bank to Bank wire-transfer or you can send a check by Priority mail or FedEx if you prefer. The Car will not be released to the buyer ....... or shipped to the buyer until our Bank is satisfied it has received good funds ....... No matter who your are .......... For sale is a custom 1932 Ford Victoria located in our Indianapolis Showroom. This all steel bodied \'32 Ford Vicky is a one of kind, no expense spared build that will not only bring home lots of first place trophies but is intended to be driven. This build started by taking two 1932 steel sedan body halves and reshaping them into a Victoria body shell. This amazing task was tackled by having the top chopped 1\" and length shortened 11\" to make it a genuine Vicky. They also had the rain gutters removed, filled in vents, reworked the dash, trimmed and rolled the fenders, fitted stock style running boards, and the added in atrunk for storage space. The body was then fitted on a custom frame by Snow White Hot Rod Shop which features a fully detailed box frame with filled and smoothed welds and their well know cross member setup. The body and frame were then painted with a stunning PPG two stage Black Cherry custom mix paint that absolutely pops in the sun. As this Vicky was intended to be driven, the suspension choice was key for a good ride which is why a Jaguar front and rear suspension setup was selected. Up front is a torsion bar suspension donated from a Jaguar XJ6 and out back is an independent rear suspension setup donated from a Jaguar XJE featuring quad coilovers and inboard disc brakes that have all been chromed which has that wow factor. A set of polished and clear coated Budnik Gasser directional wheels were selected to show off the independent suspension and are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport radials. This 1932 Ford Victoria is powered by rebuilt Ford 302 CID Hi-Po V8 engine, backed by a C4 3-speed automatic transmission, and running to a Jaguar rear end with 3.70 gears with 4,032 miles on the build. The engine features a forged crank, rods and .030 over pistons, all from Ford. The ported Ford heads produce 9.5 to 1 compression and with help from a Ford Performance hydraulic roller cam and lifters this combination puts out around 300 horsepower. Sitting on top is a custom intake manifold that provides a home for a quartet of Weber 40 IDF carburetors with a pair of custom air cleaner assemblies. A set of custom stainless steel headers and Ford Racing valve covers finish off the clean appearance under the hood. The interior is just as impressive as the rest of the \'32 Vicky which features a taupe leather interior covering the seats, door and kick panels, headliner, and trunk area. The tilt column was sourced from an early Chevelle and painted to match the interior along with the Budnik steering wheel. An enlarged dash opening houses a set of Autometer \"Golden Oldies\" street rod gauges. The audio system is nicely hidden throughout the interior and a Vintage Air A/C system was put in to keep you as cool as this Vicky is. A slick feature on this Vicky are the four power windows with 15 degree AutoLoc controllers operated by a push of the stock window handles. Options on this 1932 Ford Victoria for sale include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with CD Changer, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, Aluminum Alloy Wheels, and Performance Radial Tires. If you are looking to set the bar in your local car show scene, this \'32 Ford Vicky is it! The centerpiece of this \'32 Ford is the huge 565 cubic-inch Merlin engine by World Products, topped with dual 6-71 Blower Shop superchargers on a 33-degree double blower intake manifold with custom two-piece Hemi-style valve covers, two-piece air intakes, and four chrome-plated Demon 950 CFM carburetors. Underneath, the car looks just as stunning as the exterior, with stainless steel panels that are polished to a mirror-like finish. The car sits on a stretched T.C.I. frame, with a stainless steel 4-inch dropped front axle and chrome mono leaf springs up front, and a 4-link with coilover shocks in the rear. The rear end is a 9-inch Currie unit, with 4.56 gears, 31-spline hardened axles, and a True-Trac locker ring and pinion. Rolling stock consists of monstrous rear 31x18x15 Mickey Thompson Sportman S/R tires with a unique flame tread pattern, and 26x6x15 up front, wrapped around Billet Specialties Rod Star wheels with spinners. With just over 3000 miles on the build, this 1934 Ford 3-window coupe is all about getting attention, but it's also the rare rod that's got the horsepower and engineering behind it to be insanely fast and completely safe. Finished in 2009, this spectacular Ford combines a vintage hi-boy look with some modern tech to make one of the most radical yet civilized rods we've experienced. The fiberglass body was completely worked over to make it stand out and then every inch was covered in brilliant custom Tangelo Pearl paint that seems to glow like it's radioactive. Traditional-looking flames lick across the doors and towards the back of the car and everything has been shaved: door handles, hinges, cowl lights, everything. There might be some confusion when folks first see this one, because there's a '32 grille shell up front, flanked by a pair of big commercial-style headlights, but you can't argue with the look. The chopped roof and aggressive rake make this one look fast just sitting still, and the detailing makes it stand out once it's parked. Note the simple taillights out back, the flush-mounted rear deck, and the beautiful panel alignment. This is a really nice rod. The interior is upscale with cinnamon leather, tan accents, and a few whimsical touches. The buckets are comfortable for long cruises and there's plenty of legroom in the sleek coupe. The purple-rimmed steering wheel has an old-school look and adds a flash of contrast that actually works rather well, and there's a full set of Auto Meter dials arrayed across the dash. Most of the secondary controls are in an overhead console and it's all race-grade hardware, including the nitrous setup that is to be used at your own risk, because this sucker's already bloody fast. The door panels are beautifully sculpted and accented with billet hardware. Comfort upgrades include ice cold A/C, power windows, and remote door openers with hidden back-ups that we'll refrain from mentioning here for obvious reasons. The trunk is neatly upholstered with matching tan carpets and that's one heck of a big, blue bottle! The engine is a 1974 vintage 400 cubic inch small block V8 that was built for combat. It's bored .060 oversize and filled with a Scat superlight forged crank, H-beam rods, and flat-top pistons, so the bottom end is plenty stout. There's a Comp Cams solid-lifter camshaft, so it definitely has that hot rod sound and there are dual Demon 4-barrel carburetors up top on a tunnel ram intake manifold. It's street friendly with a 10.83:1 compression ratio, although those gorgeous Sanderson headers make one heck of a spectacular soundtrack. The transmission is a reverse manual TH350 3-speed automatic with a trans brake, which