This is my 1994 Ferrari 348 Spider but it could be yours! One of the most affordable Ferraris and will not be mistaken for anything other than a Ferrari. Although some non-car folks might mistake it for a Testarossa at least even they recognize it as a Ferrari and true piece of art. If you’re looking at other Ferrari’s you’re either looking for something newer with a minimum of $20K extra to burn or something older with designs originating in the late 1970’s. Many might look at comparably priced cars like an Aston Martin or Maserati but those simply are not as fun or turn heads like this car (= less of a smile for you L). Car is really low looking with top down and rear is very wide and hard to appreciate from looking at PICs only. This Spider convertible is done up in classic red on black leather. I use the car nearly every week in the summer (dry days only) here in the North East and have never had a problem with it, very reliable compared to earlier cars. Miles on the car are not those or a garage queen with dried up seals or a higher miles highway car. I have a hard time judging “out of 10” quality but I can tell you there are no dings, few chips, and interior is in great shape. Just look at many cars and leather is pulling from the doors where it is bonded and curves in, not here. A couple wheels have a little curb rash on the edge. Inside the front bonnet and in the engine bay are clean. No stick parts like door handles. Top is in great shape and comes with a quick on and off cover when parking in the sun. Includes tool kit, tools, books, and many records. There are plenty of PICs just look at them in detail. I recently put on new rear tires (recommended / stock brand size). Car runs with Mobil 1 full synthetic and Red Line gear lube. Clutch does not slip (changes by previous owner) & major 30K service was done at 26K. Car runs, drives, and sounds great. Car is very stiff for a convertible and handles like a dream being the last without power steering (handles like a go-cart). Clean title, no accidents, and dry. Not much more I can say without blathering on. For sale is an extremely rare Intermeccanica Spyder, one of just 354 ever made during a six year period from the late 1960s to the early 70s, making this a Ferrari Daytona era car. Yet its styling is more closely related to the Ferrari Nembo Spyder designed by Tome Meade, a car many consider one of the most handsome of Ferraris and a car worth millions of dollars. You don't have to wonder if this car was a rust-bucket or wrecked before a restoration. You could drive it as it is or restore it, depending on whether you want a more original look or a the new concours look. I will paste the RM Description below, but for those who are unfamiliar with this car, the great thing about it is it provides true sexy Italian metal bodywork, designed and built by artisans in Turin Italy, with rugged and reliable classic American V8 power, a Ford 351 Cleveland V8. Wheelbase: 94.5" In 1959 chemical engineer Frank Reisner combined his fascination with automobiles and professional talents to establish Carrozzeria Automobile Intermeccanica. Born in Hungary in 1932 and raised in Canada, he raced sports cars and "specials" in the late fifties before moving to Italy. Here he designed a racing chassis for Giannini Automobile, Spa, Rome, but soon relocated to Turin to build speed equipment. Over the next few years Reisner built numerous cars including the Apollo GT, which was based on Buick mechanicals, for International Motor Cars of San Francisco. These stylish Italian-bodied sports cars helped firmly establish Carrozzeria Intermeccanica as an automobile manufacturer, despite the fact 1963-65 production was limited to about one hundred units. Other Intermeccanica models followed -- from one-off prototypes to the Corvair-powered Phoenix constructed for John Fitch. After a few sour arrangements Reisner was left with 142 completed chassis in Turin. He went to Ford and secured a steady supply of 289 cubic inch V8 engines (later Cleveland and Windsor 351 cubic inch V8s), and drivetrains for shipment back to his factory in Italy. He arranged for a new distributor to sell his first true production car, the Torino, but in 1967 the similarly styled 5-liter, later the 5.7-litre Italia was unveiled. The Corvette-like Italia in Ferrari-inspired clothing sold well in America. Sports Car Graphic said in 1970, “…it has the potential to be the Ford Motor Company’s version of the ’Vette. And it’s a lot more exciting.” The 0-60mph time was 6.2 seconds. This Italia is fitted with the rarely seen factory air conditioning and powered by the preferred Ford 351 cubic inch Cleveland V8 mated with a four-speed manual transmission. The engine is fitted with custom valve covers, a new Edelbrock 650cfm 4V carb and Edelbrock Performer intake manifold. Its recent freshening also included addition of a new electronic ignition, rebuilt front end, rebuilt front and rear disc brakes, new wiring harness, stainless steel exhaust system as well as a new fuel pump, The fuel system and lines, hoses and belts and much more have been inspected, repaired or replaced where necessary. Riding on new tires mounted on vintage Magnum 500 wheels, this Italia in fresh Milano Russo paint mates the best of Italian design and American Muscle. The fresh paintwork is in excellent condition as is its tan leather interior with black piping and tan cloth convertible top. The dash and controls are all business, exemplifying the Italia’s supercar nature, while the leather seats, tan carpets and power windows are concessions to the Gran Turismo side of the Italia. Approximately 376 Italia coupes and convertibles were built, which, in comparison to some far more expensive Ferrari models, is very few in number, making an Italia a truly rare American-powered, international supercar.

With timeless looks and the ability to become just about anything you can imagine, there are few better choices for your next car than this lovely 210 2-door post coupe. Tropical Turquoise and India Ivory are this car's original colors, but I can guarantee it didn't look this good in 1957. Thanks to a comprehensive restoration, it was given a full body makeover that included smoothing every parking lot ding it ever acquired, straightening every panel, and making sure that the two-stage urethane paint had a mile-deep shine. Even a close examination will reveal only minor signs of use here and there, but that only proves that the car is working as intended. The two-tone finish suits the '57 just fine and on two-tone cars, the 2-door post body style works better than the hardtop to show off the contrast, looking very dashing indeed. And you already know that chrome isn't cheap and the '57 is literally covered in the stuff, so there's a small fortune wrapped up in the details on this car and the results speak for themselves-it was worth every penny! The interior is as subtle as the exterior is flashy. With gray cloth on the original bench seats, they didn't stray too far from the original recipe, although the fabric is probably a lot more comfortable on warm days than the original stuff. Pleats are a safe bet for a vintage look, but the door panels have been upholstered using multiple textures and patterns that recreates the '50s vibe. On the other hand, the brightly lit Dakota Digital dash puts a 21st century twist on the original round instrument pods, which allows the stock dash to remain, well, stock. Vintage Air A/C has been very discreetly mounted underneath and most folks won't even notice it until the frost starts to form on the windows. Neatly fitted carpets and reproduction floor mats keep the OEM look going and even the AM/FM radio (with CD changer) doesn't call attention to itself. The trunk is tidy, too, with full upholstery and a protective mat. Small block Chevy power is a given in a '57 like this, and it's obvious that not only was it built to drive, but that someone intended for this one to last a good, long time. The usual stuff, like an Edelbrock carb and ceramic-coated Jet Glow headers, helps it build power, and for longevity, there's a trick ESP pre-lube system that ensures you'll never start it dry. In the middle of the block there's a solid lifter camshaft for that cackling old-time performance sound and there's a big aluminum radiator up front keeping it cool. The front disc brakes are powered by a Hydro-boost system and chrome master cylinder and with the 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission, it even pulls down decent gas mileage. 3.73 gears aren't a problem with the overdrive gear, and the dual exhaust system is quiet enough for an all-day haul with no side-effects. Polished Torque Thrust wheels wear modern 245/45/17 front and 255/50/17 rear performance radials. You can probably count on this car landing a new home pretty quickly, given how well finished it is, and there's definitely no shortage of '57 Chevy fans.
