**** ESTATE SALE **** From a southern California ESTATE ....... A custom ALL STEEL FORD model A 5 window Resto-Mod coupe and this Car stops traffic and people in their tracks whenever it is out. The Car was purchased by the builder in the late 1990's and toyed with the idea of building a very special Hot Rod. Once he began ..... it was14 years before it was completed. A Stunning Custom Coupe that was featured in the 2009/2010 Hot Rod Magazine Show Car edition Vol 33. (A copy of the magazine comes with the Car).............. After it was finished the owner entered it in numerous shows and always took home at least one award. Please take the time to watch the 100 photo slideshow at the bottom of this description. Since the build was completed in 2009 the Car has been driven less than 900 miles. Purchased by the current owner from the Builder 3 years ago, it has been stored indoors and driven very little since that time. Health issues are forcing the sale now ....... and ...... someone is going to get a great street rod at about half the price of what you could build it for today. More importantly....... This Coupe is NOT a project ...... it is done!...... Ready to be enjoyed. The photos show how sharp this Coupe looks but even more important is the driveability of this Car. Starts right up and idles smooth. At 2000 RPM you are traveling at 50 MPH and at 2400 RPM you are at 60 MPH. Modern disc brakes so ....... no issues with stopping. Does not overheat in traffic. In short this is as good as it gets for a modern resto-mod hot rod. All of the classic old school look .......... with the modern features that make it fun, easy and safe to drive. The 350 Chevy small block runs great and has been chromed and polished with the headers feeding into a great sounding flow-master exhaust system. Sounds healthy and strong ..... but not obnoxious. Here is a wheelchair van that catches one's eye not because of the bulkiness associated with wheelchair vans but because it looks & Runs great, as my son put it Dad's transformer. For sale is a 1997 Ford E-150 wheelchair van. I am the original owner, as you can see with the pictures the van is in great shape. I live in the suburbs of San Diego California 90% of the miles on the Van are highway miles, Not to mention because of our weather we are able to keep our cars clean and rust free. All maintenance i.e. synthetic oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, batteries and handicap equipment have always been very well maintained, knowing how much these vehicles cost new. I am fortunate that I am a service-connected veterans, as a result the VA has helped me maintain all the handicap equipment in perfect operating condition. Whoever purchases the Van will see from top to bottom there is absolutely nothing leaking and that the Van is in great condition. The seat configuration allows you to have six people including the wheelchair. All controls on the dashboard have extensions. The gearshift is angled and has a fork like shape so that if you don't have any hand movement you are able to place your hand inside of it to shift. The Van has CD changer, front and rear heat and cold AC, rear bench seat folds to create a bed manually. Since I am not able to drive a sports car I decided to purchase aftermarket parts so that my eight-year-old son at the time would like the van! I have a body kit all around that makes the van unique, I also have Colorado custom apex wheels that look great, Magnaflow exhaust and my sons black racing stripes. A great aspect of this Van is that an able-bodied person and a wheelchair user are able to switch positions either to drive or become the passenger by simply changing a few things that takes less than two minutes. The handicap conversion consists of: 5 inch drop floor, 53 inch entrance and has 58 inch headroom. Automatic sliding door, Vangater ll Series tri-folding Lift, Weight: 345 pounds Lifting Capacity: 600 pounds, 30 inches wide 47 inches long, 2 EZ LOCKS driver & passenger, allows wheelchair to roll directly into position without having to configure straps, wheelchair user is able to drive or ride front passenger. All can be controlled from the inside of the vehicle through switches on the dash board on rear bench seat or by remote and rear light lens with a magnetic key. EMC AEVIT II push pull gas and brake hand control, it is designed to work if your engine were to cut off you still have the ability to use the electronic brake: install date 2008. EMC Digi Tone on the a tri pin that allows you to control the signal lights, Brights, windshield wipers, horn, cruise control, this is all done by a slight movement of your wrist to the left located on the gas and brake hand control. Zero Effort steering. The headlights come on at dusk automatically and off when vehicle is turned off. I have a technician with 20 years of experience installing and uninstall hand controls or any assisted driving equipment if needed. I was told it was built 6 years ago with top-grade internals. Estimated 350HP 400+ ft lbs TQ. This truck screams. BODY Paint is original, there is some rust at the bottoms of the doors, in the bed. The pictures show it well. The cab is in good shape. Frame looks excellent. Rather than pick it apart, check out all the pics on the link. This is a good start at a good price to build a real HighBoy how you want. The HighBoy term is thrown around quite a bit, this is the real deal. Auto restoration shop offers this restored 1975 Ford F100 Custom 4x4 Long Bed pickup. I purpose built this truck for myself, intended to be left at a rural Montana cabin for year round use. The cabin has been sold, so here is the truck for sale. I spent over 24k (my cost) building this truck to be one mean mountain machine. This truck is turn-key, ready for the new owner. I bought quality parts from LMC Truck, spent a fortune on the drive train. I get thumbs up and chatted up at every gas station when driving this. I started with a rust free straight truck from the high desert of eastern WA. 1975 model year is emission exempt in most states including California. This truck was built to be used, but could be proudly shown at any car event. Motor estimated at 350 HP & 425 TQ. Edelbrock electric choke 4 barrel on a 4 barrel intake. Dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Newly rebuilt automatic C6 transmission with shift kit. High/Low transfer case, 2 or 4 wheel. I built this set-up for low end grunt, but it still raps out quick, incredible power. High pinion Dana 44 front axle with locker. I set this truck up to bust snow drifts, you can have full positive traction up front with both hubs locked in, or drive it in mild 4 wheel drive with 1 hub locked in. The rear end is the famous Ford 9 inch, I left the rear end with open differential. When driving in ice or light snow you do not want a locked up rear end, you will slide all over. With this setup you get max traction and drivability. Heavy duty radiator and trans cooler. We built some heavy duty solid steel Bambi bumpers. In Montana, we run the gauntlet on back roads when it comes to deer and other wildlife. Everyone I know has hit a deer with their expensive truck causing severe damage. I promise….if you hit a deer with this front bumper, the deer will lose, you will have a lot of blood to clean up, but this truck will be just fine. Warn winch with controller, 2 KC lights with covers. Truck can be easily returned to chrome bumpers if desired. We re-wired most of the truck, everything works as it should. 35/12.5/15 BFG KM2’s on aluminum wheels, maybe 200 miles on this set. BODY I started off with a clean rot free straight original Ford truck, we all know what a feat that is to find. No rot anywhere, very little body work needed before paint. Painted a nice dark metallic blue inside and out. The bed is raptor lined, new seals and windshield. All the aftermarket parts are from LMC Truck, they are quality and expensive, no JC Whitney crap. The undercarriage is coated with POR-15, the best stuff available. Decent CD player and speakers. The glass is all good, nothing major imperfection wise sticks out to me, but this truck has been driven so there is a minor rock chip here and there. This is one great sorted out vintage Ford truck. This truck and restore would cost 29-31k at my shop. Take advantage, get a new restoration at a much better price right now with no waiting.