maybe you'll need if you use the 150 horsepower shot of nitrous. The front suspension is fully chromed and everything under the car was beautifully detailed to match the bodywork. There's a disc brake at all four corners and it sure looks like every component was built to be admired, because it's been painted or plated and shows almost zero signs of use. Out back, a beefy 9-inch Ford rear end with 3.75 gears inside hangs on a custom 4-link suspension with coil-overs and the whole assembly has been reinforced for both performance and looks. Beautiful Billet Specialties wheels are fitted with a traditional-looking big-n-little tire combination, with those rears measuring 15-inches wide! Fully documented with build receipts and maintenance records, this is a high-quality rod you can buy with confidence because the guy who built it, built it for himself. That's always the best kind of car to buy. At first glance, yes, it's an awesome and highly desirable Downs body with awesome black paint. Then you dig a little deeper and see all the little tricks and upgrades that went into the build, including a ZZ4 crate motor and all the creature comforts, and that's where you'll really be impressed. The body is fiberglass, and again it doesn't get any better than Downs, but that's not really a demerit on rods like this one because the hood, doors, and trunk lid are steel, which gives this Ford a high-quality feel. It already incorporates a chopped top, so this car has a cool rake to it that matches what rodders have been doing since the '40s. A set of full fenders accurately replicate the originals, and most of the original protrusions have been shaved, including the hinges, cowl lights, and door handles, so it looks incredibly sleek. And speaking of paint, the finish on this one is nicely done, with great gloss and a depth to the paint that makes this car really pop in the sunlight, and with just 6,820 miles on the build, it still looks extremely fresh. The license plate has been frenched into the rear roll pan, flanked by a set of original-looking taillights with blue-dot lenses. Up front, there's a beautiful chrome grille along with traditional King Bee headlights and a correct dipped bumper, so it has a very traditional look. Outfitted in tan leather and fabric, the interior is comfortable and inviting, and brings an OEM level of fit and finish to a street rod, something we don't see that often. Reclining buckets make the most of the coupe's interior space, leaving it comfortable even for guys over six feet tall, and the sculpted contours are good for long road trips. Tan leather has also been used on the door panels and headliner, with cool embossed inserts to add interest, as well as billet hardware. Power windows and locks are included, as well as a tilt steering column to help you get comfortable behind the wheel. Traditional-looking VDO gauges have been nestled into the center of the dash in a seamless way and a custom panel underneath houses secondary controls and the Vintage Air HVAC system. There's also an AM/FM/CD stereo system that sounds great thanks to lots of sound deadening materials, and the trunk opens with the flick of a switch, revealing a fully upholstered cargo bay. Delivering on the car's looks is a 350 cubic inch Chevy ZZ4 crate motor topped by a 4-barrel carburetor on an aluminum intake manifold. With plenty of dress-up gear, it's got the right hot rod look without affecting functionality, and despite being driven, it remains bright and clean. Wiring and plumbing is thoughtfully done, and block-hugging headers dump into a beautifully fabricated exhaust system with mufflers that aren't too loud and aren't too soft. It rides on a Mustang II independent front end with coil-overs disc brakes, and a Ford 9-inch out back hanging on a 4-link with more coil overs and disc brakes. Spectacular Billet Specialties polished aluminum wheels and low-profile performance tires are fitted, filling the wheel wells for an up-to-date look that still has a traditional vibe. This is an extremely well-built and thoughtfully crafted rod that captures the clean look of traditional hot rods and adds big doses of performance and comfort. With its fully detailed interior and a sweet-running Corvette small block, it stands on its own as a great example of hot-rodding distilled to its purest form. Those who know these classics will jump at this the moment they find out it's a Davviki body. Everyone else will just simply understand the quality when they look at the super straight body and the amazing luster in the paint. This build has all the details right from the aggressive stance provided by the fat rear tires to the moon hubcaps to the small front fenders that give the open wheel look while retaining protection from stone chips. Even without American Graffiti, a chopped bright yellow '32 Ford coupe is an iconic hot rod. So if you're a fan of the movie, you'll love showing up to cruise-in nights and showing off the Pharaohs Car Club plaque from under the hood. If you're just a fan a Fords, you'll love the touches that go beyond the film such as the full hood and the intricate red pinstriping all around the car. Inside is exactly what you want in a hot rod. The black vinyl interior has a stitching pattern that runs from door panel to door panel uninterrupted, including on the sides and seats. It gives it that custom feeling the moment you open the door. There are even power windows for a nice added premium touch. But this one is really for the driver. Your right hand rests comfortably on the dogleg Hurst shifter while your left one grips the three-spoke sports steering wheel. Beyond that is yellow dash panel with custom pinstriping that mimics the exterior style. Set into this is a tasteful bright aluminum panel with a full gauge package. Under the hood of this Ford is a 327 cubic-inch V8 borrowed from a '65 Corvette. Beyond just having a show-stopping appearance, this small-block was enhanced with go-fast goodies like an Edelbrock carburetor, Holley Street Dominator intake, and Mallory distributor. It makes a wicked sound as it rumbles through the side pipe dual exhaust. The Chevy drivetrain continues with the Saginaw four-speed manual that allows you stay in complete control of this performance V8. And speaking of control, roadholding is well in hand thanks to a four bar front suspension with disc brakes and a coilover rear. This hot rod is an impressive build at an affordable price. Instant star power is within reach. Not just pretty, but mean. And with a snarky 350 up front, a leather-lined interior, and all the creature comforts, it's got the hardware to back up its bad attitude. Hi-boys will never go out of style. They're the prototypical hot rod, the ultimate in minimalism and performance from the very earliest days of hot-rodding. And while a lot of guys build the same car over and over, this pro-built coupe has a purposeful look that's very appealing. Sure, all the basics are there, from the chopped top to the nose-down ride height, but those big wheels and tires and plenty of ground clearance suggest that it doesn't have time for being pretty, it has races to