Allante's were made from 87 to 93 which is the last year. 4.6 motor rated at 295 hp. Total Allante's made 21,430. 4,670 made in 93. 4 speed automatic overdrive. 26mpg on the highway. Have all original manuals, Cars were hand made in Italy and shipped back here for final assembly and drive-trains. These were around 65th new. The car was purchased in New Britain, CT, and features a high performance 383 CID "Magnum" engine, manual 4-speed transmission, bucket seats and center console. This is one of 3,966 Super Bee coupes built in 1970. There has been some repaint, a new interior and the engine was rebuilt in 2002. This is the original engine. There are no power accessories. The engine compartment is clean with only road dust. The engine was repaired during the rebuild. No leaks or seepage. Battery is the proper Mopar brand and the original coolant label is present on the radiator support, although unreadable. The condition of the frame and underbody is consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle. Exhaust system replaced in 2003. Tires are Dunlop 225/70R14 on factory wheels. Tires in good condition. Rear bumper is straight with a smooth, reflective surface. Front bumpers are straight with age pitting and lower reflectivity. Interior replaced and rewired in 2007. Padded dashboard is in excellent condition; instruments lenses clear and wood grain facing in excellent condition. Seats, carpeting, headliner, door panels and interior hardware all excellent. Factory AM radio and original 'pistol grip' shifter in center console. Trunk is clean with no rust visible and has spare tire and original tools. This is a very well maintained and enjoyed car that does not show its age or mileage when viewed at a distance. The car started easily and the Flowmaster exhaust system has the right sound.
