Finished in timeless and desirable Onyx Black over a very clean red interior, this handsome and very uncommon classic Mopar features strong running 225 cid Slant 6 cylinder engine, push button automatic transmission, original working AM radio, working fuel, temp and amp gauges, power steering, and more. Overall this Dart presents well with glossy driver quality paint showing some minor imperfections visible upon close inspection. Chrome is also driver quality and does show some signs of age although the bumpers themselves are straight and in great condition. Trim and brightwork are complete and overall in very good condition. This is the true classic motorsport enthusiast’s car! Finished in dramatic code (32) correct Signal Red over an impeccable black interior, paint and body on this fantastic car shows extremely well with only minor imperfections visible upon extreme close inspection. Both the front and rear bumpers boast fresh chrome, fit nicely and compliment the body. The black soft convertible top is also in excellent condition and fits nicely. Car also comes with a newer black tonneau cover. The Triumph TR4A was built between 1965 and 1967 by the Triumph motor Company in the United Kingdom. The TR4A was an evolution of the TR4, updated with a new chassis. It was hoped the new, but more complex, independent ear suspension would address the buying public’s desire for more comfortable riding sports cars. This version has an “IRS” badge on the rear. It has been estimated that 75 percent of TR4A were built with IRS. In response to dealer requests, about 25 percent of TR4As were produced with a solid rear axle option (also called a live axle), similar to the earlier TR4. The TR4A was the first vehicle to offer an option for axle type. The new suspension eventually proved itself with the buying public and in racing, with three TR4A IRS models posting a team win and finishing 1st, 2nd and 3rd in class at the Sebring 12-hour race of 1966. Inside, the black leather bucket seats and rear cargo area and all look great with no major signs of wear visible. One of the greatest features of these Triumphs is the wood instrument panel, and this example is among the nicest we have ever seen. All gauges function as they should and present beautifully in their respective places in the dash. The door panels and dashboard are have also been recent reupholstered and present beautifully. Paint and body are exceptional with no visible evidence of repair or damage that we could find. This nicely appointed TR4A features strong running 2.1 Liter inline 4 cylinder engine mated to a superb 4-speed manual transmission with desirable overdrive. Overall mechanical condition is excellent on this fully restored and very well sorted classic English Roadster. The dark grey centered Panasport style 15? alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli P600 tires create a very serious track look and even more road grip. This extremely good looking and well equipped roadster will delight even the most discerning early sports car collector or enthusiast. The car even comes with the rarely seen 2 position Survey top, however it has not been fitted to the car. Included with car is an extensive collection of service and restoration receipts, parts catalogs and even a signed certified copy of a factory record from the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust! The beautiful Light Gold metallic paint and contrasting white top is in great condition with no major imperfections to be found. Inside, the tan cloth and vinyl seats all look presentably original with normal wear visible including the door panels and dashboard that are matched to the exterior of the car and look fantastic. It also should be noted that this car came with a roll of NOS carpet (which is impossible to find), and has been installed to the high standards of the original. The Studebaker Golden Hawk is a two-door pillar less hardtop coupe type car produced by the Studebaker Corporation of South Bend between 1956 and 1958. The raised hood and grille were added to allow space for a 289 cid (4.7 L) V8 with the addition of a McCulloch Supercharger giving the car 275 hp. This improved the car’s top speed, making these the best-performing of the Hawks. This powerful engine in such a light car gave the Golden Hawk a phenomenal power to weight ratio (and performance) for the time. Of 1956 American production cars SPEED AGE magazine tested the Golden Hawk against the Chrysler 300 B, Ford Thunderbird, and Chevrolet Corvette finding that the Golden Hawk could out-perform the others comfortably in both 0-60 mph acceleration and quarter mile times. These well build cars also featured smooth automatic transmissions and “Twin Traction”, (Studebakers version of Posi-traction) rear differentials! From the factory, a fiberglass overlay on the hood was added, which covered a hole in the