win. The black paint is simple and timeless, and again, it'll always look stylish. The simple orange pinstripe work ties it together with the interior and follows traditional patterns for a vintage vibe. Finish quality is outstanding, but like I said, this one isn't about being pretty, it's about function. However, traditional design touches like the V-shaped spreader bar up front, LED taillights out back, and miles-deep paint suggest that it wasn't 100% form following function. Details matter and this car nails it. We'll also note that the hood and hoodsides also come with the car already painted and ready to throw on. The black and orange interior sure isn't subtle, but in this car it definitely works. The 3-window coupe's interior geometry is a bit different than the 5-window, so there's plenty of legroom. Custom door panels and seat covers use diamond-tufted leather that adds a cool texture and it's full of thoughtful touches like custom center console with cup holders. A variety of aircraft-looking gauges from Classic Instruments fill the dash, along with controls for the Vintage Air A/C system and the AM/FM/iPod stereo head unit. There's a tilt column with a banjo-style wheel, neatly integrated power window switches that blend in with the upholstery, and that cool shifter with piston-shaped knob to manage the TH350 3-speed automatic transmission underneath. The trunk is also beautifully finished with matching side panels and a remote-mounted battery which still leaves plenty of cargo space for your road trip gear. Traditional power comes from a 350 cubic inch Chevy V8 that puts function ahead of style, although it still manages a vintage hi-po look. Finned valve covers and a custom painted air cleaner are the obvious upgrades, but perhaps more notable is how well everything is packaged to fit in the tight engine bay. The accessories are snugged in tight to the block and the block-hugging exhaust system sounds great. A big Holley 4-barrel carburetor lives on an aluminum intake manifold and a giant electric fan and thick radiator keeps everything cool. The car also includes a louvered hood that's finished to the same high standards, so if you like that clean look, it's just a few minutes away. The chassis is a Pete and Jake's piece along with the front end, trick hidden disc brakes, and a 9-inch Ford rear end hanging on a 4-link with coil-overs. The frame is painted to match the body and much of the suspension is chromed, so it looks great out there in the open. Traditional-looking American Racing wheels look like vintage Halibrands and carry staggered BFG radials. Professionally built in 2009 and showing less than 2000 miles since it was completed, this is still a very fresh car. 1932 Ford 3-window hi-boys never go out of style, and this one gets all the big stuff exactly right. 1970 Ford XL convertible up for auction with low reserve. History: Original owner had it 1 year. Second owner had it from '71 to '88, and she was an older femalenever married and no children and had a window van to drive in winter so I don't think this car saw muchsnow/salt, though it could have seen a little. She kept it in her garage that was in poor condition that was likely humid which likely precipitated the rust, coupled with Ford known for poor body steel back then. I have owned it since 1988(27 years). It was like a barn find at the time and is like a barn find for you now. To get it on the road back then I replaced motor mounts, cleaned out top of heads(oil return holes) and replaced valve cover gaskets, new fuel line/filter, new thermostat, new U-Joints, new brake lines and rebuilt brakes though the rotors and drums are original and good with barely a lip worn at drum edge hinting of light braking through it's life. Oil and trans fluid changed, and put "Motor Kote" in it back in 2005 when I saw the inventor do the demonstration in person, and if you don't know about Motor Kote check out any you tube video of it, it's a must have. It does not leak oil or any other fluid that I have noticed.I need to let this car go to someone that can do the restoration it needs. I have a couple others that I willalways want to get to first, this car needs to be on someones first priority. It's a nice color combination, which seems masculine, but great for a woman as well. It is the original color, but it was repainted I'm guessing in the late 70's, and I see no evidence of body damage or fillers anywhere. Had dual exhaust installed about 20 years ago. Historic plates went on in '95. This car had 66,571 mls on it when I got it, and I wanted to keep mls as low as possible until I could restore it, so only drove it about50 miles per summer(car meets/some cruisin'), total around 1,140 mls. So, I know the feel of the car andit's power. It's a strong 390 with 2 bbl carb, Trans is tight and shifts well, Rear end is limited slip and willbrake both sides loose doing a burn out. Steering is good and front end still tight. Rear springs sit a bitlow from age(expected from originals). Top mechanism/hydraulics work-goes up and down, but needs a new skin. The previous owner had a new top installed around 1980 due to thief cut top to get into car even though she didn't lock it so that wouldn't happen. That top is now bad, but the original back 'GLASS' is intact and contrary to the top place telling me it can't be re-used I think it can and I'll explain how to the new owner. The new aftermarket back 'real' glass don't have the same slant edge profile, so having the original glass is super cool(rare)and way better than plastic. I didn't have a top installed as I wanted that to be the last step in it's restoration, thus only driven on sunny days, top up when parked in sun so interior wouldn't get baked. The previous owner also tended to keep top up when parked in sun, so interior vinyl is stillsupple on seat tops and dash has no cracks or splits(hard to find). Funny thing- last week I was looking for the top motor, which I now know is behind driver side back seat, I reached into the area under the top wellto feel for the motor thinking it was in what appeared to be a black vinyl bag to protect the motor from dust and moisture, but low and behold it was the original(?) rear top boot in it's pouch, appears like new never used, and I don't think the previous owner/s new it was there either. So, I will see if I can get a pic of it on, but it'ssure cold out. Hidden head lights go up and down, and if let set the covers will creep open after a month so vacuum canisters still hold. Blinkers do not blink may need relay. Brake and parking lights work. Air conditioning system all intact as original but not charged/not working, so I removed belt from compressor27 years ago so the compressor would not be getting wear for nothing. Heater motor blows, but I by-passed the heater core 20 years ago because I noticed fog on inside of windshield, and I didn't drive it in cold weather anyway. Radio is AM and it makes some noise but no channels come in which may be due to the antennae broken off at base. The steering wheel is a wooden Grant with Ford center, and I have the originalas well. Dash lights and under dash lights