hood that was needed to clear the supercharger that is mounted high on the front of the engine. The tailfins, now made of metal, were concave and swept out from the sides of the car. The fins were outlined in chrome trim and normally were painted a contrasting color, white on this example. For 1958, the Golden Hawk switched to 14-inch wheels instead of 15-inch wheels, making the car ride a little lower. Other styling changes included a new round Hawk medallion mounted in the lower center of the grille, and the available contrasting-color paint was now applied to both the roof and tailfins. One unique feature was a vacuum gauge on the instrument panel. Padded dash boards were standard. Several minor engineering changes were made for ’58, including revisions to the suspension and driveshaft that finally allowed designers to create a three-passenger rear seat. Earlier models had seating for only two passengers in the rear because the high driveshaft “hump” which necessitated dividing the seat; a fixed arm rest (later made removable because of customer requests) was placed between the rear passengers in earlier models. This recipient of a 2014 $30,000 restoration is the truly classic American collector’s find! The Chevrolet Corvair is a compact automobile manufactured and marketed by Chevrolet for model year 1960–1969 over two generations. As the only American-designed, mass produced passenger car to feature a rear mounted air-cooled engine, the Corvair range included a two-door coupe, convertible, four-door sedan, and four-door station wagon body styles, as well as passenger van, commercial van, and pickup truck variants. The Corvair competed with imported cars such as the original Volkswagen Beetle, as well as the Falcon, Plymouth, Studebaker Lark and the Rambler American. New refinements appeared on the 1965 redesign. The Corsa came standard with an instrument panel featuring a 140 mph speedometer with resettable trip odometer, a 6,000 rpm tachometer (slightly off on rpms), cylinder head temperature gauge, analog clock with a sweeping second hand, a manifold vacuum/pressure gauge and fuel gauge. Known for their dependability, simplicity, and durability Nissan’s Bluebird series of sedans have become the most internationally recognized Nissan model. In fact the Bluebird nameplate is one of Japan’s longest-running nameplates and inspired various other historic Japanese car models, such as the Nissan President and the Sunny. When entering the American domestic market the moniker of Bluebird and most notably their brand name of Nissan were ditched for a more appealing Datsun Series 410/411. Painted in bright red, this little Datsun is a attention grabber. Overall the paint is in great condition with only very minor imperfections found upon closer inspection. The previous owner stated that a full restoration was completed five years prior; however documentation from the restoration was not included with the purchase of the car. When sitting inside the benefits from the restoration become clear, all of the interior upholstery was redone in a black and red vinyl combination. This Series 411 Datsun is excellent example of early Japanese cars that entered into the untested American market. It’s said that Volvo owners are some of the most meticulous and caring car owners in the world…and this example shows it! This rare ES Volvo boasts a recent repaint by the previous owner in correct light blue metallic . Both paint and body are in fantastic condition showing only minor imperfections. The ES engine produced 125 bhp by reducing the compression ratio with a thicker head gasket, although maximum power was slightly down, the engine was less “peaky” and the car’s on-the-road performance was actually improved. Mated to the B20F fuel injected engine is an extremely rare M41 4-speed manual transmission with a Laycock overdrive. The addition of the overdrive is vital for effortless highway speed cruising. Stopping is handled by power assisted disc brakes. In addition, the 1970 model was the first 1800 with four-wheel disc brakes. These Volvo’s were built to last, in fact, a Volvo 1800s still holds the record for the highest mileage in the same vehicle with over 3 million miles in 2013! The Light blue interior was a rare color selection for the light blue metallic exterior paint color, thus making this beautiful P1800ES even more uncommon. Remaining mostly original, the carpet, headliner and upholstery are in good condition and very presentable with some minor signs of use. The dashboard appears to be mostly original; all of the gauges are original, beautiful wood steering wheel as well as the radio and speakers, beautiful wood steering wheel. Overall this Volvo is an excellent testament to classic styling, build quality and diligent ownership, it would be a challenge to find a comparable model in this great of condition and originality.