work. The door pin switches have fallen into cavity due to rust around the mounting holes. Needs a new windshield as is cracked across center. All side light glass is good.Windows role up and down, but driver door window mechanism is missing a brace so is tricky to get up and down, but it needs a better door anyway which should have a good mechanism. Driver door has too much rust at bottom and rusted completely around outside handle to try to save it, though it does open and close.Passenger door has little rust lower front and is savable and opens and closes great. Interior damage is only 3 stitching splits in driver seat area and 2-3 minor marks on side panels and the plastic dash piece directly above ashtray is slightly scorched from ashtray fire 30+ years ago, and I don't have a better one in the 4 door parts car because it's the same way, sheesh. Original carpet is intact and I have not pulled it to view the floor from inside, but pounding around the floors feel solid except front passenger side has a soft spot in middle area. Never in an accident so bumpers are straight but front one may be too rusty to re-chrome, but rear may be a good candidate. I have another rear bumper as well. The original 'XL' trunk lockcover intact. All stainless and aluminum trim is there and great, but wheel well and rocker pieces show some corrosion. Trunk floor is intact with a couple rust spots, but not Swiss cheese. The spare tire is original and maybe used once, has dual white pin stripes and has been holding air pressure for 45 years. Original jack is included but not the battery as it belongs to another of my classics. The gas gauge does not register and I believe it's the sending unit in tank. Tank does not leak. Back tires are too old to hold air, and rear is on blocks while I try to locate a couple fair tires. I have one but need to find another as one might hold air for a day. Either way, it does drive, for load up or maybe a small test drive, it is insured. The bad: Rust, it needs sheet metal repair in many places around bottom edges. Some rocker repair.Floor passenger rear under has hole but upper inside floor good. Front passenger floor has soft areabut i don't see hole in under side floor(dual layer floors), Driver side floors seem fine. The under radiator brace has a rust hole, so needs replaced(I may have another one). Frame is still solid front to back, including the the junction boxes at end of the side frame rails.Fenders and quarters are very straight, so repairing them should turn out well.See all pics on ebay and 200 at the photobucket link below for idea of the extent of rust issues. Will need exhaust manifold gaskets installed, but I was waiting to do it when engine pulled for the resto.Exhaust manifold gasket set included. I also have a 70 4 door ford Custom/Galaxy (front end verses LTD) that has some parts this XL might be able to use, and I will deal with new owner if any parts are wanted. Roof can be chopped off to make a customremovable hard top. Hood and grill and front bumper can be used to make it a Galaxy Convertible temporarily until better XL bumper is located, because the Custom's grill and bumper is in great shape. The gas tank had been replaced, so might be better, and sending unit might be fine. Many miscellaneousparts could be gleaned from the 4 door car. I may consider selling the whole car, but I plan to keep the low miles 302 and rest of the drive train. Sorry about long read, but I want the description to be as complete as possible so bidders have the best idea of what the car is and needs. If you have any questions feel free to ask, and do so well before auction end. Include phone# and best time to call if you wish to speak directly. Auto is for sale locally as well, and as such may cause auction to end early if it is sold and no longer available. If you view this listing and are close enough, and want to come see it during auction, contact me so we can set a time and day for it. A test drive may be possible, but with top down, in the winter, lol. Reserve is not high, and if auction is won, winning bidder is required to pay $500.00 down within 24 hoursthrough PayPal and remaining balance due within 3 days via PayPal. I will allow 30 days for buyer to arrange pick up of auto, and can assist transport comp or buyer with auto at time of pick up. After 30 daysfrom auction end and auto not picked up/removed, I reserve right to charge $5 per day storage.Car can be driven onto a flat bed, but I would not suggest driving it any great distance due to the old tires. If it had good tires and it was 75-80 degrees out (top down), I'd trust driving it for hours to somewhere. Thank you for viewing this auction, and good luck if bidding, and throughout the new year!Douglas On Jan-06-16 at 11:05:54 PST, seller added the following information: 1/5/16 I took and have added 130 new photos to the photobucket XL folder. Please view all enlarged.1/6/16 I will be taking some of the underside today and upload this evening. Added info:Photo of Ohio title shows 1995, which is when I switched it from Mich title to Ohio. I lived just over the M/O line until 1990, moved to Toledo, stored it in friends barn with Mich title until '95, so it didn't get driven from 1990 until 1995 when titled to Ohio and historic plates wen't on, and Brakes completely done, exhaust etc. The Ohio title shows the mileage of 66,571 (actual), and the name of the previous owner as it was on my first Mich title when I got it in 1988. I remembered when taking pic of fan pulley area, that I had replaced water pump around 15 years ago (or 500 miles ago) and painted pulley black and new pump blue. The belt in trunk is for the air conditioner, which clutch works, removed belt so compressor would not wear, needs charged and any leaks found and fixed. All of system is intact as original. When rebuilding brakes back when, master was replaced, lines replaced and the new lines were bent along side old lines as pattern so new lines have bends same as originals. In a photo on trunk the vinyl item is the boot and it's storage bag. It is very cold out so I did not try to flatten it out or install it for a pic. It should be done on hot sunny day so it will be more pliable. It appears never used. I want to add that the interior does not smell like some convertibles do after many times being rain in or water dripping into, that musty old boat odor of mildew. I never let it get dripped into, and previous owner didn't either. It smells fine like an old car will or should. Dash ashtray is rusty inside, and back of seat ashtray is in never used condition. Diver door opens from in and out, but for outside you have to position handle right where it would benormally, hold it firmly in place and push the thumb button. Then set it back in the hole...lol. I wish I had 3 more original spare tires on rims, that would be the cats meow. It has a great vintage profile. The spare is prolly worth $200-300 to the guy trying to gather a full set. Speaking of value. I know cars can sell for more when parted out, sum of all parts sold. This is a low miles XL cont 390 auto C6 auto limited slip with Factory AC:I will not be the one to butcher/part out this survivor, though rusty and need of a frame off and the attention of a good sheet metal man and some NOS goodies, it is all there, and to part it would remove it from history. It has a kind of spirit, when driven, it feels like it wants and loves to go, very fun to drive, makes you grin, you get looks, and know you can get on it and easily get away from the pack of any idiot drivers around you. I suppose any molestation is me putting dual exhaust on it, but, with the dual exhaust with turbo mufflers it sounds good. Has a deep rumble but not too loud or obnoxious. I have a NOS idler arm in box that surfaced from the home previous owner lived in.That house is behind mine, her sister lived there after PO's death in 1993. Family found some stuff for this car when cleaning it out and saw that I got it. Why the arm I don't know because the original seems fine. Might have been for the Ford van she had, but it seems/is identical to the XL part. Goes with, is in white box on rear floor. I have a NOS side mirror in original Ford box, identical. I bought it in 1979 on the side fromthe guy I bought a 68 302 Fastback from. Never used it because the Fastback actually had the encased type. I may sell it on the side if wanted. I have pair of 69 Mach 1 black buckets(red stripe) since 1979 in dry storage in great cond that I thought I might use for this XL if I were to switch to buckets for fun of it and make a custom console, or while bench out for restoration of driver seat. If I ever decide to sell them I will alert the new owner of XL first. As mentioned before, I will give new owner first dibs on parts from the 70 Custom/Galaxy 4 door. It's dash pad is perfect too. Gas tank and sending unit may be better. Lenses? etc? I already replaced XL window crank that was missing knob and a lock pull with the best ones form the Custom. That's it for now, Thanks for reading On Jan-07-16 at 23:19:53 PST, seller added the following information: 1/7/16 I've added 50 photos of underside etc to Photobucket XL folder. Info to add:Brakes~ 20 years ago when went through the brakes I had replaced calipers, rotors, flex lines and hard lines, master, rear wheel cylinders, rear brake spring and hardware kits. Rear drums are original. I painted drums and rotors, repacked bearings etc. Today I installed new rear wheel cylinder rubber kits, bled and adjusted. They had started to drip, and I found the kits they gave me back then were for 15/16" bore instead of 1"bore. So after all this time the rubbers stiffened and let a bit of fluid past. There is 2 options of bore size, only 1/16" diff it's easy to make mistake when parts store says this is what it calls for and they fit. These are the larger 1" bore option.Front pads are 95%, and rotors are 99%, drums are 95%, shoes 95%, fluid is fresh and clean. Exhaust was custom bent, they use a thicker tube when custom, verses off the shelf pre-bent thin stuff. Chrome tips have rusted. I chose how far they extend. I can't stand when tips stick out a mile, they end up scraping pavement or burn a leg, lol. I had replaced the transmission pan gasket around the same time, as I painted the pan same blue while it was off. Oil pan has never been removed. Gas cap well drain hole/tube drains, not clogged. Might add there is no doubt this is a 67,711 mls #'s matching auto. I hope I provided enough photos to help you decide if this is the project for you. Most importantly is this a car you can see yourself cruising in?Gotta be a Ford lover :) $500.00 Deposit due within 24 hours of auction close via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash in person. See payment methods accepted for balance due within 3 days of auction close. Balance with Cashiers check, personal check once cleared, bank draft, send with Paypal, or cash in person. This is one of the rarest 1935 Ford Australian Deluxe Roadsters available. Only 4896 were produced by Ford in 1935 and according to the Australian Ford Club less than 10 % were exported worldwide. You do the math! This is a highly mechanically modified car but it retains the lines and looks of the original. The two tone paint adds to the spectacular curb appeal and is fresh out of the shop of TRADITIONAL SPEED AND CUSTOM, Pittsfield, NH. It won a 1st place trophy before the recent paint and body work and has not been shown since. Please read the following list of parts and improvements and feel free to ask questions. New Hampshire is a non title state for older vehicles, it will be sold with a clear bill of sale and signed over current NH registration. The car was converted from right hand drive back to US left hand drive by previous owner, the battery is still located on the right passenger side. The dash is the only fiberglass part due to change in steering location. The windshield has been chopped 2 inches and the top has been chopped to match and a new custom top installed. The interior has a Glide engineering 39 type seat covered in red leather/vinyl and custom door panels, rear section, rumble seat and panels to match. New carpeting installed. Many other new parts have been added. Mileage is as shown on odometer. Autometer tach and SW oil pressure and temp gauges. Custom fit storage cover included. The engine is a 39-42 Ford Flathead completely rebuilt by prior owner, It has Eldebrook heads, Edmunds dual intake, twin Stromburg (New type) 97 carbs and Edmunds air cleaners. Powergen alternator chrome to give the look of an original generator. Mallory electronic ignition. Fenton cast headers, Reds dual exhaust with Smitty mufflers. The suspension consists of Pete and Jakes shocks, front and rear and an old school lowered rear spring. The transmission is a Chevy S-10 5 speed with correct gear ratios that was professionally rebuilt. It was chosen for the performance and that the shifter mounts close to the original location and has an original shifter shaft/knob. It is mated to a custom drive shaft and an open rear end conversion by Hot Rod Works and by a bell housing adapter. Frame modified with x-member conversion and split front wishbones by Chassis Engineering. Brakes have been converted to a 40's Ford hydralic system with manual emergency brake. Direction lights added from Juliano's Hot Rod Parts. Custom mounted under the dash AM/FM/CD player with speakers mounted under the seat. Chrome is very nice as is all stainless. Driving lights are new old stock. Note that the Australian roadster differs from the US version in that there is more space behind the seat as seen in the pictures. Note distance from top of rumble seat to the top mounting. I am told by my contact in Australia this was due to the US using the rear stampings based on the 3 window coupe and foreign units were based on the 5 window coupe. Cars were shipped as chassis and motors assembled in US and bodies applied in country sold. This is a fine running beautiful rare car. It is sold as is as shown with no warrantee expressed or implied. It is available for test drive and can be seen by appointment and viewed on my lift. ASK questions. The reserve is very reasonable and I reserve the right to end the auction early because of local sale.RESERVE PRICE LOWERED DON'T MISS OUT On Jul-14-15 at 04:59:38 PDT, seller added the following information: I would consider a 2002- 2005 Ford Thunderbird as a partial trade in addition to cash.

THIS RADICAL KUSTOM HARDTOP HAS BEEN IN MAGAZINES & CAR SHOWS SINCE 1958 ! This 1947 Ford was radically customized over a 2 year build period between 1955 1957 FIRST INDRODUCED ON THE 1958 show circuit As “The Gooney Bird” This 1947 Ford was radically customized between 1955-1957 in upstate New York by Ronlyn Collision. This Ford was Named after the historical Douglas C47/ DC-3 used in WW2 and Korean War known as “The Gooney Bird”, by the pilots who fly them, the name was given to the car by the owner who was a member of the U.S. Air force during the Korean War, he also was responsible for grafted on the 1951 Crown Victoria top at his shop Ronlyn Collision. The car now official known as “The Gooney Bird” competed and WON FIRST PLACE in its class at the very First Clutch Artist AUTO-RAMA in Buffalo New York , July 12-13 1958. The car has been featured in late 50’s and early 60’s Car Craft and Hotrod Magazines as well as in the 1958 NYC NAPA Calendar. “The Gooney Bird” was featured in Car Craft magazine while being shown at the 1962 Buffalo New York Autorama show at the Masten Ave Armory, by the time that show was held the car had already won 6- 1st place trophies in it’s radical hardtop class, it is considered one of the most significant historical customs ever built in the 1950’s to still be fully 100% road worthy and operational today. This 1947 Ford is a true example of an all steel old school 1950’s kustom. I HAVE INCLUDED A COUPLE OF SPECIAL HISTORICAL PHOTOS, WHEN THE CAR WAS FIRST BUILT IT WAS CAMPAIGNED ON THE SHOW CIRCUIT IN ORANGE AND ONE OF THESE SHOTS WAS COLORIZED TO ILLUSTRATE THAT. The Famous George Barris Crest: The story go’s that When Barris first saw “the Gooney Bird” sometime in 1997 while in Buffalo NY it had just undergone a frame off restoration and was still being prep for paint, his initial instinct was that his brother Sam had either built this 1947 Ford or somehow had a hand in building it, when he realized that Sam hadn’t built the car he wanted to badge this 1947 Ford Coupe with his logo Crests stating that it is a true example of a traditional historical 1950’s custom that he and Sam would have built and deserved to ware the famous Barris Crest, this is the ultimate endorsement by the King of custom cars., George also signed his name to the dash. “The Gooney Bird” has worn those famous Barris Crest ever since that time. The car was frame off restored between 1996- 1997, most of the original lead from the 1955/57 build was removed during this time, the body was soda blasted and a fresh engine was installed, the car had ran a Buick Nailhead engine since the 1950’s, that engine was replaced with a big block Oldsmobile engine which remained in the car until 2009 when the 2002 Ford GT 4.6 engine & trans was installed. 57 years after its original build the body lines are still beautiful and the car runs flawlessly. After being taken out of the public eye for many years “The Gooney Bird” showed up on the show circuit again in 2000 and went on to take second in its class at the 2000 Detroit Autorama, it’s also on the 2004 December cover of KKOA magazine. It won a Preservation Award at the 2009 -6th annual Ink–n-Iron show held at the Queen Mary in Long Beach California then it took 2nd place “Post War Custom” in 2010 at the Long Beach Motorama. Was chosen Best Custom award at the 2011 West Coast Kustoms “Cruisin Nationals” Santa Maria show by Rodz Deluxe for its workmanship. In 2012 Car Kulture De Luxe did a beautiful 3 page color center fold spread on the car. In July of 2014 the car won The Crown Of Lake Arrowhead for best Kustom car on the mountain. Here is a overview of the vehicle; all Items highlighted in RED were upgraded on the car since 2009. 1973 BRONCO WAGON 1973 FORD BRONCO 4X4 UNCUT WAGON THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST UNCUT BRONCO 4X4 WAGONS AROUND! FRESH RESTORATION FROM FRONT TO BACK WITH AN ESTIMATED 800-1000 MILES SINCE COMPLETION IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR! FACTORY 302 V8, 3-SPEED, DANA 20, AND MORE! STUNNING BLUE GLOW POLY FINISH WITH PAINTED SMOKE GRAY SIDE AND HOOD STRIPES! PROFESSIONALLY RESTORED OVER A TWO YEAR PERIOD WITH OVER $16,000 IN RECEIPTS FOR PAINT AND BODY ALONE! BRAND NEW CHROME WHEELS AND GOODYEAR TIRES ALL AROUND! DRIVES WONDERFULLY, HANDLES GREAT, LOOKS AMAZING, AND IS READY TO SHOW OR GO WHEREVER YOU WANT TO TAKE IT! CALL ME AT 941-286-0889 WITH QUESTIONS. THIS VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DETAILED!!! IT HAS BEEN WASHED, VACUUMED, AND WIPED DOWN WITH TURTLE WAX QUICK SHINE PRIOR TO BEING PHOTOGRAPHED. IMAGINE HOW AMAZING IT WILL LOOK WHEN YOU TAKE THE TIME TO DETAIL AT HOME! OVERVIEW The UNCUT FORD Bronco has always been an in demand collector car, because so many of them have been chopped up, modified, or had the rust removed quickly thus rendering them worthless as an investment. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good fender-flared Bronco as much as the next guy, and have sold more than a few of them over the years, but there is something about an original, uncut rear fender line that really looks good! This particular Bronco is the result of over two years in professional restoration from front to back, and it is one of the nicest examples I have personally seen in quite a long time. Please take a moment to read the detailed listing, look over the 100 extra-large detailed photos, and then call me to make it yours before someone else does it first! THIS VEHICLE HAS A CLEAN AND CLEAR FLORIDA TITLE IN OUR POSSESSION, AND IS NOT A CONSIGNMENT VEHICLE. FOR VEHICLE FINANCING, APPLY ONLINE AT: WWW.JJBEST.COM WWW.LIGHTSTREAM.COM DESCRIPTION You have to LOVE the Bronco. It is the original mid-size SUV, and has created a legacy of being one of the toughest 4x4’s made over the years! This particular Bronco has just completed a full restoration that took a little over two and a half years to complete, and the end result is one of the cleanest, straightest, great running, and easy driving Bronco Wagons you will come across. The first thing you see is the gorgeous Blow Glow Poly FORD finish on the truck, which is accented by the Smoke Gray roof, side stripes, and hood stripes. The finish is so wet looking that you’ll check your hand for paint after you touch it! It is shiny, deep, and looks just as good in the shade as it does in the sunlight. The rich, smoke grays stripes were carefully sprayed on the hood and sides, and accent the wagon well in conjunction with the smoke gray fiberglass roof. The body is just STUNNING, and is so straight and solid that you won’t even comprehend it! SO MUCH MONEY was spent to make sure that the inside, outside, pans, floors, gaps, seams, and everything else on the truck was perfect, it actually looks better than new!!!! It is ALL STEEL, and there is absolutely NO MUD, NO BONDO, NO CHICKEN WIRE, NO BEER CANS CRUSHED UP, NO BS REPAIRS, AND NO SHORCUTS on this car!!!! If you look inside the front fenders it is so clean and straight it shows better than new!!!!!! There are NO STORIES with this Bronco, and I strongly encourage you to come see it in person, because the first person who does will buy it on the spot. Yes, you will see a small little blemish, stone chip, hairline scuff, or something of that nature if you dig around long enough, but make no mistake about it, this Bronco is PRIME TIME READY and can withstand the most scrutinizing inspection with pride. The largest is an area at the DS rear where the bumper edge rubbed it during installation, and it isn’t really noticeable until you get right up on it. The rest is little blems you will see on all but the $150,000 and up stuff. Remember that this Bronco has NOT been detailed by me! We like to show our cars without all the fluff and photoshopping other people use, so just know that once you get it home and clean all the nooks and crannies out, it will look even nicer than it does already! Receipts for parts, metal work, paint prep, and finish work are mind-blowing when you total them up, and equal out to what a lot of people spend for the whole finished CAR! A quest to create one of the cleanest Bronco Wagons around didn’t deter the prior owner from going after it with an open checkbook and an eye for the little things! The list of new items on the exterior of the truck alone is extensive, and the short version includes: NEW TAIL LAMPS NEW HEADLAMPS NEW MARKER LAMPS NEW REFLECTORS NEW SIGNAL LAMPS NEW FUEL CAP NEW FRONT CHROME BUMPER NEW REAR CHROME BUMPER NEW CHROME HARDWARE FOR BUMPERS NEW STAINLESS MOUNTING HARDWARE NEW LICENSE PLATE MOUNT NEW SPARE TIRE RACK NEW STAINLESS STEEL SIDE VIEW MIRRORS NEW DOOR LOCKS NEW EMBLEMS NEW BADGING NEW HOOD PIN KIT NEW WIPER ARMS NEW WASHER FLUID NOZZLES NEW WINDOW SEALS ON THE FIBERGLASS TOP NEW WINDOWS SEALS ON DOORS NEW VENT WINDOW SEALS AND PIVOT KIT NEW WINDSHIELD SEAL What isn’t new is in great, original condition, like the outside door handles! The glass is all original, and in good to above average condition. The windshield has some debris marks in it from normal use, but is perfectly usable and clear to see through. Rear window also has some marks, but is quite good overall. Side glass and vent windows are in really good condition, and none of the glass shows any cracks or issues with laminate. The Bronco rolls on a BRAND NEW SET of PACER 15” 8-hole show chromed rims that are wrapped in new GOODYEAR Wrangler RWL tires sized 31x10.50R 15LT all the way around. The tires are PERFECT for the Bronco, and have a great look without being unruly when you drive it! Overall, the exterior of this truck is stunning, and when you roll into a parking lot, heads turn and the cell phone camera’s flash because not many people have seen a Bronco as nice as this one! Pop the hood pins and open up the hood to a really clean and well done engine bay that is ready to start and take you anywhere! The factory 302 FORD motor is clean, neat, and more than presentable, even without a detail. It was treated to new valve cover gaskets, new intake gasket, new plugs, new distributor, new hoses, new plug wires, new alternator, new starter, new Holley Carb, new radiator, radiator shroud, fan, clamps, belt, hoses, and lines. It has the stock air cleaner/breather system which works and looks great. It had its second full fluid service since break-in and initial fluid change on 6/15/2015, and is ready to roll with about 800 miles since then, 200 or so of those being put on by me personally! It is running 10W30 here in Florida, but you can change it to whatever fits your climate the best. It has a new (6/2015) Duralast GOLD battery with 550CCA and new cables and ground strap. Factory date coded jack with handle resides on the driver side fender and works like it should. New brake master cylinder and lines, along with new shoes all around helps it stop on a dime. Brakes are correctly adjusted so that it doesn’t pull, wander, or jerk when you use them. The engine starts with a quick turn of the key, idles cleanly, and has no skip, burble, or stutter to it. Snick the 3-speed transmission into gear, and she is ready to go wherever you want! Each gear change is smooth and easy, and power comes on as needed with just a press of your right foot. No drama, no issues. Just drive it. I have personally put about 200 miles on this Bronco, and finally had to stop because I knew I had to take pictures of it and get it out in the marketplace! It is a blast to drive, and does everything like it should. Power is smooth, shifts are smooth, it doesn’t even remotely get hot, even when idling in beach traffic for 40 minutes on a Sunday, and everything on and in it works like it should. Ride is nice, thanks to NEW 5.5” long-travel coil springs up front, block lift on new springs out back, new shocks all around, and a dropped pitman arm, track bar, track bar bushings, dropped radius arms, and new bushings, bearings, and brackets, and more. It steers nice, doesn’t dance or snag wheel troughs, and is so easy to manage that my wife even wanted to take it to the store without being coerced! It has a completely rebuilt manual steering box, and the larger wheel and tire combo makes it super easy to turn, even at low speeds. The front tank was purposefully left out of the Bronco, as the prior owner had intended on putting a gun safe under that section, and never had the chance. The rear tank is new, as are the lines, and 2-way tank switch was left intact up front if you want to add one down the road. The entire chassis was treated to a VERY LIGHT COAT of Rhino –Liner material to protect it from rocks, debris, and rust. IT IS VERY LIGHT, AND YOU CAN STILL EASILY SEE ALL THE METAL ON THE FLOOR! It is solid, clean, and still shows the stamping marks on it to the naked eye. This is a very light coat, not a hiding coat like you see sometimes. The transfer case is a 300777-15 DANA-SPICER Model 20 with the serial tag still attached, and it was refurbished to stock specifications and works as it should. This unit has the 2:34.1 low range gear according to the prior owners notes, which would be correct for a model 20 in 1973 from what I found online. I have engaged both low and high aspects of the 4wd system in the grassy area behind our store, and it functions like it should. Overall, the chassis, engine bay, and mechanicals on the truck look great, perform like they should, and will not disappoint the new owner. Again, it has NOT been detailed by me, so you will see that the underside has some grime and dirt on it, and the grease from lubricating the rear diff got thrown up on the floor pan, so it will need wiped off. It is clean and solid, and a little time with a pressure washer and some towels will make it show exceptionally well when you get it home! Pull open the doors to reveal the interior, but don’t worry, they have NEW CATCH STRAPS to keep them from extending out too far! Tom’s Bronco was tapped for a complete new set of front and rear seats, and almost $1,300 later, the deluxe buckets and rear bench were installed with new hardware, seat tracks, and seat belts! They look amazing, are super easy to keep clean, and are as comfortable as most modern cars are to sit it! Tom’s also supplied the matching dual sun visors, brake pedal, clutch pedal, gas pedal, high beam floor switch with wiring harness, and a new rear view mirror. The original steering column is topped by the original steering wheel, which looks amazing and has a fully functional horn too! The shifter arm, 4x4 shift arm, and signal arm are original, and work great! Dash is clean, neat, and painted to match, and has a fully functional speedometer and odometer on it, along with inset gauges for TEMP, FUEL, OIL, and ALTERNATOR that all appear to be working as they should. Speedometer surround is original and worn, but the prior owner didn’t want to replace it. You can either restore it, paint it, leave it, or replace it if you want, and all of those options have a minimal cost involved. All of the other switches on the car work like they should, including: *LIGHT SWITCH – PARKING AND HEADLAMPS WORK, PLUS FOOT HIGH BEAM SWITCH *HAZARD LIGHT SWITCH WORKS *TWO SPEED ELECTRIC WIPERS WORK, AS DO THE WASHER SPRAY NOZZLES. *KEY SWITCH AND LIGHT WORK *VENT CONTROLS FOR DRIVER AND PASSNEGER SIDE WORK *FAN SWITCH CONTROL FOR HEATER/DEFROST WORKS The original window rollers were kept, as they look really good for being 42 years old, and the original door arm rest pads were kept for mainly sentimental reasons. They are both fully functional, but I would replace them just to make everything come up to the level of the rest of this Bronco. Door panels themselves are painted in the Smoke Gray for contrast, and have all new stainless hardware on them. New interior door pulls, and door pull cups look fantastic too, and function like they should. Door jambs are clean and hinges are lithium grease lubricated. Bottoms of the doors show wonderfully, as do the jambs and rockers. The entire floor of the Bronco is bare metal, and you can see how solid, straight, rust, and rot free it is from the top or the bottom!!!! I didn’t want to put rubber matting or carpet in this, because it is kind or a personal choice, so I thought the new owner could pick if they didn’t like the bare metal. Rear lift gate opens easily, and the factory stops work to keep it in the open spot until you want it down. Tail gate opens like it should, and it is as solid as new inside, at the pivot points, and all around. Tail gate and lift gate hardware and arms are original and in perfect working order, but not as clean and pretty as the rest of the new stuff on this machine. The fiberglass top is in fantastic condition, and is painted in the Smoke Gray color. I have never had it removed, but from what I can see, it is in phenomenal condition, with no known issues. Key locks the hatch and doors like it should, with another for the ignition. This Bronco is one bad machine, and every time I have taken it out for a spin, someone stops me for a photo, to tell me a story, or just to marvel at it! When money is not an objection, and you want it to be done right, this is the kind of ride you end up with! There are over $16,000 in receipts for mainly paint, body, and prep work that come with the car, and when you see it in person, you will know that a lot more was spent on this Bronco to get it done right. If you want one of the cleanest, straightest, nicest driving, and best running Bronc’s around, then this is the one for you! Just go for a short cruise in this 1934 Ford Roadster, and you'll find out what it's like to be more popular than a rockstar. The '34 Ford is a true icon, and this one does everything right. Shaved door handles, chopped windshield, and suicide doors give it a classic hot rod look. The two-tone red and black paint shines so bright on the laser-straight body that this doesn't need any chrome add-ones. The full fenders perfectly heighten the aggressive stance. They cover the Budnik aluminum wheels in the front and run seamlessly to the back where it looks like they can barely contain all the power from the taller, wider rear tires. But glance beyond the award-winning appearance, and you'll see some everyday practicality. This is in everything from the third brake light for safety to the folding top with glass back window for those times when it rains at the car show. Inside is a full custom interior trimmed in black and gray. It's surprisingly roomy for you and your gal (or guy) with cushy cloth seating and enough space to spread out your legs. This is the first indication of a driver-friendly interior but certainly not the last. This hot rod comes loaded like it was a luxury car with features such as power windows, tilt steering wheel, remote door openers, power operated trunk lid, and an AM/FM/CD stereo. But the best feature you'll enjoy the most for all-day cruising is the ice-cold air conditioning. This runs R-134A, which means servicing it is also significantly easier. Specifically for the driver there is a custom sport steering wheel with the Ford oval etched in the metal horn ring. Beyond that is a full set of Haneline white-faced gauges, which is handy because you'll love to always know what's going on with the monster under the hood. It wouldn't be a true hot rod without some serious V8 power, and this one doesn't disappoint. Just as everything else on this car seems to be a modern take on a classic, this one carries a 305 cubic-inch motor... but you get fuel injection for added power! Of course because you bought this custom build to show off, the entire engine bay has been hit with enough polished metal that you'll need sunglasses just to pop the hood. The power from the silky-smooth 305 TPI V8 is sent to a 700R4 transmission before running to the sturdy Ford nine-inch rear end. Just to make sure those massive 255/70R15 BF Goodrich back tires stay hooked to the pavement, this one is running a coilover rear suspension. When you do hit the gas, those few who didn't see you coming will take notice of the serious rumble from the dual exhaust. This whole powertrain package might seem like it was just built to race between stoplights, but this hot rod carries a sensible side, too. After all, that 700R4 gearbox is a four-speed unit that is great for long-haul cruising, and the power steering and front disc brakes are the kind of features that bring everyday usability to this wild appearance. Go ahead and enjoy the open road. This '34 Ford has you covered for everything from the local drive-in to the coolest highway cruiser. 1934 Ford Roadster for Sale 1934 Ford Roadster for Sale Stock # 3093-CHA Charlotte Showroom 5400 West WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC 28269 Local/International: (704) 598-2130 Toll-Free: (866) 542-8392 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Atlanta Showroom 213 Thornton Rd Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Local/International: (678) 279-1609 Toll-Free: (877) 367-1835 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom 5400 Sandshell Dr Fort Worth, TX 76137 Local/International: (817) 764-8000 Toll-Free: (855) 877-2707 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM CST Sat: 9AM - 5PM CST Email: [email protected] TERMS OF SALE 1.
